四、排版格式

1、学校下发的封面,一律用黑水笔正楷填写或打印。

2、题名页见样张一:

三、毕业论文撰写的内容与要求

1、论文题目

论文题目应该简短、明确、有概括性。标题字数要适当,不应超过20汉字。

2、中外文摘要及关键词

简要概括论文的主要内容和观点。中文摘要400字以内,配相应的英文摘要;关键词一般以3~5个为妥。按词条的外延层次从大到小排列。

3、目录

目录应独立成页。目录按二级标题编写,要求层次清晰,且要与正文标题一致。目录还应包括绪论、致谢、参考文献、论文后的附录等。

4、论文正文

论文正文包括引言或问题的提出、论文主体及结论等部分。

引言或问题的提出,要在论文主体之前,用简练概括性语言引出论文所要研究的问题,不必体现“引言”字样。它应是综合评述前人工作,说明论文工作的选题目的和意义,以及论文所要研究的内容。

论文主体是论文的主要部分,应文字流畅,语言准确,层次清晰,论点清楚,论据准确,论证完整、严密,有独立的观点和见解。论文正文文字应不少于10000字。

结论是对整个论文主要成果的归纳,要突出论文的创新点,以简练的文字对论文的主要工作进行评价,一般为400~1000字。

5、参考文献与注释

引用是学术论文的重要写作方法,“参考文献”是论文中引用文献出处的目录表。参考文献必须是学生本人真正阅读过,以近期发表的文献为主,应与论文工作直接有关。参考文献数量不少于15篇,其中外文文献不少于3篇。

注释是对论著正文中某一特定内容的进一步解释或补充说明,一般排印在该页地脚。参考文献序号用方括号标注,按引用先后,在正文的相关处用上标表明(如[1],[2],),并与文末的参考文献相对应,而注释用数字加圆圈标注(如①、②)。如果在注释里引用参考文献的,参考文献的格式不变,但需用括号标示。

6、致谢

对导师和给予指导或协助完成论文工作的组织和个人表示感谢。内容应简洁明了、实事求是,避免俗套。

7、附录

根据需要可在论文中编排附录,附录序号用“附录一、附录二”等字样表示。有些不宜放在正文中,但有参考价值的内容(如外文文献复印件及中文译文、等)可编入论文的`附录中。

除外文资料可以复印外,其它文字统一使用Windows平台下的Word字处理软件打印,一律采取A4纸张,页边距一律采取默认形式(上下,左右,页眉,页脚),行间距取多倍行距(设置值为);字符间距为默认值(缩放100%,间距:标准)。页眉从正文开始,一律设为“天津科技大学XXXX届本科生毕业论文”,采用宋体五号字居中书写。页码从正文开始按阿拉伯数字(宋体小五号)连续编排,居中书写。注意中英文标点符号的区别,不能混用。

1、扉页格式

中文题目要求:宋体;二号;加粗;居中。英文题目要求:TimesNewRoman;大写;小四;加粗;居中。其它文本要求:宋体;小三。(译文及实习报告的扉页格式不做统一要求)。

2、摘要

另起一页。引用文献标示应置于所引内容最末句的右上角,用小五号字体。所引文献编号用阿拉伯数字置于方括号“[]”中,如“二次铣削[1]”。当提及的参考文献为文中直接说明时,其序号应该与正文排齐,如“由文献[8,10~14]可知”。

文科论文引用文献,若引用的是原话,要加引号,一般写在段中;若引的不是原文只是原意,文前只需用冒号或逗号,而不用引号。

参考文献书写格式应符合GB7714-1987《文后参考文献著录规则》。常用参考文献编写项目和顺序规定西文文献中第一个词和每个实词的第一个字母大写,余者小写;俄文文献名第一个词和专有名词的第一个字母大写,余者小写;日文文献中的汉字须用日文汉字,不得用中文汉字、简化汉字代替。文献中的外文字母一律用正体。作者为多人时,一般只列出3名作者,不同作者姓名间用逗号相隔。外文姓名按国际惯例,将作者名的缩写置前,作者姓置后。

学术会议若出版论文集者,可在会议名称后加上“论文集”字样。未出版论文集者省去“出版者”、“出版年”两项。会议地址与出版地相同者省略“出版地”。会议年份与出版年相同者省略“出版年”。学术刊物文献无卷号的可略去此项,直接写“年,(期)”。

序号应按文献在论文中的被引用顺序编排。换行时与作者名第一个字对齐。若同一文献中有多处被引用,则要写出相应引用页码,各起止页码间空一格,排列按引用顺序,不按页码顺序。

另起一页。“致谢”二字中间空两格、四号字、黑体、居中。内容限1页,采用小四号宋体。

8、文献翻译

译文资料要尽可能与所做课题紧密联系,避免翻译资料选取的随意性,译文不少于5000汉字。外文资料用A4纸复印,译文采用小四号宋体字打印。译文的打印格式除页眉改为“天津科技大学外文资料翻译”外,其它一切格式严格按照毕业论文正文文本格式打印。
