好发的没有技术含量，而且基本上现在要好发的，都是需要自己出版面费的。我身边倒是有花钱自己出文章的，大家都在毕业，除非你的文章写的比较过硬，否则一般比较难~
EI去看看会议信息就行，一般都能发。SCI里面可以去查查web of science数据库看有啥期刊。如果不知道查，我空间文章里有一些帐号，你自己找找看吧。如果不行，你可以自己去愚愚学园去找免费的国内外图书馆帐号和入口。每天都有更新
期刊都有自己的出刊日期的啊，像现代管理审稿期算是快的，半个月内，只是不是sci

管理学家》、今日中国论坛》等刊物都可以的。普刊随便发，都一样的难度，核心就比较的难了，
《中国企业家》《经理人》《商界》《环球企业家》《管理学家》这些商业杂志都是比较不错的。
由于本人的研究恰好为管理科学领域，有幸在三个杂志都投过稿。目前结果如下，管理科学学报投了2，拒1，退修1；中国管理科学，投了2，拒1，录1，管理科学，投了1，已发表。一般而言，期刊质量与其稿件录用难度呈正相关，因此，从个人的发表经历来看，管理科学学报》中国管理科学》管理科学。 当然，以上纯属个人经验，仅供诸位参考。

上面的回答很无语，一定不是学管科的。管理科学学报是目前管理科学与工程领域中，国内最好的期刊，没有之一。发表的难度非常大。他也是自然基金委的A类期刊的第一名。比他略差的有：系统工程理论与实践、系统工程学报等。总体排名因该是 管理科学学报>>中国管理科学>管理科学
