退修文章要指出稿件的不足，退修信的主体内容，需要修改的地方明确的说清楚，别含糊，要不然你俩就来回折腾吧，但是语气要客气，要尊重人家的学术观点和见解。再就是详略得当，重要的内容多花笔墨，不重要的就一笔带过。退修就是把稿件退还给作者，让其按照要求进行修改。经过退修后的文章一般质量会有明显提升，只要作者按照杂志社给出的修改意见修改，会逐渐达到见刊要求的，见刊就不是问题了。
