一、服务在现代市场营销过程中的重要性
(一)服务是现代企业取得竞争优势的重要手段。目前，不管是生产水平还是技术水平对各企业孰优孰劣的影响几乎微乎其微，而使各企业存在明显差异性的却是产品销售及售后的服务质量和服务水平[1]。
(二)服务营销是全面深入履行现代市场营销观念的有效方式之一。现代营销观念是从以生产产品为中心的生产观念到以推销产品为中心的销售观念，最后发展到以满足消费者需求为中心的市场营销观念。
(三)通过提供良好的服务可以使企业及时得到反馈的信息。
(四)服务营销的提出给企业带来了巨大的组织变革。企业内部应建立起与生产销售等并列的部门，同时服务的内容要超出以往狭义的服务范畴，服务观念应贯彻到企业的所有经营活动中，也应运用到产品的生命周期策略中。
二、实施服务营销存在的问题
(一)服务营销理念不够深入，服务营销内涵认识不足。从表面上看，很多服务企业都十分重视服务质量，事实上，他们并没有意识到服务的真谛，只是认为服务是为产品而服务的，产品第一，服务次之。因长期深受传统营销观念的束缚，他们对营销服务理念的认识浅尝辄止，把“服务”束之高阁，并没有进行系统化、规范化、全面化的管理。
(二)服务管理水平低下，对服务特点认识不清，服务质量控制不严。因为服务质量无法进行量化，所以只要消费者认可服务质量，那么说明企业就是成功的。我国很多企业都忽视对员工要进行专业训练，结果员工服务意识淡薄，服务质量不高，服务不到位、不规范，无法满足消费者的需求，也无法“抓住”消费者的心。
(三)服务营销范围有限，服务营销缺乏创新。目前，企业服务的着眼点主要放在与产品交易有关的方面，如商品信息服务、售后服务等，而对购物环境、便购服务等熟视无睹，重视不够，而且服务方式单调乏味，未能标新立异，各服务企业趋同现象日益显著。

市场竞争，归根到底是争夺消费者的竞争。目前很多企业经营设施都比较先进齐全，相竞争的商品质量、价格都大致接近或差异性比较小，服务便成为顾客是否光顾企业、是否购买企业商品的最重要的决定力量，而且营销服务相对于商品、资金、经营设施等硬要素来讲，是可控性和可塑性最强的。
(一)核心服务策略与追加服务策略
运用核心服务策略的主要观点是：在产品类似、竞争激烈的情况下，与其说消费者购买商品，还不如说消费者是来享受服务[3]。这时，消费者购买的就是“服务”，服务对于他们来说是有效用的。基于此，营销服务就显着格外重要，它是商品得以畅销的前提性条件，也是满足消费者需求的决定性因素。由于商品经济的发达，市场规模与日俱增，而服务能以最少的成本为企业提供最多的市场信息，再经过信息的加工处理，从而促进企业市场营销制度的革新。因此，企业要把营销服务放在重中之重的位置，打造一流的服务质量，将服务理念深深地植根于每一位员工的心中，加快企业营销的.发展步伐。

服务过程是指三位一体的质量提高，强化服务质量贯穿企业生产经营全过程。服务质量的保证分三种类型：第一种是预防性的服务，比如需求信息的调查、消费者的测评等;第二种是监测性的服务，比如产品的检验、网点的设置等;第三种是补偿性的服务，像产品的再设计、上门服务等。过去的服务理念看重的是补偿性服务，而现在的服务理念强调预防性服务、监测性服务与补偿性服务要并驾齐驱，从而形成“三足鼎立”式的服务质量保障体系。

The third to fifth parts focus on three types of ambiguity in English and Chinese: phonological ambiguity, lexical ambiguity, syntactic ambiguity. The topic of my thesis is 《Angela carter to mythology research - the female archetype in “new eve passion”, for example》. I choose this as my topic due to the following reasons.
Angela Carter (1940-1992) is an outstanding feminist writer whose influence on Britishwomen's writing was “pivotal in this opening and transformation” [“23]. The year 2014 represents the 22”^ anniversary of Angela Carter's death. In those twenty-two years, her works have been widely taught internationally and brought about much critical debate. In a survey conducted by Cristina Bacchilega and Danielle M. Roemer [2],Carter is one of the most commonly taught women writers on North American programs. She has endowed us with an amazingly large number of legacies in her comparatively limited life, setting foot in various fields such as novels,short stories,children stories, dramas, non-fictions and so on. The acute observations with great insights,as well as the devastating wit and poignant mockery in Carter's works have made her stand out as an iconic figure in English literature. Many scholars and critics have devoted themselves to the research on Angela Carter from many perspectives,including gothic, magic realism, feminism,post-modernism and so on. As a prolific writer who is always ready to blur the boundaries between different genres, Carter has left us a wonderful world to delve into.
With the emergence of western women's movement as well as the development of feminist criticism in the 1960s,the feminist approach has become a potent weapon for those who are concerned with the emancipation and legal rights of women. Though women's social status has considerably improved due to the contribution made by countless predecessors,the fundamental problem still lingers on. Carter, with her versatile and avant-garde reputation, is best known as a feminist writer. Concerning the dilemmas and predicaments faced by women nowadays,it is very necessary for us to probe into her insightful and penetrating reflections on femininity as well as the relationship between two genders. The Passion of New Eve, as one of Carter's most representative works, is of great value in the research of her feminist thoughts and propositions.
Next, is my paper outline. In the main part of this article, I put it into five parts.
Chapter one is an introduction to the thesis, covering the research background, theobjective and significance as well as the organization of the thesis.
Chapter two presents a broad picture of Angela Carter's life and her works, as well as the background information about The Passion of New Eve. It also reviews previous studies on Angela Carter and her works at home and abroad, summarizing achievements in the past and pointing out new directions in the future.
Chapter three conducts a retrospective study on feminism and archetypal criticism. The author attempts to work out the origin and development of feminism, demonstrating the important role feminism plays in Carter's life. Leilah,the embodiment of Delilah,the famous temptress in the Bible,cannot escape the fate of being objectified by men and herself. By exposing”temptresses“ as mere victims rather than symbols of viciousness. Carter condemns the oppression and exploitation of women in a patriarchal society. ”Mother“ in Beulah serves as a severe satire on those mother goddesses in mythology. Carter smashes the legend by revealing the surgically-made essence of mother and the patriarchal values lurking behind her alleged matriarchal kingdom, warning against the peril and impracticality of extremist matriarchy.And her most convincing example goes to Eve, the most important female character in the Bible, Her transformative journey from a chauvinist to a real woman in the story illustrates that gender, rather than a hereditary feature, is the result of social influence and unremitting imitations. Carter concludes the story with proposing ”androgyny“ as a solution to the current problems,implying that mutual respect and understanding is the only way to achieve the harmony between the two genders.
Chapter five comes to a general conclusion, summarizing the limitations of the theses as well as some suggestions for further study.

上午好!我是__学院中文系03本2班的学生__。我的毕业论文的题目是《再论苏轼寓惠 散文 》，我的指导教师是曹国安讲师。我当初之所以选择研究苏轼的寓惠散文，主要是因为苏轼是我比较喜欢的一个作家，他是我国 文化 发展史上一位多才多艺的“全能”式的通才，在散文创作方面，他更是是继欧阳修之后，宋代诗政策新运动的卓越领导者和文坛领袖，唐宋散文八大家之一。他的散文代表了北宋古诗文运动的最高成就。
在苏轼四十多年的文艺创作生涯中，他写了很多的散文，含括了众多的体裁品类。苏轼在寓惠期间，不仅仅创作了很多的诗词，同时也写了不少散文作品，包括书信在内共有326篇。这些寓惠散文作品便成了我研究此课题的最直接的文本基础。此外，在大学学习期间，我选修了苏轼寓惠研究方面的相关课程，对苏轼在贬谪惠州的相关事宜有必须的了解，也积累了必须的写作素材，有利于该课题的研究和写作工作的开展。
我的论文《再论苏轼寓惠散文》主要从苏轼的散文及其寓惠期间的时代背景入手，着手从苏轼的思想品格和人生哲学的角度，结合苏轼寓惠散文的具体作品进行分析，去探讨苏轼寓惠散文的资料题材和艺术特色，并尝试挖掘出苏轼寓惠散文的文化价值来。

首先，我想谈谈为什么选这个题目及这篇 文章 的研究意义。
我当时之所以选择《企业坚持持续盈利本事研究》这个题目是因为随着经济全球化和信息技术的发展，企业赖以生存和发展的环境发生了巨大的变化，在中国很多企业都因为不能适应这种变化而走向衰退。如何使企业既能坚持目前的发展，又能在未来依然取得良好的发展势头等持续发展问题，引起各界越来越多的重视。所以，我们无论从社会财富创造、国民经济发展、国家财政收入、充裕就业机会、提升市场竞争力等哪一个方面去进行考察，都需要对其不断地进行研究，以不断提升企业持续、稳定发展的本事，从而促进我国经济更快的发展。
其次，我想谈谈这篇文章的结构和主要资料。
我的论文主要分为以下四个部分：
第一部分，主要概述了企业的盈利本事的涵义，之后又从企业的生命周期角度阐述了企业一旦失去持续盈利的本事，根本就无法维持生命，突出了持续盈利本事对企业发展的重要性，持续发展已成为企业生存最基本的保障。我们应在企业消亡和终结前，尽可能地延长企业的寿命，使其在有限的生命周期内实现其最大的价值。这既是对企业的盈利本事概念的补充和完善，也为下文进行深入论述打下了基础。
第二部分，着重分析了哪些因素影响了企业坚持持续盈利的本事，主要有以下四个方面：一、恶心竞争;二、战略规划缺失;三、缺乏现代企业制度和科学管理体系;四、企业家浮躁的心态。
第三部分，主要从外因和内因两个方面分析了我国企业坚持持续盈利本事的现状，并对企业中存在的问题做了原因分析，指出外因只是对企业的发展存在必须程度的影响，并不是制约企业发展的决定因素。而真正制约企业发展的瓶颈还是在于企业内部，并且具有普遍性。
第四部分，主要是针对前文所提到的影响企业坚持持续盈利本事的因素和现存企业中存在的几个主要问题，提出了相应的解决对策：
1.不断创新，回避恶性竞争;
2.加强企业的战略规划，制定可持续发展战略;
3.建立完善的核心制度和科学管理体系;
4.企业家要具有企业家精神和良好的心态;
5.塑造优秀 企业文化 ;
6.高瞻远瞩，树立远大发展意识。同时，也将论文的结构作了最终的收尾和完善，使论文整体结构完整，论述合理。
最终，我想谈谈这篇文章存在的不足。

选择《围城》这本小说作为我的毕业论文的写作题材，一方面是因为我对这本小说比较的喜欢，包括由这本小说改篇而成的电视剧。的确，《围城》是一个富有人生哲理和重大社会意义的命题，它向人们说明40年代中国社会的动荡、黑暗和病态，使恋爱、结婚、家庭成为“鸟笼”和“城堡”，寓意仅有冲破自身的局限和昏暗社会的“围城”，把个人的命运和整个民族、国家的命运结合在一齐，才会有新的生路。《围城》不愧为一部寓意深刻、发人深省的好作品。另一方面，结合当今社会现实，许多的现象也与《围城》中的描述场景有一些的相似，揭示其中的联系，警示世人，以倡导真、善、美的人性和理性的人生，也是我想经过自我的写作给社会的一次贡献。
我在这篇论文中，主要采用了资料分析和现实比较的写作手法，各阶段安排依照先典型分析(即具体事例分析)，具体对照现象，展现警示，再综合论述，阐明现实意义的层次进行。具体结构如下：

第一个方面，着重从方鸿渐两件典型的事例(即___和谈恋爱)，联系到当今社会两种不良现象(即不学无术和性开放)，以警示世人，这部分用词颇多，篇幅较长。第二个方面，综合阐述方鸿渐在社会大背景下的感情、家庭、事业三个方面的思想性格，意图说明无论在什么样的环境下，如果缺乏主动性，缺乏自主有为的精神，缺乏坚定的性格和健全的人格，是很容易被环境和他人左右的，一个人仅有将自身的发展置于社会
经济文化发展的大熔炉里，事业才会有所成功;一个家庭，仅有在安定平和的社会大环境下，削除了社会的重压，家庭成员之间相互谅解，家庭生活才会真诚和自由。这部分语言精练，立意高远。
在提纲的完成过程中，我得到了谌教师的详细指导，观点进一步得到了提炼，对现实社会某些现象的观察和分析也进一步深入。初稿完成后，谌教师又详细地审阅了全文，对一些用词不当的地方，观点不明朗的地方提出了指正。最终正式定稿后，谌教师又认真地提示了论文打印的格式以及一些注意事项。
正是在教师的着力指导下，在本人细致的研究下，我结合当今社会现实的某些现象，发现了《围城》所蕴含的警示意义和指导意义。关于《围城》的有关论著相当地多，但以其人物形象的现实融合来确定研究方向，应当是我的一个创新之点。
本篇论文已经完成，虽然不是很尽人意，还有许多的地方需要更全面的改善，但总的来说，在撰写的过程中，我真实地学到了许多东西，更进一步丰富了自我的知识，自我的认识也有了相当的提高。

随着经济全球化和贸易自由化进程的加速发展，技术性贸易壁垒正逐步代替关税和非关税壁垒，成为新的贸易障碍，而在今后很长一段时期内将对我国的出口贸易产生越来越大的影响。近年来，各种形式的技术性贸易壁垒的出台，导致我国出口竞争力受到极大影响。农业是海南省经济的支柱产业之一，今年国务院关于加快推进海南国际旅游岛建设发展的意见中，六大战略定位之一就是要把海南建成国家热带现代农业基地，这更加显现了加快海南农产品出口的重要性。造成海南农产品出口不畅的原因很多，而进口国设置越来越严格的技术性贸易壁垒是海南省农产品出口的最主要障碍。所以本文根据海南省农产品出口遭受技术贸易壁垒影响的具体情景，综合分析如何应对和跨越技术贸易壁垒，并提出可供借鉴的 措施 和路径。
二、资料收集准备工作
自____年__月上旬选定题目后，为了完成论文，本人进行了很多的资料收集，有来自网上的论文期刊，图书馆的书目，最主要是来自于海南的新闻网站。在____教师的指导下，经过阅读资料，拟定提纲，调研，写开题 报告 初稿、定稿，毕业论文初稿、修改等一系列程序，于____年_月正式定稿。
三、论文的结构
全文总共分为五个部分，约一万五千多字：
第一部分是引言，该部分主要介绍了课题的研究背景和意义，还有国内外对本课题的研究状况。
第二部分重点介绍了海南农产品对外贸易的研究状况。其中包括海南出口的特色农产品及特点，农产品出口的市场结构特征和海南农产品的竞争优势。

各位教师，上午好!
我叫__，是20__级__班的学生，我的论文题目是《色彩的地域文化特性在包装设计中的应用研究》。论文是在__导师的悉心指点下完成的，在那里我向我的导师表示深深的谢意，向各位教师不辞辛苦参加我的论文答辩表示衷心的感激，并对三年来我有机会聆听教诲的各位教师表示由衷的敬意。
下头我将本论文设计的背景和主要资料向各位教师作一汇报，恳请各位教师批评指导。
首先，我想谈谈这个毕业论文设计的背景和意义。
色彩在生活中给我们的感受是最直接的，也是最敏感的。人的眼睛对色彩的感觉相对于其他图像来说具有更快的反映，说具体点就是眼睛对色彩的反映更强烈。每种色彩都具有不一样的特性，每个地区、民族及国家甚至每个人都会因为历史背景、文化背景和心理原因偏爱或禁忌某种颜色。大多数人应对色彩时的选择可能是纯粹的自我喜欢或是潜意识下的反应，然而这种潜意识中的选择其实是跟个人原因是有关联的。过去消费者对色彩的需求不是那么强烈，如今社会日益发展，人们的生活水品不断提高，多数人从满足生活需求上升到此刻对生活品质的追求，人们在消费的时候会根据自我的喜好选择自我要购买的产品，在使用性能差不多的时候，人们常会经过这个物品的视觉属性而产生购买产品的原因，色彩属性是视觉属性中一个重要方面。所以，往往产品的颜色属性能对产品的吸引力产生了极大的影响。所以，为了满足消费者对于色彩感觉的需求，产品的设计者在此方面需要不断的深化研究，根据产品的特性、用途及文化内涵来选择出契合商品的色彩，从而刺激消费者的购买欲望，所以色彩的选择在产品的包装形象设计中至关重要。
我认为在当下的社会环境中，为了更好的在包装设计中用更突出、显著的色彩来表达自我的情感，使自我的作品能够一目了然的让观者明白，必须明确色彩的重要性以及带给人第一印象的直观感受，在包装设计中，如果我们较好的利用了相关色彩的感情规律，将会极大的唤起人们情感的共鸣，以及对相关产品的兴趣，最终使消费者产生购买欲。所以我们要对色彩产生的意义进行深入的研究，色彩的地域性和文化性就是其中至关重要的部分。
其次，我想谈谈这篇论文的结构和主要资料。
本文首先经过理论知识分析色彩的概念、特点、属性、分类和情感联想等一系列基本要素。其次是经过举例观察研究色彩地域文化这一特性，并且对包装设计的影响做出论述。在商品包装的设计过程中，色彩的选择对于在最终的成果展示中起着至关重要的作用，色彩的表现和运用能够最直接的传达视觉和心理的感受。现代包装设计作品中的都越来越重视色彩的选择和应用，这成为了设计师和生产厂商们一个重要的设计细节。我们在今后的设计工作中也必须将此放在一个不可忽略的位置来进行研究和设计。
最终，我想谈谈这篇论文存在的不足。
由于客观条件和自身理论知识、研究视野和实际研究水平的有限，在本研究中还存在很多的不足。
