中国科学院物理研究所的科研成就

物理所在基础研究方面，取得了以“液氮温区氧化物超导体的发现及研究”、“40K以上铁基高温超导体的发现及若干基本物理性质研究”、“实验发现量子反常霍尔效应”、“低纯度钕铁硼永磁材料”、“定向碳纳米管的制备和结构和物性研究”为代表的一批原创性重要研究成果，获国际、中国国内奖共300多项，其中第三世界科学院物理奖6项，国家自然科学奖28项，国家科技进步奖24项，国家发明奖8项。在应用基础研究方面，2014年物理所共申请专利180项，获得专利授权70项。同时，物理所积极推进科技成果转移转化工作。2014年，物理所以专利技术“载波相位自稳定的中红外飞秒激光脉冲产生方法及装置”（专利授权号：ZL200810222628.0）无形资产出资成立“盐城物科光电技术有限公司”，推进飞秒激光设备的国产化开发和应用，有效地促进了中国高技术产业的发展。部分专利技术如“新一代固态全色激光显示”已显现出广阔的应用前景；另有部分专利技术已经以技术入股的形式进入产业化，典型的范例有以锂离子电池专利为核心技术的苏州星恒电源有限公司。根据2015年8月研究所官网显示，物理所有控股、参股公司9个，其中以知识产权入股的5个。技术转移与成果辐射的省、市地区有北京、天津、新疆、江苏、浙江等。 《中国物理B》（原名中国物理学），由中国物理学会和中国科学院物理研究所主办，被SCI-CD、SCI-E、CA、JICST、AJ等检索系统收录。《物理》是中国物理学会、中国科学院物理研究所主办出版的物理学学术期刊，1972年创刊，致力于传播当代物理学及其交叉学科的前沿最新进展，促进物理学与相关学科的相互交叉和渗透，沟通科研与产业，推动中国物理学的发展；为国家科技部“中国科技论文统计源期刊”（中国科技核心期刊），多次获得新闻出版署、中国科协、中国科学院等评定的优秀期刊称号；多年来持续获得国家自然科学基金委员会数理学部、中国工程物理研究院的经费资助；并连续获得中国科协精品科技期刊工程资助。收录《物理》的中国国外核心数据库有：英国科学文摘（SA/INSPEC）、美国化学文摘（CA）、俄罗斯文摘杂志（AJ）、日本《科技文献速报》（JICST）、能源科学与技术（Energy Science and Technology）。《物理学报》由中国物理学会和中国科学院物理研究所主办，创刊于1933年，原名《中国物理学报》（Chinese Journal of Physics），创刊初期用英、法、德三国文字发表论文，1953年易为现名。刊登了一大批由国家知识创新体系组成的国家科技攻关项目、国家“863”计划项目、国家“973”基础研究项目，以及国家自然科学基金项目资助的优秀科研工作和成果；并被SCI-CD，SCI-E，Scopus，CA，INSPEC，EI，JICST，AJ和MR等检索系统收录。根据SCI数据库统计，2013年《物理学报》的影响因子为0.845，总被引频次为8589次，其被引频次连续11年居中国物理类期刊之首。

本报讯（记者 纪秀君 通讯员 陈捷）具有我国独立知识产权的新一代航空航天用发动机材料——高温高性能高铌钛铝合金材料即将步入产业化阶段，这将使我国这类合金材料技术居世界领先水平。这是近日从北京科技大学新金属材料国家重点实验室传来的令人振奋的消息。

，《美国应用物理快报》报道了该实验室张勇教授的研究小组一项研究成果。该研究小组采用新方法发展出了压缩强度超过3000兆帕的固溶体型合金，这种合金有望用于未来的航空、航天等尖端领域，引起了国际材料界的关注。对于此项成果，Nature China作为一个研究亮点也给予了评述。

实际上，这仅仅是北科大新金属材料国家重点实验室众多成果中的一项。几年来，该实验室几个研究小组的成果很多。如孙祖庆教授等人系统开展了新一代碳素钢和高强度低合金钢的组织控制、性能优化、相关机理及其应用方面的研究工作，获得了2004年国家科技进步奖一等奖。2007年谢建新等主持完成的“高性能钎具特钢生产技术与产品开发”项目获得国家科技进步奖二等奖。康永林等人参加完成的“薄板坯连铸连轧微合金化技术研究及低成本高性能微合金钢开发”项目获得2007年国家科技进步奖二等奖。以陈国良为代表的研究梯队，在国内外首次成功研制出具有我国自主知识产权的高温高性能高Nb-TiAl合金，在铌提高抗氧化性和合金相的关系这两方面作出了原创性贡献

该研究团队在知名国际期刊《化学物理快报》上发表的相关论文，在2003至2007年的5年内被引用次数为前50名之内。单篇论文最高他引超过130次。研究团队在国际著名期刊《纳米技术》上报告了四针状硫化锌纳米结构的生长机理，在论文发表后的第一个季度内，就成为该期刊排名前10％的热点文章。在英国《物理学报》上发表的相关论文被评为该期刊2006年度的顶级论文(Top paper)，
