1、小虫网友感觉OL难度稍微小些。
2、难易和研究方向密切相关：OL较偏爱经典物理基础研究类；PR偏重于新颖物理发现类；
3、声誉上来说，两者差不多：OL为光学顶级期刊；而PR声誉很高，深受资深研究人员认可；
4、实用性上来说，OL更好些，毕竟IF大于3这个分水岭（个人有深刻体会，PRA影响因子有点低，没法往外写）；
5、PR应该准备cover letter，跟编辑说一下文章的创新性，重要但不关键，写法类似摘要；

Papers devoted, for the most part, to mathematical and computational issues, with limited direct connection to current trends of optics research, are generally not suitable for publication in the Journal. Similarly, small technical advances, or papers concerned only with engineering applications or issues of materials science may not be considered favorably.
