Although technology have many advantages and disadvantages,the main reason things are invented is to make a task easier to perform.Technology makes tasks easier,quicker,more efficient,and better.On the other hand,technology can make people lazier,products are made more cheaply (which can be good for panies but bad for consumers),and technology can have adverse effects on a person's health and safety.

浅析俄语教学中的创新教育摘要：21世纪是科技竞争，人才竞争和创新意识竞争的时代，竞争的关键在于人才的综合素质。要培养高素质的人才，首先必须注重创新。创新思维能力是人最重要的素质，是各项素质的核心灵魂。因此，要重视培养学生的创新能力，实施创新教育。 关键词：创新；创新教育；思想；形式；方法 “创新是一个民族进步的灵魂，是国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。”由此可见，创新是关系到一个国家的生死存亡，关系到一个国家的兴旺发达，关系到一个国家能否屹立在强国之林的重要问题。那么，创新到底是什么?创新是一种思想及在这种思想指导下的实践，是一种原则记载这种原则指导下的具体活动。美国经济学家熊彼特在其《经济发展理论》一书中首次提出了创新的概念。他认为，创新是对“生产要素的重新组合”。其实，我们认为，创新就是说别人没有说过的话，做别人没有做过的事，想别人没有想过的办法。 如今在市场经济大潮中，如果企业不推出新的产品与服务，就会很容易失去更大的市场份额和利润，因为消费者是普通人，具有喜新厌旧的心理，比较理性的消费特点，并且这一要求是永恒的。政府作为社会事务的公共管理者，如果不对国家法规进行适时创新的修改，不对资源分配进行合理的调整，那么追求社会的整体进步，就会放慢速度，甚至停止脚步。创新在国内国外，各行各业，都是需要的，而且是必须的，不容忽视的。俄语教学也是如此，更需要创新教育。所谓创新教育就是教师根据创新原理，以培养学生创新精神和实践能力为基本价值取向，通过课程内容及有计划的教育活动，激发和增长学生创造行为的教育理论和方法。 随着现代教育的不断改革，开拓未来学生的创新教育，首先落在了教师的身上。教师在整个教学过程中是领导者，他的领导性不是以地位的高低，而是以他渊博的知识、成熟的经验及对学生真挚的爱来体现。作为一名俄语教师，该如何具体的体现这一领导地位呢？ 首先，在思想上要有深刻的创新意识，抛弃传统的教育观。以往教师上课时，把书本上的知识讲授给学生就可以了，无论书本上的知识是否适应时代的要求，也不管它是否适合学生的学习要求。这样传统教学观念误导下的教学方式根本不能适应学生对于知识的要求，更不能发挥他们的特长与爱好，没有足够的空间去创新。枯燥无味的课堂教学必然会产生学生上课情绪低落，课堂气氛沉闷的现象。教育不应只是训练和灌输的工具，更应当是学生掌握正确学习方法的导师。我们教学不是纯粹地为了传授知识，而是要让学生学会做人，学会生活，学会学习，学有所长，学有所用。 在当今的课堂教学中，教师不仅扮演着传道、授业、解惑的角色，而且扮演着课堂教学的组织，运作，控制等各种角色。有效的课堂教学，其显著标志之一是学生的学习积极性和自觉性得到真正的调动，提醒教师要铺设恰当的俄语语言环境。“环境”一般指个人、社会、文化系统活动和发展的背景或条件，是一个由自然因素和社会因素所构成的综合系统。人和环境的关系十分密切，两者总是在永恒不断的相互作用着。学习过程，其实就是人和环境相互作用的过程。课堂教学应充分重视环境的作用，以“环境”激励学生，以“环境”帮助学生，实现课内外的结合。“Новый год”（新年），这个传统节日，对于俄罗斯人来说是具有深刻意义的，每个人都非常重视。曾经笔者在教授《Восток》大学俄语（3）中第10课“Праздники”（节日）时正逢新年将至，笔者组织学生们在教室举行了一个俄语新年晚会，邀请俄罗斯的留学生和教师参加，让学生们亲自动手布置晚会现场。他们按照课文所提示的文化信息，在教室的中间摆放着一棵挂满小礼物和彩色灯泡的松树，做了一个大蛋糕，还用可乐来代替香槟酒，这些都是俄罗斯人迎接新年所必须的。当新年的钟声敲响后，大家静了下来，默默地许愿，然后互相赠送礼物，互相祝福。教室里充满着欢声笑语，大家在晚会上纷纷表演节目，用俄语交流，在如此环境中检验了学生们对书本上知识的掌握，发挥了知识的迁移能力，又增进了师生、同学之间的友谊，突出地反应了环境的变化，对创新教育的积极作用。 教师作为一个专门性的职业，除了要有较高的职业道德，还要有学科专业素养，更应具备持续化的发展知识结构，才能胜任对创新性学生的引导和启发。俄语教师除了熟练地掌握俄语基本古怪的发音、复杂的语法、灵活的句式，能不能更多地了解其科技、文学、文体等知识作为创新教育的基础呢？能不能从语言学、修辞学、国情学的角度，进一步解释语言的涵义及特点呢？能不能自己跳出俄语的知识结构，在另外的领域帮助学生分析一下呢？例如：为什么莫斯科著名的广场是“Красная площадь”（红场）呢？而不是“Зелёная площадь”（绿场），大家都知道“绿色”象征着和平，旺盛的生命力，“Зелёная площадь”不是更好吗？难道只是因为地上铺着红颜色的砖而得名吗？俄罗斯主要信奉的是东正教，所有的俄语老师几乎都知道这一点。那么，除了知道东正教规定的圣诞节是1月7号外，再给学生们讲讲俄罗斯民族信奉东正教的原因，即使教师本人不信教，也可以说说有关东正教的教规、教义，或者一些小故事，相信一定会事半功倍，拓宽了学生视野的同时也锻炼了学生创新的思维。 其次，灵活多样的教学形式应用于培养学生创新教学活动上。教师有了好的创新方法，就要积极地应用于教学中，实践是检验真理的唯一标准。 当今正处于21世纪的知识经济时代，谁都不能忽视社会信息技术，计算机多媒体技术，网络技术的存在及其在社会经济发展中的推动作用。在这一时代，创造新知识，开拓知识经济新的应用领域，成为人们的新追求。我们将网络和俄语教学紧密的结合起来，改革现有的教学模式，实施创新教育，实现教育创新，运用先进的科技手段营造创新环境。可以充分利用多媒体教室，多功能视听室，广播电台等教学手段，安排学生在课余时间收听，收看俄语电台，观看俄语电影等。为了帮助学生更好地了解教材信息，许多教材都采取了图文并茂的形式，从一定的角度为学习俄语提供了大量的信息，但是教材中的插图都是静态的，其内涵具有一定的内隐性，尚不能将信息更有效地展现给学生，这时教师就可以设法让静态的插图“动起来”。采用网络图片、计算机课件等方式，激活学生的兴趣。俗话说：“兴趣是学习的最好老师”。一个人的创造性结果，无一不是在对自己研究的问题产生浓厚的兴趣情况下所取得的：毕升基于对印刷术的兴趣，发明了活字印刷，使印刷效率较以前提高了几十倍；莱布尼兹对数学有兴趣，所以创立了符号逻辑学的基础概念，发明了能够进行加、减、乘、除及开方运算的计算机和二进制，为计算机的现代发展奠定了坚实的基础；聂耳由于其对音乐的兴趣，创作了《义勇军进行曲》，犹如进军的号角，激发着中国人民不朽的爱国热情；袁隆平对“杂交水稻”感兴趣，解决了人类吃饭的问题。可见，兴趣也是创造思维活动成功的先导。笔者在讲《Восток》大学俄语（4）中第1课，《Туризм-лучшийотдых》时，根据教材的内容，搜寻了大量的俄罗斯旅游风光图片，尤其是文章提到的旅游路线上经过的景点，笔者一一做了准备，并且标注上说明文字。虽然备课的时间远远超过以往，但是效果显著，学生们一个个精神集中，课堂气氛活跃，再次引起了学习俄语的兴趣，纷纷询问笔者“俄罗斯风光片在哪里找的”，学生们愿意自己动手查找，制作俄语学习课件，还引起了几个学生要去俄罗斯旅游的冲动。在这一课教学中，通过一点创新，激发了学生的创新欲念，形成了一定的创新能力，有利于塑造学生创新的个性。 最后，优化教学方法，引导学生将书本上的知识，应用于实践中，给学生提供充分的创新思想空间。 课堂教学是师生情感交往的场所，教师要鼓励学生积极参与讨论，发表自己的各种见解，形成师生间的互动交流。教师在课堂上，努力改变以往演讲似的教学方法，似乎学生们都是自己的观众、听众，忽视了学生的反应。改变以往“满堂灌”的习惯，给学生足够反馈的时间，想象的空间。想象是学生创造性思维的源泉，人类思维中无与伦比的想象力是使科学不断进入未知领域的原始动力。必要的想象是有助于锻炼学生创新思维的。曾经讲关于“Пекин”的一课，笔者换了一种讲解的顺序，并没有按照课文的顺序从古至今，从政治，经济，文化，交通等方面叙述首都北京独特风貌，而是先让学生们集中预习，有了一定印象后，让学生们尽情发挥。2008年是中国的奥运年，北京是奥运会进行体育项目的主要场所，有成千上万的游客来京参观。那么，启发学生以自己是一个导游员的身份，利用课文所给的有效信息，向俄罗斯游客介绍北京，展现北京的风采。学生们大胆尝试，大胆想象，积极准备。想象自己是导游员，而其他同学是游客。介绍的同时还要回答游客问题，怎样满足游客的好奇心，怎样利用俄语能力表达人文个性。在学生的俄语导游词中，无不闪现着创新的光芒，大家都在尽力表现自己的魅力，在实践中成长。 为了提高课堂教学效率，在探索中寻求合适的教学方法。语言是用来表达的，可是许多学生学习了几年的俄语，可还是说不出口，见到外教只会说“Здравствуйте”（您好），“Как дела”（近来怎样），再往下就不知该说什么了。我们就想到了增加课堂教学的两个创新环节：一是“值日生报告”；二是“创造性复述”。“值日生报告”是在课前，每次上课前有1-2两名学生作报告，报告的内容自己定，时间不超过3-4分钟，报告结束后，教师和其他同学都可以针对报告的内容自由提问。起先，学生们做的报告很短，其他同学有时也不太注意听，几乎也没有提问，老师就做了个榜样，第一个提问，巧妙地唤起学生的乐趣。在快乐中学习，在学习中找到快乐。随着时间的推进，同学们慢慢适应，报告的内容越来越丰富，提问的同学越来越多，教师就随机应变的将学生们的兴奋点转移到教材中来，顺利地完成教学任务。“创造性复述”非常适合外语学习。复述的过程实际上就是用大脑思维的过程，它可以充分的训练学生的各种思维能力。在进行课文教学中，让学生创造性的复述，学生在把握原文的主题，故事发展的基础上进行大胆，合理地联想，对原文内容和形式加工、整理、归纳、改写后进行复述。这样做能够促进学生语言知识能力的迅速转化，有利于开发学生的智力，培养学生丰富的想象力，锻炼其创造性思维。 伴随着改革开放的不断深入，中国社会日趋国际化，国际交往越来越频繁。目前，对于懂俄语的科技人才需求量逐渐增加。事实上，中俄两国在能源、空间工业、管理、文化交流和贸易等诸多领域的合作前景及其广阔。各种迹象表明，中俄战略协作伙伴关系正在得到进一步的推动和加强。在这种国际大环境影响下，俄语创新教学的必要性和重要性也就不言而喻了。俄语教师们积极推进创新教育的实践，大胆进行创新教育的尝试，努力提高学生的创造水平和创新能力。其实，这一项重要的任务不是仅靠教师们就能完成的，要靠大家，靠全社会持之以恒的关心与注意，就像日本索尼公司的口号一样“日日创新”。教育是面向未来的，而未来是需要创造性人才的。为了教育的明天，为了明天的教育，我们一起努力。 参考文献： 1、海力古丽·尼牙孜.当代俄罗斯新闻政论语义辞格研究[M].中央文献出版社,2007. 2、胡谷明.经贸俄语教程[M].武汉大学出版社,2006. 3、李国辰.俄语教学法研究[M].人民教育出版社,2006. 4、顾明远,孟繁华.国际教育新理念(修订版)[M].海南出版社,2003. 5、于源溟.教学激活最优策略化[M].科学普及出版社,2002
蛇与庄稼 主要内容如下： 几十年前，广东沿海地区发生了一次大规模的海啸，是台风引起的。海水倒灌上陆地，淹没了许多田地和村庄。 洪水过后，那儿的庄稼总是得不到好收成，接连几年都是这样，即使风调雨顺也不见起色。大家觉得很奇怪。 后来，老农们想出了一个奇怪的办法，他们托人去外地买了一批蛇回来，放到田里。那一年，庄稼得到了大丰收。 许多人不明白这是什么道理，还是老农把秘密说破了。原来洪水淹没了田地的时候，藏在洞里的蛇都给淹死了，田鼠却窜出洞来，游到树上和山坡上保住了性命。洪水退了，田鼠又跑回田里糟蹋庄稼。因为没有了吃田鼠的蛇，田鼠繁殖得特别快，庄稼叫蛇糟蹋得特别严重，所以就歉收了。现在田里有了蛇，蛇又能大量捕捉田鼠了，所以，庄稼又得到了好收成。 就是这样啦！选我吧！
