I am not comfortable with sending this manuscript out for a review as its relevance to the aim and scope of the journal "Sustainable Cities and Society" is not clear.
An updated and complete literature review must be conducted, and its relevance to Sustainable Cities and Society must be enhanced with the considerations of scope and readership of the Journal.

Please check the journal for its readership and related recent published work. Please revise and resubmit it.

Please log onto Editorial Manager as an Author:
