“under editor evaluation”状态解读，还大家一个真相！

目前来看，大多数童靴都在under editor evaluation状态下出现日期更新的情况。

目前来看，出现under editor evaluation状态后，较早收到编辑通知的童靴们结果大多为修改。

来自Elesvier出版社解释：
The “Under Editor Evaluation” status is not mentioned in the Elsevier site. However, there are minor variations in the workflows of different Elsevier journals. Perhaps, the journal you have submitted to uses this status, while others don’t.  This status indicates that the Editor is evaluating your manuscript based on the peer reviewer comments, but has not yet come to a decision.  If the editor is satisfied with the reviews, you might be informed of the decision soon. If the editor feels that he wants an additional review, the status might change once again to "under review." Once the Editor has entered his decision on the journal system, the status changes to “Decision in process.” To quote from the Elsevier site: “If the Editor has registered a decision in the system but has not yet sent you the email confirming the decision, the status of your article will be listed as ‘Decision in Process’.

你的状态变化可以解读是，编辑拿到了审稿意见难以判断又送其他审稿人仲裁了，见过最疯狂的一个童靴一审共收到过9个审稿意见。我这个我觉得是编辑可能送的审稿人不止两个，出现under editor evaluation 是因为收到了两个审稿意见后，审稿系统自动默认变化该状态，编辑一直没操作还在等其他受邀请审稿人的意见吧。
