如何看待《中国新闻周刊》称考编普通人为“小镇做题家”？

在我看来，"小镇做题家"可以是自嘲，但不能是嘲讽！

事件的起因是易烊千玺、胡先煦、罗一舟三人入选国家话剧院演员编制，却被网友质疑考试程序的公平性。面试当天三人均不在北京却全部入选，大家有疑问理所当然，可作为官媒，中国新闻周刊却下场评论，发表了一篇题为《易烊千玺凭什么不能考编？又为什么要考编？》的文章，将矛头知直指普通考编人。

文章里把普通考编人称为"小镇做题家"，将我们重视的考试公平问题，归结为小镇做题家们考不上编上不了岸的无能狂怒，更直白的说，那是吃不上葡萄就说葡萄酸的嫉妒。

这种描述刺痛了不少人的自尊，也成功将明星推向了大众的对立面。

在这篇文章编者的眼中，小镇做题家们俨然是一群目光狭隘，把自己的失败归结于社会资源分配不公的无能之辈。这说明他们既不了解小镇做题家的真实来历与含义，也没有真正理解这个群体的痛苦，那小镇做题家到底是什么呢？

小镇做题家的概念出现于两年前，最早源于豆瓣985废物引进计划小组，他创始之初不是为了攻击别人或者为某个群体打标签，它更像是一种自嘲，是组员对自己来自985高校，但出身底层，眼界不广的感慨，是一种优秀人才对自我局限；是经历寒窗苦读，走向都市，却发现自己无法真正融入的反思。

共情中国新闻周刊的人没有意识到，普通人并不是嫉妒明星考编，而是质疑他们是否和普通人一样按要求考编。

在阶级严重固化，资源分配不均的时代里，普通人只能通过高考，通过做题来改变人生。拼尽全力考上大学，又要考研考编考公，我们这么埋头苦读，是为了未来更好的生活，而不是为了让那些出生就赢在起跑线的既得利益者们，嘲笑我们是小镇做题家。

在这个时代，哪怕是一个资质优秀、勤恳踏实的人，也很难逃脱被卷的命运，是他们不够优秀吗？是他们不够努力吗？不是的，他们可能比前辈技能更强，但是他们只是因为晚生了几年，就和前辈们有了一道不可跨越的鸿沟。

这份前进路上的焦虑和不安定感，通过社交媒体非常广泛的传递，让更多年轻人在对职业的规划中将公平和稳定作为了重要的标准，所以易烊千玺考编才会引发那么大的争议。

那些来自小地方没有关系，没有资源，希望靠寒窗苦读改变命运的小镇做题家们，他们并没有做错什么，他们真诚相信努力可以改变命运，他们日复一日弓着背的身影，有着相同经历的我们怎能不共情？

他们只是跟所有人一样，无法对抗经济发展的必然规律和周期，无法改变生产力进步的进程，当社会已经无法为年轻人来足够的跃升空间时，"小镇做题家"不希望博得上位者的同情，但至少不要去嘲笑他们。
