心理发展与教育《心理发展与教育》（Psychological Development and Education），季刊，国家教育部主管，北京师范大学主办，北京师范大学发展心理研究所承办。是国内唯一的发展心理学与教育心理学专业学术刊物,主要发表儿童青少年心理学和教育心理学领域的高质量研究报告与论文。下设5个栏目：认知与社会性发展、教与学心理学、心理健康与教育、理论探讨与进展、研究方法与工具。《心理发展与教育》创刊于1985年，已故著名心理学家、教育家朱智贤教授曾任该刊主编，现任主编为林崇德教授。该刊为全国中文核心期刊，是中国科学文献计量评价研究中心认定的《中国人文社会科学引文数据库》和《中国学术期刊综合评价数据库》来源期刊，还被中国社会科学院文献信息中心选录为《中国人文社会科学核心期刊》，被南京大学社会科学数据库研究开发中心选录为《中文社会科学引文索引》统计源期刊。5 心理学探新《心理学探新》（Exploration of Psychology），季刊。1981年创刊。江西师范大学、中国心理学会“理论和史”及“学校教育心理学”两个专业委员会共同主办，南京师范大学和华南师范大学共同协办。被南京大学中国社会科学研究评价中心选为《中文社会科学引文索引》（CSSCI?1998）来源期刊。该刊着力发表心理学理论研究、实证研究和方法研究的探索性文章。主要内容为：心理学理论和史研究、认知心理学研究、发展和教育心理研究、心理测量和心理学研究方法、应用心理研究、心理学教学改革。主要面向专业心理学工作者和广大业余心理学爱好者。7 中国心理卫生杂志《中国心理卫生杂志》，英文刊名：Chinese Mental Health Journal，国际刊号：ISSN 1000-6729，国内刊号：CN 11-1873/R。创刊于1987年2月，初为双月刊，2002年起改为月刊。主管单位为中国科学技术协会，主办单位为中国心理卫生协会，挂靠单位为北京大学精神卫生研究所。1991年起被纳入R74神经病学和精神病学类学术核心期刊。《中国心理卫生杂志》涉及学科包括精神病学与精神卫生学、健康心理学、儿童发展心理学、教育学、社会学等，是跨学科的学术期刊，全面反映我国心理卫生领域的研究现状和学术水平。年发行量在10万册左右。不仅拥有国内相关领域的大量作者，权威的专家评审队伍，还有美国、日本、加拿大、澳大利亚、香港地区的作者和特约编辑。该刊多年以来被美国心理学文摘（Psychological of Clinical Psychology），1993年创刊，季刊，中国心理卫生协会主办，中南大学湘雅二医院承办，香港大学心理系协办。该刊属国家科技部《中国科技论文统计源期刊》，《中国学术期刊综合评价数据库》，《中国人文社会科学引文数据库》和《中国生物科学引文数据库》的来源期刊，美国心理学会主办的（Psychological Abstracts）和（PsycINFO Database）定期收录本刊发表论文的英文摘要，曾被中国科协评为优秀科技期刊。《中国临床心理学杂志》主要发表应用心理学的论文及相关的基础和理论研究成果，内容包括心理咨询与治疗、心理与教育测量、神经心理、健康心理、病人心理和儿少学习和行为问题等。主要面向的读者为临床心理学工作者、心理学工作者、医务人员、儿童保健、教育、司法鉴定、学校卫生、人事管理、人才开发以及其它特殊职业（体育、航空、军事）工作人员。《中国临床心理学杂志》刊号为ISSN Behavior），2003年创刊，季刊，天津师范大学心理与行为研究中心主办。现任主编为沈德立教授。《心理与行为研究》主要发表认知心理、发展与教育心理、生理与医学心理、心理学史与基本理论、心理测量与研究方法、管理心理等心理学研究的论文。主要面向心理学教学科研工作者、教育工作者、社会工作者和医学工作者等。除了以上介绍的8种期刊外，我国的心理学学术期刊还有《健康心理学杂志》、《四川心理科学》。我国还有台湾出版的《中华心理学刊》（Chinese Journal of Psychology）、香港出版的《华人心理学报》（Journal of Psychology in Chinese Society）。SCI/SSCI收录的455种心理学期刊作者 祝银梅刘 霞 苗丽 据不完全统计，目前我国心理学期刊约有20多种，其中核心期刊5种，没有一种进入SCI／SSCI／EI，这与我国是个期刊大国(2003年中国期刊数9029种居全世界第三，据2002年统计中国期刊被SCI收录61种；SSCI收录3种；EI收录107种)极不相称。因此，本文采用文献计量学的方法研究SCI、SSCI收录的心理学期刊，以揭示其基本状况与特点，同时推荐一批优秀的国际心理学期刊，供相关期刊工作者及心理学者借鉴。1、数据来源与统计方法本文统计数据是作者于2004年5月检索美国科学信息研究所(Institute for ScientificInformation，ISI)出版的大型权威检索系统SCI(Science Citation Index，科学引文索引)、SSCI(Social Science Citation Index，社会科学引文索引)而获得。SC1分为光盘版和扩展版，一般用SCI和SCIE(SCI?Expanded)表示，其区别仅在于收录期刊数的不同， SCIE收录的期刊数多且包涵了SCI光盘版。本文以SCIE为研究对象，该库收录自然科学基础领域170个学科的学术期刊6106种，其中心理学期刊62种占1．02％。SSCI收录全球50多个学科的社会学期刊1804种，其中心理学期刊437种占24．22％。JCR(Joumal Citation Reports，期刊引证报告)也是ISI编辑出版的用于评价期刊的重要定量工具。本文利用JCR网络版数据库查找SCIE／SSCI收录心理学期刊的出版国、语种、期刊影响因子 (Impact Factor，IF)等指标，并逐项进行了详细分析与研究。2、统计结果与分析2．1期刊数与交叉期刊分析SCIE来源期刊列表中包括1个学科主题(PSYCHOLOGY)的心理学期刊62种，有44种刊与SSCI来源期刊重复。44种交叉期刊有如下特点：出版国涉及7个国家，以美国、英国、荷兰为主；用英文发文的期刊40种，4种期刊以多语言出版；且季刊、双月刊多见；影响因子(IF )在1以上的有35种刊，最大值为9．896，是美国出版的Annum Review ofPsychology。2．2出版国(地)455种心理学期刊来自于23个国家，其中美国期刊294种(占64．62％)，英国84种(占18．46％)，德国23种(占5．05％)， (各占1．32％)，加拿大4种(占0．88％)，日本、澳大利亚各3种(各占0．66％)，俄罗斯2种(占0．44％)，捷克、斯洛伐克、西班牙、葡萄牙、意大利、爱尔兰、丹麦、比利时、墨西哥、哥伦比亚、土耳其、南非、新西兰各1种(各占0．22％)。由此可知世界心理学主流期刊基本上由欧、美发达国家编辑出版。2．3语种455种心理学期刊涉及7种语言：英文409种(占89．9％)，多语言27种(占5．9％)，德语13种(占2．9％)，法语，西班牙语各2种(各占0．4％)，日语、俄语各1种(各占0．2％)。是否用英文发表是评价期刊能否达国际水准的首要特征。2．4影响因子(I F)2004年SCI、SSCI收录的455种心理学期刊最近2年的动态变化情况。2002年最大值是8．73，为美国出版的Behavioral and brain sciences(行为与脑科学)，2003年最大值是10．63(比上一年增加了1．9)仍是该刊。最小值为0．05的期刊是法国用法文出版的Revue DeNeuropsychologie。前后两年对比，除24种刊2003年无外，逐年增大的期刊有239种，逐年减小的期刊有194种，不变的有1种。3 结论与思考3．1心理学学科属交叉科学，但明显偏于社会科学以上SCIE与SSCI心理学交叉期刊的学科主题主要集中在实验心理学、多学科心理学、临床心理学、应用心理学、生物心理学、分析心理学及发展心理学。这表明心理学作为自然科学和社会科学的交叉学科的人文特征，也与心理学的发展趋势(早期自科，后来取向人文，现在两者整合，且人文取向的心理学更接近人的真实心理)相一致。3．2现代心理学的迅猛发展将促使我国学科分类的重新思考交叉科学是指两门以上学科相互结合，彼此渗透交叉而形成的新学科有“比较学科、边缘学科、软科学、综合学科、横断学科、超学科”等6大学科门类，如心理学、生态学、管理学等。国外早在70年代已经将现代交叉科学作为大的学科门类，如美国已将学科划分为生命科学、心理学、物质科学、环境科学、数学与计算机科学、工程科学、社会科学7大门类是我国第一个学科分类国家标准，将学科分为5大门类，下设58个一级学科，虽然少量交叉科学如管理学等列入一级学科，但是许多交叉性强、跨度大的新兴学科仍难找到自己的位置，如将心理学归入生物学；又如1999年出版的《中图法》(第四版)将心理学归入哲学、宗教类，1994年出版的《科图法》(第三版)则将心理学归入哲学、生物科学类；再如2000年出版《中文核心期刊要目总览》把心理学归入哲学类，而医药卫生类也见有《中国心理卫生杂志》；另外2003年出版的中国科技期刊引证报告则把心理学划入神经精神医学类。为了解决这一混乱局面，更好地与国际接轨，迫切需要建立我国新的学科分类标准，使学科分类更加完善与规范，以促进这些新兴学科的健康发展。3．3中国心理学期刊的努力方向455种心理学期刊绝大多数由美国、英国、德国出版，且英文期刊占89．9％；44种交叉期刊及最具国际影响力28种期刊(见表)的出版国也是以美国、英国、荷兰为主。西方欧美发达国家处于心理学研究的引领地位。我国有心理学期刊20多种(其中核心期刊5种，中文社会科学引文索引CSSCI收录7种)。在CJCR中仅能查到3种心理学期刊有2002年的IF (即中国临床心理学杂志0．735，中国心理卫生杂志0．732，心理学报0．283)，与同期同类SCI／SSCI心理学期刊相比有较大的差距：(1)2002年SCI／SSCI心理学期刊平均值为1．733，是我国心理学期刊平均值0．732的2．37倍；(2)把2002年423个有IF值的SCI／SSCI心理学期刊降序排次，中国临床心理学杂志相当于第259名(也可说有165个SCI／SSCI心理学期刊的比它小)；而心理学报相当于第374名(有50个SCSCI心理学期刊的比它小)。我国心理科学学科独立分类、创新研究、期刊的数量(因为分类不合理，有关脑科研究的部分期刊可归到此类)与质量均要向国际看齐，因此中国心理学期刊应积极借鉴国内外成功经验，可从“期刊出版现代化、编辑队伍国际化、选题科学化、论文规范化与语言英语化(《心理学报》、《心理科学》已走在前面)、读者定位适当化”等方面努力。中国心理学会1980年7月加入国际心联成为其第44个国家会员，标志着中国心理学开始走向世界。我国心理学在近20多年发展非常迅速，特别是近2年心理咨询师培训班轰轰烈烈，心理意识日趋深入人心；尤其是2004年8月在中国北京主办了第28界国际心理学大会，说明我国心理学发展得到了世界的认可，显示中国心理学正在走向世界。《心理学报》作为中国心理学期刊的领头羊，它是唯一一种既接受中、英文论文，又参考文献一律用英文书写的期刊，且在国际上也有一定的影响，其文章摘要被美国出版的((Psychological Abstract)和心理科学光盘收录，正努力入围SCI、SSCI收录期刊。量高低的一种比较科学、客观、公正、合理的指标，已被世界广泛采用。同是SCI／SSCI收录期刊，其相差非常悬殊)。因将2003年IF≥3最具国际影响力的28种心理学期刊列于下表中，推荐给广大期刊工作者和读者，争取中国心理学期刊与中国心理学论文早日迈进SCI、SSCI的国际舞台，真正实现走向世界。

国内的期刊其实不太看重影响因子，主要还是以期刊级别来说。期刊权威与否还是参考中国科学信息技术研究所的目录吧，或者还看中文核心目录。单纯的说某一个期刊权威与否不负责任，因为期刊有可能会被踢出目录。比如现在2016年要看最新的16年目录，我们主要就是操作核心的。
