The title of my paper is On the Significance of Drama Method in the Improvement of English Learning in Chinese Rural Junior High School. I choose this as my topic due to the following reasons. First of all, I really want to be a teacher, so during the four years, I have read many books about how to become a good teacher. Secondly, when I was a freshman in the summer of 2008, I was chosen as a teaching assistant of the summer camp which was organized by the New Oriental English School in Shijiazhuang. In the summer camp, I rewrote a script of an English drama to be one of the programs of the open ceremony. It was very popular among those students. They thought it was very interesting. In 2010, I was practiced as an English teacher at Chenguantun Middle School in Qinhuangdao, I found that the students have little interest towards English learning, so I hoped I could help them. In every broad type, I respectively list some detailed branches and cite some vivid English and Chinese examples to explain these ambiguity phenomena. But I put more focus on the third part and point out two differences of ambiguity between English ambiguity and Chinese ambiguity.

答辩，是对申报人员进行面对面的考核方式，是评委会组织了解评审对象的方法之一，是高级职务的评审程序之一，是评审工作的重要环节。
（一）、答辩范围
今年，试行申报中学教师高级职务任职资格全员答辩。
也包括具有下列情况之一者，必须参加中学教师高级职务评委会组织的统一答辩，同时还要增补答辩内容：
1、按人职司函（1991）15号文规定：虽达到规定学历，但所学专业与所教专业不一致；
2、按川人办发（2005）57号文规定：破格晋升中学教师高级职务任职资格；
3、按《中学教师职务条例》（试行）和川人办发（2005）57号文规定：小学教师晋升中学教师高级职务任职资格；
4、中学教师高级职务评审委员会及学科（专业）组根据评审需要要求答辩。
（二）答辩内容及其他
1、答辩重点了解掌握所任学科（专业）的文化基础知识、学识水平、专业技术能力、工作业绩以及本专业领域的改革及发展动态等内蓉；
2、答辩时间、地点书面或电话另外提前五天通知；
3、答辩与评审同时进行，未参加答辩或答辩不合格者，评审委员会不得评审通过其中学教师高级职务任职资格。
四、申报程序和评审费
（一）申报程序
1、个人述职：申报高级职务应在本校教职工大会上或教研组述职；校评委会无记名投票表决并公示结果，赞同票数过半者才能申报材料，实行网上报名；
2、公示内容和要求：按省人事厅川人办发（2003）171号文规定，所在学校公示申报人的“个人业绩贡献”和学校对教师近三年所教学科的教案评比或排名情况；校评委会无记名投票表决结果；公示情况必须在《专业技术职务任职资格评审表》中“基层单位意见”和《教师专业技术职务推荐表》中“学校评委会意见和公示情况”格内填写；
3、公示时间：7天以上，（节假日除外）未经公示不得申报材料；
4、直属学校（含民办），直接送教育局职改办；各区（市）县学校送教育局审查，教育局再送当地人事局复核，教育局再送市教育局职改办。
（二）职称评审费
1、根据省物价局、省财政厅川价字费（1999）265号文件规定，高级职务评审费每人次收取240元；需答辩人员另交答辩费，每人次80元；
2、如是支票，请直接与市教育职改办专户（教育分中心财务室）联系；
3、任何单位和个人不论什么理由，不得擅自提高收费标准和扣留评审费。

论文代表作的答辩就成了中学高级教师资格评审中一道难以逾越的门槛。可以说，论文的鉴定与答辩，是对教师论文的真伪与优劣的一次检验，是对教师研究问题、解决问题的水平和教育教学能力的综合考核，也是广大教师展示自己才能的一个绝好机会。那么，与论文答辩的有关事项有哪些呢？ (一)答辩时间 十五分钟（别忘了带身份证）。 （二）答辩内容 1.教师自己撰写的论文代表作。 2.回答专家们提出的问题。 (三)事前准备 教师最好事前几天做好答辩提纲的准备工作。俗话说得好，“不打无准备之仗”， “磨刀不误砍柴功”，“工欲善其事，必先利其器”。答辩教师可从以下几个角度去考虑： 1.你为什么会选择这个课题？ 2.选择这个课题的意义和目的是什么？ 3.论文的基本框架、结构，你是如何安排的？ 4.论文各个部分之间有何逻辑关系？ 5.你在论文中提出了哪些主要观点？ 6.论文中涉及到的名词解释、概念、定义、公式、原理等等。 7.在论文的写作过程中你遇到了哪些问题？（此问题主要是辨别你的论文是抄袭的还是自创的），你是如何解决的？ 8.你还有哪些问题没有解决？ 9.你写作论文时立论的主要依据是什么？10.你参考了哪些资料？ 对以上问题应该仔细想一想，必要时写成书面提纲，以备答辩时采用。也可以叫上你的几个同行或朋友，沏上一壶香茶，一边品味一边从各个不同的角度来肆意“攻击”你。如果你能轻而易举地战而胜之，何愁答辩不能过关？只有这样做到有备无患，才会临阵不慌，从容坦然。 教师参加答辩，要携带论文代表作的底稿和主要参考资料。主答辩（一般是三位专家评委，居中的那位是主答辩）提出问题后，答辩教师再当面回答。在这种情况下，携带论文底稿和主要参考资料是很有必要的。答辩教师在答辩的过程中，一般的情况下是允许翻看自己的论文和有关参考资料的。答辩时虽然不能完全依赖这些资料，但带上这些资料，心里就有了底。当确实遇到一时记不起来的问题时，稍微翻阅一下这些资料，可以减缓一下紧张的心理，避免出现答不上来的尴尬。 (四)对自己要有自信心 在答辩前，每个答辩老师都有十五分钟的准备时间。只要论文是你自己亲自撰写的，你根本就没有必要太紧张。说实在的，完全不紧张那是完全的假话。答辩教师可以在走廊上抽一支烟（如果允许的话，不允许可别抽），或活动活动呼吸一下新鲜空气，或喝点水，或上一下卫生间，或与其它来参加答辩的老师说说话等等，以此来消除紧张慌乱的心理，因为过度的紧张会使本来可以回答出来的问题却偏偏答不上来。只有我们充满自信，沉着冷静，才会在答辩时有良好的表现。因而教师的自信心在此时此刻就显得极其重要了。 (五)沉着冷静回答问题。 主答辩老师在提问题时，教师要集中注意力认真聆听，不要未弄清题意就匆匆忙忙胡乱作答。如果你对所提问题没判断清楚，可以请提问的专家再说一遍。如果对问题中有些概念不太理解，可以请他（她）做些解释，或者把自己对问题的大致理解说出来，试探性地询问一下是不是这个意思，等得到专家的肯定答复后再作回答不迟。只有如此这般，才有可能避免答所非问，答到点子上。同时也拉近了你自己与专家的距离，让评委们觉得你沉着冷静，不急不躁，平时定是一块好料子，印象不错，得分自然就会高许多。 (六)回答问题要简明扼要 答辩教师在弄清了主答辩所提问题的准确意思后，要在较短的时间内作出反应，要以比较流畅的语言和肯定的语气把自己的想法讲述出来，不要犹犹豫豫、结结巴巴，半天没有反映。不要东拉西扯，“王顾左右而言他”，左思右想，苦苦思索。实在回答不出来，就不要勉强作答。直接告诉主答辩评委，说出自己不能回答问题的原委，切忌胡说八道，无理答辩。这样一来，反而把你自己的弱点暴露无遗，你不是一个草包就是一个傻瓜。做老实人说老实话尤其显得重要，评委觉得你实在，因为回答不出来是再正常不过的事情。几位专家评委都是在教坛上爬摸滚打了几十年的中高教师，你想耍点小聪明蒙混过关简直就是异想天开，更不能班门弄斧，自欺欺人。 第一个问题回答不出来，评委自然会提出第二个问题，再回答不出来，自然提出第三个问题。一般来说，前面几个问题教师回答不出来，评委都会降低问题的难度，尽可能给你一个机会。如果一而再再而三地“哑口无言”，那就怪不得专家评委，只能怪你自己无学不术或学而不精了。 (七)别和专家评委起冲突 答辩时，或许专家评委会提出与你的论文中的观点不同的观点，然后请你谈谈看法，此时你应全力阐述自己的观点。对于基础的常见的知识性问题，要作出正确、全面的回答。而对于尚未定论的学术性问题，只要提出自己的见解就行了。如果专家评委对你的论文提出了一些意见或建议，最好甘而受之，点头称是。因为一个事物可以从各个不同的角度去观察。一千个观众，就有一千个哈姆雷特。别人有别人的看法，也是很正常的事。你千万不要认为你自己是“东方不败”，你的论文无懈可击，其实自己到底有几斤几两心里明明白白，一清二楚。山高复有山高，强中还有强中手，别人有可能不费吹灰之力就能抓住你的死穴，打你一个落花流水，永世不得翻身。你再强辩，只能显示你的自高自大和旁若无人，无异于搬起石头砸自己的脚。接受专家评委的意见或建议，自己的自尊自信并没受到任何伤害，反而显得你谦虚大度，温和可爱。 (八)文明礼貌 在论文答辩的过程中，答辩老师应把它看成是向专家评委学习和锻炼的良机。因此，在这个过程中，应该极其尊重专家评委，言行举止要讲文明有礼貌。穿着要整洁，态度要诚恳。进到答辩室，不卑不亢，主动友好地向专家评委们问好。离开时，无论答辩情况如何，都要十二万分地有礼貌地退场。
