其实这种最好不要去,一般你投稿过去就会搜到自动回复,那上面会写上编辑的审稿时长,快的半个月,慢的三个月都有,这段时间能做的就是等待,因为你写信了编辑也不一定会理。。。
会议官网上日程表之类的,上面有哪天之前会统一通知是否利用。一般的话会议大概召开前半年截稿,2个月左右返回意见。早点投也是有好处的,至少如果超过时间没有结果出来,你催的时候也比晚投稿的人催的理直气壮啊,经验之谈。
催稿这是一个复杂的工作,一个不小心就会惹得两头不满意。大部分人催稿就是很暴力的打电话逼着别人教出稿件这里有失绅士风度。第一,催稿肯定不是第一次去,可以在没有催稿的时候多去沟通一下,表现下自己的态度,让对方觉得自己很被别人关注,在得到满足感的时候他会更有动力去完成稿件。第二,催稿的时候不要一味的指责对方,可以来到对方的工作场所,用朋友的态度去询问是不是稿件遇到了瓶颈,表示自己可以帮忙解决。第三,催稿时不仅仅是对撰稿人的关心,还要保持对上级领导的急切心理的安抚。也要把上级领导的压力怎么承担下来的透一点给撰稿人希望他能理解自己的不容易也表示知道撰稿人的不容易,希望配合。
