免费的挺少的，一般都是高校买下了数据库，本学校的学生可以免费使用。EBSCO 等，都是要注册的。
期刊方面的问题可以找【论文部落】了解
你可以用google学术搜索，如果文章免费，google会给出相应文章的链接。一般情况下，国外的期刊都是收费的，不过一些大学的数据库和部分期刊也有免费的（如Nature和Science的前两年的论文）。能不能找到要凭RP的。如果实在不行可以去比较好的大学的图书馆，那里一般可以通过学校的网络连上国外的数据库，当然前提是他们有买这些数据库。希望这些信息对你有用。
