这类文章发普通刊物还是比较容易的，但如果要发核心可就难多了。学报、期刊的电子邮箱每天来稿至少是数十封，编辑根本不能及时处理或回复，即使能审阅，也只能是看个大概，然后主要看看作者的学历、职称。学历、职称高的可以留下，各个编辑私人邮箱来稿和约稿，根本没有时间细看学报或期刊公开邮箱的来稿论文，这就导致了学报或期刊多数刊登的稿件也是采用自编辑专用邮箱的论文。所以多数论文不能及时得到回复，如果超过了学报规定的审稿时间，多半就直接删除了。你可以尝试直接与机构负责人联系。
