我原先武汉大学，校报隶属党委宣传部，有2位老师，负责宣传写稿，同时负责校报编辑工作，还有20几个学生组成的记者团。排版一般是出版社兼做的，没有专职。另外，现在排版都有专门的排版软件，你如果很熟练主流排版软件的话，一般的杂志社都可以去。你的情况，我的建议是，不能为了去校报而去校报。关键还是在于自己以后长远地到底想做什么?好好思考思考！加油啊！
