文案编辑招聘问题

可以参考招聘平台上的模板,但最重要以下三点要写明1)公司招这个文案编辑主要做什么,简单明了的把职位简介写明白。2)说出你们公司的优势和福利。最好能找出公司独有的竞争力,这里千万要真实,不能人)3)这个职位要求应聘者具备什么样的能力?要写的明确而具体,比如有经验,什么方面的经验,是做过杂志文案的,还是媒体推广文案,还是别的什么经验,写具体。

你也得与文案策划的负责人沟通啊,他们需要,期待什么样的人才是最重要的。你如只是人事部的,就以公司的原则,需人部门的特殊要求为出发点。当然列一个提问草稿绝不多余。
