外文文献，就是你毕业论文中所参考到的外国相关文献。不一定要原文引用，比如你采纳了其中一个论点，或者论据都行，总的来说就是参考文献，你引用也好借鉴也好，都行。
不一定。要看你写得是什么类型的，如果是毕业论文这个是必须的。如果是一般性的作业论文就不用啦，发表的文章一般是需要的。

有。如果是排版格式，学校应该会给。综述大致要有中英文摘要关键词，目录，绪论，正文，结语，参考文献。
文献综述是对论文选题研究现状的梳理，但并不仅仅是把文献进行简单的堆砌与罗列，而是需要在总结梳理别人研究的同时，对已有的研究做出评价，也就是说有述有评，这也是为什么文献综述也叫做文献述评的原因。
一个是要加入点自己的语言，一个是直接抄文献中的重要片段
文献摘要是对文献中的观点直接进行摘抄，要求找出文献的要点、中心思想。文献综述是就某一研究课题，查找与之相关的文献综合整理和归纳，找出哪些人看法一致或类似，哪些人观点不同等等
当然要了!不过要是知道名字就不用摘要和关键词了,直接查名字就OK了!!!
