预警期刊完全不建议投稿!风险很大!因为预警期刊有很多问题,稿件质量不高,收稿量过大,给钱就发等等。所以这样的期刊随时有可能会被降级,甚至被停刊。

会。《国际期刊预警名单（试行）》旨在提醒科研人员审慎选择成果发表平台、提示出版机构强化期刊质量管理。每一篇SCI都是作者的心血，来之不易，可是有的时候会踩坑，把文章投到了有风险的期刊上。这些期刊收了版面费，有可能第二年就被踢出来了。所以中科院期刊分区工作组，为了提高期刊质量，推出了《国际期刊预警名单》，目前是试运行阶段，分为高中低三个级别。
我觉得这对于他的影响还是比较负面的，因为高昂的费用，那么让他不得不放弃了，停用知网的举动
