As you can imagine, as international students in Australia, the biggest challenge is English,
I remembered that when I come here first time, there is a party in the house of my home stay. During the time, they played jokes and they laughed all the time, do you know how embarrassed that is, everyone laughed except you. So I pretend to understand the joke in another party, I saw everyone laugh and I laugh too in 5 seconds later. My home stay was surprised about that and asked me “do you understand?”， and I answered “no”， “So why do you laugh?” ”because I do not want to be embarrassed”!
But as I receive this award today, I want to thank to them, because they encourage me to be involved with the committee rather than staying in at home, play computer and speak Chinese.
When I came to Wantirna College first time, I met liz collar who is international student coordinator. She is very kind to me, and she encourage me join SRC, I went to SRC meetings regularly all the time, but I didn’t even know what SRC was! That is the reason why I told her, I don’t want to go to SRC anymore. But she said “why not? You should go and you have to go!”I asked” why?” she said:” because I said so!”
But as ii receive this award today, I want to thank her. She helps me a lot.
Truth be told, I am not the best student in Wantirna College, but I appreciate this award and I will try my best in future.
I think I got 10 seconds left, I want to thank to Les and Vera who is my lovely home stay, thanks to Liz collar who is international student coordinator, I strongly want to thank to my mother, because she support me and gave me the opportunity to come to Australia. What suprised her most,beyond her wildest imagination, is that almost all the male in this country took their head out of the window.Admittedly,Lucy made a mistake here .The word spitted means Mandy is totally naked to the reason that male looked out of the window.The right sentence shall be,"put your clothing on."The story inspires you to take a careful look on the vast difference between eastern and western culture.

First of all, the Internet has brought people great convenience in getting information, entertainment and contact with each other. As for our students, it is a useful tool when we meet problems. When we are tired, a piece of light music will help us relax. If we have free time, we can enjoy movies or interesting cartoons. What’s more, we can also watch live programs on the internet or see it later if we are not available at that time.
But there is also bad influence. Some of the young teenagers are addicted to computer games, and some even play games all night. Because of lacking in sleep, those students can not focus on in the class . As a result, they may fail in the exam. When they realize it is wrong to spend too much time playing games, it’s already too late.
I have remembered such a piece of news . An excellent student flunked (考试不及格) because he could not concentrate on his study for being too indulged in computer games. He spent nearly all the money on games, which was earned by his father's selling blood. When his father knelt down to beg him to return to school, he was too numb to show any regret.
The most serious harm of computer games come from their contents, which affects teenagers ' mental health. Many games involve violence, such as fighting and killing. When they enjoy the pleasure of success, a violent turn of mind is developed and rooted in them, which may induce future violent behaviour in their life.
So when computers' entertaining function is highly spoken of ,such a problem does deserve our serious concern.
In addition, long time's working before computer also does harm to health. The radiation from the computer can arose many uncomfortable feelings., like a headache, poor eyesight.
At last, people who are fond of making friends on line should also be careful. Many convicts use Internet as a way to cheat. Although it has many disadvantages , Internet has become an indispensable part of people's life in recent years. In my point of view, it’s wrong to blame Internet itself, it’s all depend on the way we use it. If we use it in a right way, it can be one of the best friends in our life.

Noise-making is another ancient custom at the new year. The noise is considered necessary to chase away the evil spirits of the old year. People around the world do different things to make a lot of noise. They may hit sticks together. Or beat on drums. Or blow horns. Or explode fireworks.
Americans celebrate the New Year in many ways.
Most do not have to go to work or school. So they visit family and friends. Attend church services. Share a holiday meal. Or watch new years parades on television. Two of the most famous parades are the Mummers Parade in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and the Rose Parade in Pasadena, California. Both have existed for many years.
Americans also watch football on television on New Years Day. Most years, university teams play in special holiday games.
For those who have been busy at work or school, New Years may be a day of rest. They spend the time thinking about, and preparing for, the demands of the new year.

“回到梦开始的地方”是一件看似简单却实则困难的事。如同字面上最直观的表达，梦开始的地方应是最纯粹的时候，没有那么多的功名浮华，有的只是一份纯粹的，对于某样事物的满腔热忱。我所在学校的四年级，有一个成绩不好却十分酷爱天文学的男生。每当我看到他那双满载着梦想与热情的双眼所透露出的耀眼光芒时，我仿佛看到了六年级时的自己。那时的我也是如此，手中握着一支笔在雪白的纸上写下一篇又一篇满怀着理想与信念的文章。在自己的“才华”得到了老师与同学的认可后，我对写作的热情与日俱增。后来，在一次十分偶然的机遇下，我的作文登上了某份刊物，我欣喜若狂，急着找人分享我的喜悦之情，听着别人的溢美之词，看着同龄人羡慕的眼神，我开始产生了飘然的感觉，虚荣心促使我开始不停向各报刊杂志投稿。
长此以往的喜爱之情一旦被蒙上了虚荣心的薄纱，所带来的结果就是让人看不清眼前的路。我开始想着什么样的文章可以博得人们的眼球，什么样的文笔可以得到别人的赞扬。我开始不再怀着单纯的执着追逐梦想，而是在意起了别人的眼光。一篇自认为不错的文章在给别人看了以后，不同的人对它有不同的看法，为了迎合他们的思想，我一次又一次地改写文章。就这样，一篇原本不错的文章被改得渐渐没有了原来的样子，框架结构完全紊乱，思想感情也很是混乱，文章失去了它本来的风格，只能用“臭油坏酱悉贮其中”来形容，别说是登上刊物了，就连一个良好的成绩也拿不到。老师与同学的赞扬渐渐变为了询问和不解，而我也因无法释怀陷入了迷惘。
之后的某一天，我在一本闲暇中翻出的书中找到了答案：“当你被名利和荣耀迷住双眼时，请回到梦开始的地方，看看你开始时的信念。”我怔住了，犹如拨开云雾重见天日般，一切的迷惘和彷徨都在这一刻消散。我把以前写过的文章重新翻了出来，一篇篇地重温、回顾着，想着当初我写下它们时的心境，我想起了很多。我想起当初第一篇文章登上报刊后，出版社给了我一些稿费，当初大家都认为这么点钱不算什么，但我却很高兴，不是因为钱给的多或少，而是自己的能力得到了他人的认可。然而从什么时候开始，我在乎的东西慢慢变了呢？一味地奔跑，自以为比别人快，但却是在快速倒退着。
如今，我又再次拾起久违的笔记本，挥舞着那只曾见证我辉煌的笔，继续抒写着代表我青春和梦想的篇章。不久后，又有一些文章的“喜报”传来，但我已不再那么在乎它们了，我注重的是文章的本身。每当我又因成功而感到高兴和自满时，时常停下来，让思绪回到梦开始的地方，然后蜕下骄傲的戎装，换上谦恭的素衣，怀着平静的`心情，大步向前走。
当你迷惘，不知所措时，停一停，想一想，回到梦开始的地方重温信念，这样的人生就算走得比别人慢些，但那也是最初点燃梦想的地方。

大家早上好！
首先感谢组织上又给我们搭建了这次展示自我的平台，提供了锻炼的机会。说实话，本来我没有准备参加这次竞聘，因为，家庭的原因，真想多找点时间照顾一下。再加之自己身体经常出现失眠、失忆等症状。但经过思想斗争，特别想想从部队转业到县总工会后，县总工会领导把我送到多少中青年干部向往的地方——县委党校中青班学习，又下派到吕山任农村指导员、上挂省总组织部挂职锻炼，如此等等的关爱、关心，增添了我战胜困难的信心和决心，打消了原来的想法。俗话说：养兵千日，用兵一时。在组织上需要我们挑重担、打前阵的时候，作为一名中年干部理所当然要站出来让组织挑选，因为，工会是我家。
当然，今天，对我来说是机遇，更是挑战，所以，我也很十分珍惜这次机会，勇敢走上台来，接受大家的评判。

大家好!
一位少年公爵将一块宝石献给了女王。在年幼的他眼中这仅是一块很漂亮的石头。多年以后，昔日的少年已经长大，明白了那块稀世宝石的意义。当他再次见到女王时，他请求能够欣赏一下宝石。女王欣然同意。公爵在欣赏完毕后，恭敬地将宝石举过头顶，单膝跪下向女王说道："今天，我已不再是懵懂小儿，完全了解了这块宝石的价值。请允许我再次把它献给您，不作为儿童的玩物，而是作为一件稀世之宝，只有这样才能配得上我对您的感激和尊重"。
同是一块宝石，在孩子眼中它仅是好看的玩物，在大人眼里却是稀世珍宝。由于在人们心中位置的不同，使它具有了两个相差无数倍的价值。而后者才是它真正应该拥有的价值。由此可见，事物的价值往往因其所处位置的不同而发生变化。
其实不仅事物的价值决定于所处位置，人亦如此。尽管常言道"三个臭皮匠顶得上一个诸葛亮"，可是要真让孔明成了鞋匠。而鞋匠成了军师，恐怕要出大乱。由于所处位置的不同，孔明不太可能成为—个出色的鞋匠，而鞋匠带兵打仗也只会以失败而告终。
历史上有很多不适合君王这个位置的人被推上了舞台，结果使得国家灭亡、民不聊生，如文学家李煜、书画家宋徽宗等等。无疑，作为政治家的他们是失败的，而在其它位置上呢?他们却有着令人难以企及的成就。
无数鲜活的事例在告诉我们：正确的位置能使我们实现价值。而现实生活中我们往往会遇到这样或那样的面具从而迷惑了我们的眼睛，此时我们需要的正是执着地揭开它寻找到属于自己的位置。

拼在高二,赢在高三，我们真的做到无怨无悔了吗？
我想“拼在高二，赢在高三”这句话前面还有两句是“基在初中，谋在高一”。总体来说就是一个意思，要想在高三赢得胜利，就得有一个牢固的基础。高二的课还是基础课，常言说，基础不牢，地动山摇，高二不抓紧，高三是徒劳。
上次月考，我听说第一名是普通班的同学，这说明普通班的同学不甘落后，正在奋起直追，你们在坐的同学都是他们超越的目标。难道你们就心甘情愿地让他们超越吗？
同学们，你们在校园里已经度过了十个春秋。在过去的时光里，你们都取得了辉煌的成绩，你们都是家乡学校里佼佼者中的佼佼者，你们都是家长心中的龙和凤。经过中考、分科，你们有幸汇集到了三六班，你们是高二理科班的尖子班，是学校和家长瞩目的一个班集体。在高中，学校给了你们班最好的学习环境，分配给了你们最优秀的任课老师，汇集到了你们最聪明勤奋的学生，你们没有理由被普通班的学生超越。
我分析你们的学习现状，给你们找出了两个方面问题，如果你们在这两方面加以改进，其他班的学生根本不会超过你们。
第一方面的问题是少做无用功。
人的精力是有限的。大家都知道，在做功方面，分有用功和无用功。那么什么是学习方面的无用功呢？ 我认为只要是影响了你们学习成绩的事都是无用功。我举几个例子，你们看有没有这种现象：
1、同学们都会玩电子游戏吧。上课的时候心里是否时常想着自己QQ游戏里的农田牧场该收获了，我是不是该去同学的菜地里偷菜了，游戏里的武将该升级了，什么装备该领了，我的粉钻到期了，等等等等。如果你常玩这些游戏，多多少少在你心里要有一段时间挥之不去。
2、同学们现在都是十七八岁的年纪。我借用诗经里的一句话说就是：窈窕淑女，君子好逑；用现代词语讲就是青春期。学上课期间你们有没有对某个异性浮想联翩？会不会为了送一个礼物而费尽心机？会不会上课时就在找下课相聚的借口？会不会为了传个小纸条而心神不定？会不会为收到纸条如何回复而心神不宁？
3、在自己空闲的时间内无所事事。本来打算趁星期天要完成的学习任务，最后只能无奈地让时间一分一分地慢慢溜掉。等一天的时间过去了，才明白自己该做的事一件也没有做。这主要表现在暑假、寒假和星期天。
4、把时间花在打扮上。把心思放在发型是不是时尚，服装是不是新潮，脸上是不是不长了青春痘，等等等等。
5、抄答案。在完不成作业的时候，抄现成的答案。特别是遇到难题的时候，自己没有硬啃下来，而是简单地看了看答案做了出来。这样的情况是作业完成了，你也认为这个题没有难度，但你对这个类型的题仍然是一知半解，再考试的时候，你仍然不会。
还有许多，我不再一一例举，如果你有这种情况，你必须把用在无用功上的心思迅速转到学习上来。这样你将成为别人无法逾越的障碍，高二的学霸非你们莫属。
第二方面聚集有用功。“亲娘后妗子，想开一阵子”。许多同学不能保持有用功长时间发挥作用，我举几个例子，看看你有没有这种情况：
1、勤一阵，懒一阵，成绩忽上忽下。成绩差了下下功夫 ，成绩理想了，放松一下自己。
2、偏科。成绩越好的课越想学，成绩越差的课，越不想学。大家都知道木桶原理吧，木桶盛水量的多少是由最低的那一块木板决定的，这就是有名的木桶原理。保持优势课，巩固瘸腿课，才是你成绩突出的不二选择。
3、思想集中，发挥效率。说学习，就是学习，两耳不闻窗外事，一心只读圣贤书。说休息，就是休息，充足的睡眠是精力充沛的保证。说锻炼，就是锻炼，不怕吃苦不怕累，健康的身体是学习的本钱。三心二意是学习的大敌，三天打鱼两天晒网，是成不了气候的。
4、学习观念不正确。许多同学都有这样的经历，家里没人监督的时候，你能玩电子游戏到深夜。那思想集中得外面打雷你都听不见。为什么你会这样？这是因为你玩游戏的时候是为自己玩，是用心在玩。但在学习上，许多同学是为老师而学习，为家长而学习，老师家长在是一个样子，不在又是一个样子，从来没有为自己学习过。这种被动的学习就为别人超越你留下了巨大的空间。
还有许多例子，我不再一一讲。如果你觉得有这种情况，就下决心改正，北大清华的大门正为你们敞开。
有人说高中是灰色的，尝到的是枯燥，得到的失望。有人说高中是金色的，经历的是充实，收获的是希望。有人说高中充斥着残忍，友情似乎在你追我赶中稀薄。也有人说高中充满了友情，友谊似乎在你帮我助中浓厚 。不管怎么说，高中更让我们懂得人生只有走出来的美丽，没有等出来的辉煌。
我知道同学们有压力，有负担，有矛盾。在这场没有硝烟的战争中，我相信每一个三六班的学生不会放弃，更不会退却。
眼泪里滤过的微笑更美丽，惆怅里浸过的歌声更动听，寂寞里沉淀的思想更睿智，迷惘中走出的灵魂更清醒。
不经历风雨怎能见彩虹。只有经历了地狱的磨练,才有创造天堂的美丽,只有流过血的手指,才能弹出世间的绝唱。宁愿笑着流泪,也不愿哭着后悔。
最后我想问问同学们：拚在高二，赢在高三，你们准备好了吗？有信心没有？能支持不能？

大家好！我是来自四年一班的周依琳。今天我演讲的题目是“我和书的故事”。
说起我和书的故事，最初的记忆是在三、四岁的时候，那时我还不能独立阅读只有文字没有图画的书，都是爸爸妈妈读给我听。《骑鹅旅行记》就是这样听完的。当故事的最后尼尔斯变回人形，回到父母中间，却再也听不懂大雁的语言了，我为他高兴，同时也为他和动物们的分离难过。
随着年龄的增长，我拥有了许多书，并逐渐感悟到了书的魅力：有时，它让我哈哈大笑，有时让我感到悲伤。我曾和孙悟空一起降妖除魔，跋山涉水；和福尔摩斯一起侦破连环谜案；我感慨鲁滨孙的坚韧和智慧；执着于海底两万里的惊险；还有桃园三结义的侠肝义胆，以及蔡波波的聪明漂亮，马小跳的淘气顽皮------，这些书里的人物都给我以启迪：善良、坚韧、智慧、乐观------
就这样，我和书成了好朋友，随影随行；但是，因为贪玩，偶尔我也对书朋友很冷漠,几天也不看他一眼，书独自呆在书架上，好像很寂寞，这时的我就再也忍不住了，把它抱起来津津有味地读起来。相信在我成长的路上，我和书朋友会配合默契,我也会不断进步。
古人云“鸟欲高飞先振翅，人求上进先读书”，同学们，让我们读书吧，多读书，读好书，去挖掘这座无尽的宝藏！

大家好! 我是张惠兹，今天，我要竞选的职位是生活委员。我之所以有机会竞选这个职位，是因为大家的支持和信任。
竞选生活委员我首先要注意自己的各种生活习惯，而从小父母就注意培养我优良的生活习惯，从一年级开始，就自己洗袜子;二年级时能自己打扫房间，整理书本、衣物等学习和生活用品;现在已经能自己洗衣服、做饭了。自己的事情自己做，使“我”养成爱劳动、爱学习的好习惯。另外，我平时做事谨慎、考虑问题周密而全面，热心助人的品质为我赢得良好的人际关系，这一切都将有助于我对班级组织和生活的管理。
如果我当选了生活委员，我会注意自己的仪容，仪表，并检查同学们的。课后我会这样做：一。保持教室内的卫生，角落里不留一点灰尘。在上课前黑板上无一字迹。二。保持卫生区内的卫生，没有废纸，做到短时间内干完室内、室外的值日。三。每节课后洒水保持教室内地面湿润。四。桌椅摆放整齐，成竖状一字型。桌子间的空隙要能使一个人轻松通过如果我当选了生活委员，我还会天天早到校和值日生一起帮助同学们打扫卫生，放学时，我会拔掉电脑的电源。做好本职工作，以保持、营造整洁有序的生活环境为重点。使班级的物品摆放合理有序，保持地面的清洁，把争做“红旗班”作为奋斗目标，带给大家一个卫生、健康的生活的空间。让卫生流动红旗永远在我们班安家，让我们班成为“红旗班”。

文明礼仪伴我行如果你失去了今天，你不算失败，因为明天会再来，。 如果你失去了金钱，你不算失败，因为人生的价值不在钱袋。 如果你失去了文明，你是彻彻底底的失败，因为你已经失去了做人的真谛。文明礼仪是律己、敬人的一种行为规范，是表现对他人尊重和理解的过程和手段。 文明礼仪，是个人素质、教养的体现，也是个人道德和社会公德的体现，是国家的脸面。新加坡是一个通用英语的国家，这个国家的公共场所的各种标语大多是用英语书写。但其中的一些文明礼貌的标语，如“不准随地吐痰”、“禁止吸烟”、“不准进入草坪”等却用中文书写。为什么呢？人家回答：“因为有这些不文明行为的大多数是中国大陆的游客。”到新加坡考察的一位中学校长语重心长地说：“不文明行为也是国耻。” 不知大家是否记得，中央电视台曾经报道，国庆节后的天-安-门广场，随处可见口香糖残迹，40万平方米的天-安-门广场上竟有60万块口香糖残渣，有的地方不到一平方米的地面上，竟有9块口香糖污迹，密密麻麻的斑痕与天-安-门广场的神圣和庄严形成了强烈反差。文明涵盖了人与人、人与社会、人与自然之间的关系。它的主要作用，一是追求个人道德完善，一是维护公众利益、公共秩序。说到文明礼仪，我想到了一个故事。有一次，列宁同志下楼，在楼梯狭窄的过道上，正碰见一个女工端着一盆水上楼。那女工一看是列宁，就要退回去给让路。列宁阻止她说：“不必这样，你端着东西已走了半截，而我现在空手，请你先过去吧1他把“请”字说得很响亮，很亲切。然后自己紧靠着墙，让女工上楼了，他才下楼。这不也是良好文明礼仪的体现么？同学们，时代的车轮已经把我们带入了21世纪，在现代社会中，人好比原子，唯有在相互关联中才有其生存的价值。一个人，不管你是否愿意，若要取得学业或事业的成功，若要生活的愉快、幸福，就要首先学会文明礼仪，学会与任何人，包括亲朋好友、老师同学、乃至所有需要与自己交往的人友好相处，必定要学会塑造健康的人格。古人说，“不学礼，无以立”。就是说，你不学“礼”，就没法在社会中立身。“立人”的意思便是要完善人的思想和文明修养，人的文明修养并不是与生俱来的，而是靠后天不断完善的，正如鲁迅先生说：“中国欲存争于天下，其首在立人，人立而后凡事举。”要完善个人修养，首先要致力于读书求学，完善自身的认知水平；认知到达一定水平，就有了明辨是非的能力；有了分辨是非善恶的能力，就要端正自身的心态，不违背自己的良知，努力使自己的一言一行都符合道德的标准，自己的修养便得到完善。这就是古人所说的：格物、致知、诚意、正心、修身。完善个人道德修养，便有了推进社会公共文明的基矗文明其实是由细节构成的，记得一位名人曾说：德行的实现是由行为构成的，而不是由文字。无数事例表明，走向事业辉煌、开创成功人生的关键是高尚的情操。代表民族未来的我们，需要学习和继承的东西有很多很多，然而最基本的问题是：我们究竟要以什么样的精神风貌，什么样的思想品质和什么样的道德水准去接过人类文明的接力棒。南开大学校长在镜子上写了一句箴言：“面必争，发必理，衣必整，钮必结，头容正，肩容平，胸容宽，背容直，气象勿傲勿怠，颜色宜和宜静宜装。”作为一个中学生，我们必须明白自己的仪表起码必须符合学校的气氛和学生的身份，保持大方、得体的仪表，是对老师同学的一种尊重。反思我们的所作所为可见文明离我们还有一段距离。在我们身边，在一部分同学身上，还存在着一些不文明的行为。例如，在我们的校园内、楼梯上总能见到与我们美丽的校园极不和-谐的纸屑，校园内食品袋、果壳随处可见。这些怎能不教人痛心疾首呢！难道我们都是“语言的巨人，行动的矮人”么？明代大学者王守仁说“知是行的主意，行是知的功夫；知是行之始，行是知之成；知和行是一个本体、一个功夫。知而不行，只是未知。”我们接受文明礼仪的教育，自己却吝于履行、甚至反其道而行之，这跟从来没有接受社会教育有什么区别!所以我们要实践社会文明，就要从这“知行合一”上下功夫、从自己的坐言起行上下功夫，就要告别不文明的行为。 要成为一个文明的人，必须接受文明之教育，就像一块矿石，想要成为钢铁，必须投入熔炉接受烈火的冶炼。父母把我们送进学校，就是想让我们在学校这个文明的熔炉里被炼成一块纯钢。成绩的好坏并不是最要紧的，作为家长，他们期望我们能健康成长，期望我们能在老师的教导下成为一个文明的人、一个优秀的人。他们不期望我们一定要成为栋梁，但我希望我们至少是一棵绿树。无庸讳言，当今社会的不文明行我们应该辩证地看待，择其善者而从之，其不善者而改之。我坚信，江后浪推前浪，如果我们每一个人管住我们的口，不说粗话、不随地吐痰；管住我们的手，不乱扔垃圾、不打架斗殴；管住我们的脚，不践踏草坪，园一定会因为我们的文明而更加美丽，社会会因我们而美好。文明礼仪是我们学习、生活的根基，是我们健康成长的臂膀。没有了文明，就没有了基本的道德底线。让我们一起学做文明人，学做社会人， 清洁环境，保护校园环境，文明礼仪之花在校园处处盛开，让文明之风吹遍校园，吹遍社会，伴随我们健康幸福的一生！
春天的故事，春天的故事，有一位老人在中国的南海边画了一个圈…‥”每当听到这首歌，我就为我的祖国而骄傲。我的祖国是有着悠久历史灿烂文化的一个多民族的国家，也是一个从封建社会一步一步的走到现在美好的社会主义国家。作为新中国的少年，我为祖国的发展而高喊！听！在爷爷的话中我们能真切地感受到生活的进步！听爷爷讲以前人们都吃不饱、穿不暖。自从邓小平爷爷实施了家庭联产承包责任制以后，农民的生活是一天比一天好，一年比一年强。不仅物质生活好了，精神生活也丰富了。特别是到了2005年底中国政府庄严的宣布：“自2006年1月1日起，中国将全面取消农业税。”这就是说皇粮国税已经成为历史，农民种地再也不用交纳农业税了。这就是改革开放给我们农民所带来地史无前例的大好事。从爷爷、奶奶、爸爸、妈妈的笑脸中，也让我感受到了快乐！听！在爸爸的言语中我们真切的感受到了祖国的强大！爸爸说，在1997年7月1日，全世界瞩目的“东方明珠”香港终于回到了祖国的怀抱。在1999年12月20日，澳门也回归到了祖国的怀抱。记得在这特殊的日子里，我们全国上下喜气洋洋，人们为祖国能洗刷屈辱的历史而高兴。在爸爸说话时洋溢的笑容中我感受到了祖国的强大！如果我们的祖国不强大，我想香港、澳门不知道什么时候才能回到祖国的怀抱。听！我们要对全世界人说：2008年，是我们中国的一年！当中国人百年的奥运梦想实现时，我们真得再自豪不过了！祖国，你的繁荣让我自豪！从1991年2月到2001年7月，再这将近十年的时间里，中国人民经过不懈的努力，终于等到了这一天——2008年8月8日！当奥运圣火在北京上空点燃的时候：当“神舟7号”上天的时候，我们沸腾了，这是中华民族的荣誉，这是改革开发的雄伟赞歌！它向全世界人宣布了中国的繁荣与强大！改革的春风吹遍了祖国的大地，吹进了我们的生活，吹到了每一个人的心里！我为你欢呼——我的祖国。

尊敬的领导，各位同仁，大家好！
我来自**市特殊教育学校，作为一名普通的特教教师，能来参加这个会议，和大家一起分享这么多优秀的论文，我觉得非常幸运，收益匪浅。
我加入特教工作的时间不是很长，是XX从一所普通中学调入九江市特殊教育学校的。六来，从一名普通教师转型为一名特教教师，学校领导的给了我很多关心指导，热心的同事给了我很多无私的帮助，我自己也兢兢业业，付出了很多努力。XX我获得了市级学生最喜爱的老师称号，XX荣获了**市一二三园丁工程学科带头人的荣誉，我撰写的论文也多次荣获省市全国级别的奖项。这次学写的叙事论文，对我来说，是一个新的尝试。其实，这篇论文的原型，是我的一篇教学手记。在平时的教学工作，我喜欢随手记录个人教学点滴和教学心得，这些文字也是我写教学论文的资料。
这篇文字里，我是从两个方面来记叙的。
其一真实地记录了一个调皮的小男孩在课堂上和我的一次交锋。这个小男孩可以说是一个行为异常学生，在学校或者课堂中，行为异常学生可以引起许多问题，从兴风作浪到骂人打架，直至破坏规章和法律，确实行为异常的学生什么事情都能干出来。其中有些问题的处理，需要教师具有坚定而果断的态度，保护学校团体中其他人的利益，这也许最有成效。所以，我对他采取了一个比较粗暴，但是很坚决的态度。
同时，问题学生的异常行为会导致严重社会性适应不良，他们的行为远离了那种符合人的社会准则的正常行为，以至于严重地影响自己的成长、发展和周围人的生活。所以，我们作为教师有义务也有必要帮助他们建立正确的行为规范，帮助他们改变异常行为，
其二，在这篇文字里，也真实地记录了我的`心理活动和情感体验。
在社会上，教师被想象为有信心的，有知识的人，所以教师往往把恐惧隐藏起来。但是，我们教师也有七情，极自然地也会有害怕的情绪：害怕举只合体统，害怕个人的准备不足，害怕课堂上会遇到意外的对抗而不知所措，害怕在学生面前丢面子，甚至害怕学生们等等。这些焦虑情绪转过来回搅扰人的心理平衡，产生紧张、厌倦、消化不良和失眠症状。由于教师的工作性质，特别是我们特教教师，体验到这种焦虑的机会更多。在今的助残日，我在中国教育频道和一些地方频道，都看到有统计数据称：特教教师的心理压力大，心理隐患较多。教师的一举一动和所作所为，心理状态(即感情和心境,安全感,信任和自尊)都会在教学行动和日常工作表现中显示出来。教师的心理健康是他教学的有效性的一个重要方面。教师学会如何避免或者处理焦虑，这是极端重要的。要直接解决，首先要意识到恐惧的存在，公开承认个人是有所害怕，有所担心的，睁自己为什么害怕，担心的是什么，以及做些什么才能基本消除或遏止它。
所以，不仅仅是在这篇文章中，在平时的教学工作中，我随时将自己的困惑和疑虑记录下来，真实地剖析自己的内心，以期能在日后的教学实践中有针对性的改进，逐步走出困惑，完善自我。
我爱我的职业，我喜欢做一名普通的特教教师，也许这就是我工作的动力。苏霍姆林斯基说，要热爱自己的职业，热爱我们的学生，用心灵唤醒心灵。，

二、春节的习俗
1、腊月二十三 祭灶
我国春节，一般是从祭灶揭开序幕的。祭灶，是一项在我国民间影响很大、流传极广的习俗。旧时，差不多家家灶间都设有“灶王爷”神位。
2、腊月二十四 扫尘
“腊月二十四，掸尘扫房子” ，据《吕氏春秋》记载，我国在尧舜时代就有春节扫尘的风俗。按民间的说法：因“尘”与“陈”谐音，新春扫尘有“除陈布新”的涵义，其用意是要把一切穷运、晦气统统扫出门。这一习俗寄托着人们破旧立新的愿望和辞旧迎新的祈求。 每逢春节来临，家家户户都要打扫环境，清洗各种器具，拆洗被褥窗帘，洒扫
六闾庭院，掸拂尘垢蛛网，疏浚明渠暗沟。到处洋溢着欢欢喜喜搞卫生、干干净净迎新春的欢乐气氛。
3、腊月二十五 接玉皇
旧俗认为灶神上天后，天帝玉皇于农历十二月二十五日亲自下界,查察人间善恶，并定来年祸福，所以家家祭之以祈福，称为“接玉皇”。这一天起居、言语都要谨慎，争取好表现，以博取玉皇欢心，降福来年。
4、腊月二十七、二十八 洗浴

除夕的意思是“月穷岁尽”，人们都要除旧部新，有旧岁至此而除，来年另换新岁的意思，是农历全年最后的一个晚上。故此期间的活动都围绕着除旧部新，消灾祈福为中心。

在古代的农业社会里，大约自腊月初八以后，家庭主妇们就要忙着张罗过年的食品了。因为腌制腊味所需的时间较长，所以必须尽早准备，蒸年糕，年糕因为谐音“年高”，再加上有着变化多端的口味，几乎成了家家必备的应景食品。年糕的式样有方块状的黄、白年糕，象征着黄金、白银，寄寓新年发财的意思。年糕的口味因地而异。

china's tourism revenue last year reached 500 billion rmb, an increase of 10.5 percent from the year before, and comprised more than 5% of china's gdp. according to experts, this number will grow to 8% in the coming ten years and more than 40 million jobs will be created.
as a student majoring in economics, i can't be more sensitive to the essential meanings behind these numbers. they mean progress, prosperity, employment and stability.
however, as a conscientious chinese and citizen of the world, i can't help but care more about the losses incurred in this transaction, by which i mean the disturbing images of environmental destruction, which leads to ecological crisis. the global environment has changed for the worse during the past few years, and tourism is partly to blame. take china for example, in order to attract tourists, many unknown places are built into resorts. forests are cleared, prairies trampled, rivers and lakes 6)contaminated, wild animals are driven away, plants jeopardized and secluded populations disturbed.
if this seems too remote and abstract, my own traveling experience may speak louder here. last year i took a tour around emei mountain in sichuan province. like most tourists, i was eager to embrace nature and enjoy its beauty. however, as soon as i got on the bus, the stench of gasoline and the noise of the engine tainted my appreciation of the wonderful scenery and the tranquility of the country road. when we finally arrived, what i saw was not a beautiful landscape but crowds of people; what i heard was not the melodious singing of birds, but yelling and bargaining from the gift shops; what i smelled was not the fresh mountain air, but stinking suffocating smoke coming out of small dirty restaurants. moreover, i could not understand why the lovely monkeys living there had to take photos with tourists all day; why the beautiful butterflies and flowers had become lifeless samples in shop windows; why the strongest impressions i had was trash scattered everywhere on the ground.
however, this is not the end of the story. before i left emei, i met a group of kids in an ecotourism program with the slogan: “experiencing, learning and protecting.” when i saw their young hands picking up trash from the ground, when i felt their enjoyment and harmonious relationship with the animals, when i found their purest eyes filled with passion and love for nature, i realized to my great satisfaction that there doesn't have to be a tradeoff between tourism and ecology, because deep within us is an inclination toward natural beauty and a desire to protect it. yes, environmental problems will eventually ease with the advancement of science and technology and improvement of our management system. however, an increase of ecological education and hands-on environmental involvement of our fellow citizens will do even better. to realize this, the best way for us lies in tourism itself because nothing other than nature can teach us how to love and cherish our sweetest home. at the end of my speech, please let me quote bob dylan:

We can't live in space, we don't have the food growing capacity out there yet for lots of people to survive. If we treat the earth like the city dump it becomes dirty and unlivable. I remembered that when I come here first time, there is a party in the house of my home stay. So I pretend to understand the joke in another party, I saw everyone laugh and I laugh too in 5 seconds later. My home stay was surprised about that and asked me do you understand?， and I answered no， So why do you laugh? because I do not want to be embarrassed!
But as I receive this award today, I want to thank to them, because they encourage me to be involved with the committee rather than staying in at home, play computer and speak Chinese.
When I came to Wantirna College first time, I met liz collar who is international student coordinator. She is very kind to me, and she encourage me join SRC, I went to SRC meetings regularly all the time, but I didn’t even know what SRC was! That is the reason why I told her, I don’t want to go to SRC anymore. But she said why not? You should go and you have to go!I asked why? she said: because I said so!
But as ii receive this award today, I want to thank her. She helps me a lot.
Truth be told, I am not the best student in Wantirna College, but I appreciate this award and I will try my best in future.

But there is also bad influence. Some of the young teenagers are addicted to computer games, and some even play games all night. When they realize it is wrong to spend too much time playing games, it’s already too late.
I have remembered such a piece of news . An excellent student flunked (考试不及格) because he could not concentrate on his study for being too indulged in computer games. He spent nearly all the money on games, which was earned by his father's selling blood. When his father knelt down to beg him to return to school, he was too numb to show any regret.
The most serious harm of computer games come from their contents, which affects teenagers ' mental health. Many games involve violence, such as fighting and killing. When they enjoy the pleasure of success, a violent turn of mind is developed and rooted in them, which may induce future violent behaviour in their life.
So when computers' entertaining function is highly spoken of ,such a problem does deserve our serious concern.
In addition, long time's working before computer also does harm to health. The radiation from the computer can arose many uncomfortable feelings., like a headache, poor eyesight.
At last, people who are fond of making friends on line should also be careful. Many convicts use Internet as a way to cheat. Although it has many disadvantages , Internet has become an indispensable part of people's life in recent years. In my point of view, it’s wrong to blame Internet itself, it’s all depend on the way we use it. If we use it in a right way, it can be one of the best friends in our life.

动物实验是医学研究常用的方法和手段，在人类疾病的调查和防治研究等诸多方面发挥着巨大作用。目前，国内外公认实验动物质量的标准化与否直接影响着科学研究水平的高低，实验动物水平应当与科学研究的水平相匹配。因此，人们愈来愈重视实验动物的标准化问题。但是，医学研究论文中对实验动物应用状况的描述尚未引起人们足够的重视，而描述的状况既从一个侧面反映了实验动物应用的情况，也反映了科研论文的规范化程度〔1〕，并进而影响论文的质量和交流。作者通过对《中华医学杂志》、《中华内科杂志》、《中华结核和呼吸杂志》、《中华病理学杂志》、《中华肿瘤杂志》、《中国病理生理杂志》、《中国应用生理杂志》、《解放军医学杂志》、《第三军医大学学报》和《第四军医大学学报》1991～1996年各期刊载的呼吸系统疾病论文为例进行调查，并随机抽检了《Respiration Physiology》、《European Respiratory Journal》、《American Review of Respiratory Disease》及《American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine》中应用实验动物的文章。填写问卷，依文献计量学方法进行统计分析，结果如下： 1.10种杂志文献中呼吸疾病所占数量有明显差异，平均占总量的12.93%。其中《中华结核和呼吸杂志》中呼吸疾病占80.31%，《中华内科杂志》中占11.57%，《中华肿瘤杂志》中占10.11%，《中国病理生理杂志》中占9.55%，比例较高。《中华病理学杂志》中占7.96%，《中华医学杂志》中占4.81%。《中国应用生理杂志》中占5.54%。而《第三军医大学学报》中占3.73%，《解放军医学杂志》中占2.31%，《第四军医大学学报》中占2.53%，比例较小。 2.约有1/4的研究论文是通过动物实验进行研究工作的，几乎涉及呼吸系统的各种疾病，主要以阻塞性肺气肿、肺原性心脏病、支气管哮喘、呼吸衰竭、肺癌为主。几种杂志不平衡，《中国病理生理杂志》所占比例高达75.25%，《中国应用生理杂志》所占70.27%，比例较高，《第四军医大学学报》为62.07%，《第三军医大学学报》为48.00%，《中华医学杂志》为32.76%，《解放军医学杂志》为18.52%，《中华结核和呼吸杂志》为13.15%。而《中华内科杂志》和《中华肿瘤杂志》较少，分别为7.74%和8.60%。这与各杂志刊文的侧重点有关。 3.理想的动物模型应是规范化的，能够准确地重复再现。为此，应严格控制影响因素，力求一致性。影响复制的因素可分为两大类：动物因素和环境因素。动物因素包括遗传因素、性别、年龄、疾病因素。环境因素包括营养、气候、理化、居住因素。因此，研究论文中对这些因素均应描述。调查中发现文章标题作为研究核心，有39.08%的文章没有注明实验动物的种名，有些文章应用了不规范的俗名，如“大白鼠”、“小白鼠”等。24.43%的文章没有交代实验动物的品系、品种。57.47%的文章既不记叙实验动物的来源，也不交代其遗传背景。性别、年龄和体重因素，分别有31.32%、99.13%和13.79%的文章无记叙。一些文章实验动物的数目偏少，不足以达到统计学的要求。有11.78%的文章甚至未提实验动物的数目。当然，近交系动物可以突破统计学上的要求，但也必须满足一定的数目。 4.动物实验的条件：98.56%的文章根本不提及饲养方式，99.14%的文章对实验环境未记叙，仅有1篇文章(占0.29%)提到了实验动物的合格证。有5篇文章是应用裸鼠进行的实验，其中仅1篇提及动物实验条件。 5.动物实验的处理方式：为不影响实验结果和操作者安全，以及减少动物模型处理因素的干扰作用，对实验动物进行恰当处理是必要的。调查中发现，57.76%的文章未记述麻醉剂，72.41%的文章未记述处死方式。有较多的文章写着“处死后……”，但未谈如何处死。有86.78%的文章叙述了施加实验因素时所采用的方式，有61.49%的文章记述了所用动物模型的制法或依据，考虑到了采用不同的模型处理的结果会完全不同，如何实施实验因素的方式是应当记叙的，但该调查中发现竟有13.22%的文章未谈及。 6.动物实验设计的问题：动物实验设计也应当参照并遵守临床实验设计的三大原则〔2〕：随机化、重复、对照。根据实验动物的情况，有时还应当在最后采用双因素方差分析。调查发现，45.40%的实验未随机分组，19.54%的实验未设对照，全部文章均未使用双盲法或采用双因素方差分析。因此，在实验设计上尚有值得改进的地方。 客观地讲，目前我国应用实验动物的水平与发达国家(如美国，日本)还有一些差距，因为实验动物的应用情况，受到国家相关的政策法规、经济发展水平及科学技术水平等多重因素的影响。从随机抽检的文章〔3～5〕中可以看出，国外几种与呼吸疾病相关的杂志对实验动物的描述具有以下特点：(1)品种、品系描述清楚；(2)强调来源；(3)体重明确；(4)等级明确；(5)饲养环境和实验环境明确；(6)性别明确；(7)有对饲养方式的描述(如饲料类型、营养水平、照明方式、温度、湿度要求)；(8)所用动物数量准确；(9)对动物的健康状况的描述详细；(10)对动物实验的处理方式有单独清楚的交代；(11)全部有对照，部分采用了双因素方差分析。当然，国外杂志有些文章也有不足，比如对动物年龄描述不够明确，也未见使用双盲法。发达国家目前动物检测工作有专门的机构，可以保证试验结果的可靠性。 随着实验动物质量不断提高，动物实验条件的不断改善，动物实验应用领域也愈来愈广泛。但是，许多动物实验研究论文中往往将试剂生产地、产品批号等描述十分详细，而对实验动物的条件却记述很少，甚至一些学术水平很高的科研论文，对实验动物方面的记述也很简单。这种状况应当引起广大科技人员的重视。
