Recently, ther is a heated debate in our society. The college students are the beneficiaries of a rare privilege, who receive exceptional education at extraordinary places. the cynics are wrong. We care deeply for each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth. Last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.

As college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. We all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. I believe in all my fellow classmates. Though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish. I believe that we have the courage and faith to meet any challenge and take on our responsibilities. 我的论文题目是:论《三国演义》的“三复情节”。选这么一个题目，最主要的还是对其新颖的艺术建构产生了共鸣。

《三国演义》作为中国古代第一部长篇章回体小说，研究其“三复”模式对我们领略中国小说的艺术魅力有很大的启发。

“三复情节”理论最早由杜贵晨先生提出。他在其著作《传统文化与古典小说》重点阐述了“三复情节”的含义、剖析了中国古代数字“三”的观念、叙述了古代小说“三复情节”的流变及其美学意义、探讨了《水浒传》“三而一成”的叙事艺术及《儒林外史》的“三复情节”、归纳出了67部通俗小说中含有的97次“三复情节”。

国内学者郑铁生在《三国演义的叙事艺术》提到了“以三为法”的叙事结构，美国著名汉学家浦安迪其所著的《中国叙事学》中提到《三国演义》有一个突出的次结构特点是经常运用定数序列事件，其数字序列的基础经常是“三”，实际上他的这种说法类似“三复情节”他的另一本著作《明代小说四大奇书》也提到一点:说是不少三国戏和说书段落都以某一件事三次发生为基本图式--如“三让徐州”、“三勘吉平”、“三顾茅庐”、“三气周瑜”等。

在论文方面，张文在厦门教育学院院报上发表了《浅论聊斋志异的“三复情节”》;梁雁在泰安师专学报上发表了《论红楼梦的“三复情节”》，刘福泉，王新玲在河北大学学报上发表了《中国传统文化中的“尚三”理论对巴金家.春.秋创作的影响》等，都较详细的研究了我国一些名著的“三复情节”，而唯独《三国演义》是个例外，故尔学生不揣浅陋，便动笔写起了《三国演义》的“三复情节”来。

“三复情节”是中国古代小说一种耐人寻味的模式，一个突出的美学现象。《三国演义》“三复情节”的运用是十分成熟的。

我主要是从以下几个方面来写《三国演义》“三复情节”的:

一、何为“三复情节”

首先介绍“三复”一词的出处,它最先见于《论语.先进》:“南容三复白圭。然后解释“三复”所表示的意义;再讲“情节”的定义:它是指事件的形成系列或语义系列;最后借鉴杜贵晨先生的定义，概括为:“三复情节”即指“叙事作品写人物做一件事经三次重复才能完成的情节设计。其特点为:同一施动人向同一对象作三次重复的动作，取得预期效果;每一重复都是情节的层进，从而整个过程表现为起--中--结的形态。”

二、《三国演义》中的“三复情节”分类研究

(一)“明写”型“三复情节”

即“三复情节”置于明处。“三复情节”置于明处的标志是数字“三”出现于回目，读者可以一目了然地看出来。明写又表现在两个方面:“连写”式和“断续”式。“连写”与“断续”取自毛宗岗点评《三国演义》结构时注意到的序列事件。如七擒孟获是连写，而三气周瑜乃断续。

1.“连写”式的典型例子是“刘玄德三顾茅庐”，刘备三人一连三次拜访孔明。在一回书里把这么一个事件连续不间断叙写完毕。

2.“断续”式的典型例子是“孔明三气周公瑾”，一气在第五十一回，二气在第五十五回，三气在第五十六回，三回叙一事，堪称断续之典范。

(二)“暗写”型“三复情节”

主要是指“三复情节”隐藏在文中而不是直接出现于回目处，一般不太明显，仔细读来方可发觉。

1.以淡化数字痕迹来叙写“三复情节”

作者不用一、二、三标明所重复的次数，第五十三回写“关云长义释黄汉升”，内中有“黄忠三射关云长”的情节片段，说的是攻打长沙的时候黄忠因被战马掀翻在地，云长义释之。黄忠为报不杀之恩，接连虚拽弓弦，只字未提“第一、二、三次如何”，却把“三复情节”写的惊心动魄。

2.以时间序列来表现“三复情节”

张飞在葭萌关大战马超，也是用了“午后”、“歇马片时”、“夜战”三个时间名词。便代替了一次、二次、三次刀光剑影的鏖战。

3.以数字“三”总括一件事完成的状态的“三复情节”

我自己认为，这是一种特殊的“三复情节”。它只用数字“三”来总括一件事完成的状态，这件事的过程被写作者省去了。

如“操先令许禇、曹仁、典韦领三百骑，于傕阵中冲突三遭，方才布阵。”[4]P66这便是典型的省略了发展过程的“三复情节”，第一遭、第二遭、第三遭是如何冲突的，是一个悬念式的情节。毕竟它写的是文学艺术，我们完全可以大胆想象，这无碍大局。如果作者换一种说法叫“许典曹三突傕阵”，用回目标示出来，再大些特写这三次冲阵是怎么的激烈，如何的精彩，也未尝不可。

这类例子在《三国演义》中有很多。

三、《三国演义》“三复情节”的成因

分表层原因和深层原因两个方面。

1.表层原因:主要是指《三国演义》“三复情节”源自三国史书、平话小说及“三国戏”，例如史书:《蜀书.诸葛亮传》载:“先主遂诣亮，凡三往，乃见。”就这么一句话，这便是“三顾茅庐”的最初源头。“三往”经过艺术加工，便成就了一个经典的“三复情节”--“三顾茅庐”。

2.深层原因:说起来只一句话。即“三复情节”的关键在于一个“三”字，这个中华民族自古崇尚的数字在中国传统文化心理中占据着十分重要的位置。古人认为“三”是“自然之始祖，万殊之大宗。《老子》曰:“道生一，一生二，二生三，三生万物。”在漫长的发展过程中，它渐次由一个哲学基数发展成为礼数，最终衍变成了中国人行动原则的一个定数。那便是讲究“礼以三为成”，古代臣礼呼万岁曰:“万岁万岁万万岁。”重复三遍。思考问题讲的是“爱扬而后行”。喝酒要“三巡”。等等。在文本中反映出来，便奠定了中国“礼以三为成”的文化传统，成为了中国作家们不可忽视或省略的一个文化现象。典型的有《弟子规》、《三字经》都尚三字一句。在文本中的情节构思上也讲究“三次成一事”。

第三，重要的是数学，首先要把分数多的先做，容易的先做，别一直在想一个题，而其它题的分全丢了，这种方法并不成正比例，你会亏了。所以你要先做你会的，计算也要细心，小数点打错了地方也会算错的。

最后就是检查，要合理安排时间，检查要仔细，不能出现漏洞，错了不重要，重要的是要检查出，做对了。

We cannot lose innovation

There is a wonderful word which expresses the most original motions and desires among human-beings. With solving any kind of imperfections, our world has moved ahead. This is the word “innovation” that we cannot afford to lose.

We chicaned every detail of the innovation. Thousands years before, we created fire when we took a stone to knock another one. Since Han Dynasty, four great inventions had been created and it is one of the greatest signs that China become to the ancient civilized country. And nowadays, thousands of software, products, architectures and public facilities have upgraded more than that about 100 years ago. So how did these happen? What will you do if you are not satisfied with your tools anymore? What will you do if old mode cannot afford to develop in a company? There is no doubt that we should innovate no matter where we are and what we do. Not because of the design itself, but actually for its intended purpose.

If there was no Apple, everyone could not imagine how to contact others easily and enjoy a better Internet surfing.

If there was no Microsoft, perhaps we still worked in a dim office and duplicate some troublesome documents. If there was no Newton, and no theory of gravity, maybe I will win the Nobel Prize like Newton rather than just standing here. I have heard that three apple changed the world. My topic is On the tragedy figures at historical turning points(Comparison of KongYiji and Rip Van Winkle).

The whole thesis consists of 6 parts. The first part will give a brief introduction of the negative, evasive and conservative attitudes of Kong and Rip as well as the topic’s significance in the real society. And the second part is going to analyze the figures’ background to show the historical necessity of the tragedies. In the third part, the tragic heroes’ failing in the character according to their living environment will be further discussed and the fourth part is to talk about their different tendency of dispositions and behaviors in the society. Then the author will dig into the root causes of the tragedies in the fifth part, and sum up the whole paper to reveal the ideological weak points of the two countries separately in the last part.

The year 2014 represents the 22”^ anniversary of Angela Carter's death. In those twenty-two years, her works have been widely taught internationally and brought about much critical debate. In a survey conducted by Cristina Bacchilega and Danielle M. Roemer [2],Carter is one of the most commonly taught women writers on North American programs. She has endowed us with an amazingly large number of legacies in her comparatively limited life, setting foot in various fields such as novels,short stories,children stories, dramas, non-fictions and so on. The acute observations with great insights,as well as the devastating wit and poignant mockery in Carter's works have made her stand out as an iconic figure in English literature. Many scholars and critics have devoted themselves to the research on Angela Carter from many perspectives,including gothic, magic realism, feminism,post-modernism and so on. As a prolific writer who is always ready to blur the boundaries between different genres, Carter has left us a wonderful world to delve the emergence of western women's movement as well as the development of feminist criticism in the 1960s,the feminist approach has become a potent weapon for those who are concerned with the emancipation and legal rights of women. Though women's social status has considerably improved due to the contribution made by countless predecessors,the fundamental problem still lingers on. Carter, with her versatile and avant-garde reputation, is best known as a feminist writer. Concerning the dilemmas and predicaments faced by women nowadays,it is very necessary for us to probe into her insightful and penetrating reflections on femininity as well as the relationship between two genders. The Passion of New Eve, as one of Carter's most representative works, is of great value in the research of her feminist thoughts and , is my paper outline. In the main part of this article, I put it into five one is an introduction to the thesis, covering the research background, theobjective and significance as well as the organization of the two presents a broad picture of Angela Carter's life and her works, as well as the background information about The Passion of New Eve. Firstly, I am very interested in the study of ambiguity. Ambiguity is a common phenomenon in all natural languages. As is known to all, in our daily conversations, ambiguity is often employed to achieve the effect of humor, thus creating a relaxing atmosphere and letting people feel at ease. Some jokes caused by ambiguity is very interesting.

Secondly, I have read several articles about ambiguity written by linguistics and scholars. I found my knowledge of ambiguity is very limited, superficial and nonsystematic. What I knew is just the tip of the iceberg. So I plan to learn more about ambiguity by this research.

Thirdly, I found many scholars have carried out numerous studies of ambiguity, but a majority of these studies are focused on single language separately. Articles about comparison between English ambiguity and Chinese ambiguity are not sufficient. So it is necessary to make further study.

For the above facts, I select this title.

Next, I will present the outline of my thesis. It consists of 7 parts.

The first part gives a brief introduction to the ambiguity and structure of the thesis.

The second part is literature review, briefly introducing the development of study of ambiguity and some scholars’s main views.

The third to fifth parts focus on three types of ambiguity in English and Chinese: phonological ambiguity, lexical ambiguity, syntactic ambiguity. In every broad type, I respectively list some detailed branches and cite some vivid English and Chinese examples to explain these ambiguity phenomena. But I put more focus on the third part and point out two differences of ambiguity between English ambiguity and Chinese ambiguity.

The part six will point out positive results by using ambiguity deliberately in daily conversations, advertisements and literary works.

The last part is the conclusion.

I hope by this contrastive research, we will have a better understanding of ambiguity in English and Chinese and apply it to our life and study.

When reading the final draft, I still find my argument is not so comprehensive and improvements are needed. So welcome your precious suggestion.

第一个方面，着重从方鸿渐两件典型的事例(即xx和谈恋爱)，联系到当今社会两种不良现象(即不学无术和性开放)，以警示世人，这部分用词颇多，篇幅较长。第二个方面，综合阐述方鸿渐在社会大背景下的爱情、家庭、事业三个方面的思想性格，意图说明无论在什么样的环境下，如果缺乏主动性，缺乏自主有为的精神，缺乏坚定的性格和健全的人格，是很容易被环境和他人左右的，一个人只有将自身的发展置于社会

经济文化发展的大熔炉里，事业才会有所成功;一个家庭，只有在安定平和的社会大环境下，削除了社会的重压，家庭成员之间相互谅解，家庭生活才会真诚和自由。这部分语言精练，立意高远。

在提纲的完成过程中，我得到了谌老师的详细指导，观点进一步得到了提炼，对现实社会某些现象的观察和分析也进一步深入。初稿完成后，谌老师又详细地审阅了全文，对一些用词不当的地方，观点不明朗的地方提出了指正。最后正式定稿后，谌老师又认真地提示了论文打印的格式以及一些注意事项。

正是在老师的着力指导下，在本人细致的研究下，我结合当今社会现实的某些现象，发现了《围城》所蕴含的警示意义和指导意义。关于《围城》的有关论著相当地多，但以其人物形象的现实融合来确定研究方向，应该是我的一个创新之点。

我叫×××，本次论文指导老师是×××老师，我选的毕业论文题目是《提升浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力的对策研究》，下面我先汇报一下自己选择这篇论文的动机以及论文选题背景、基本写作思路、理论与实践意义。

先来陈述一下我的写作动机。我来自台州，在没写这篇论文之前我仅知道台州各地存在生产相同产品的特色乡镇，比较熟悉的有临海的太平洋彩灯城、台州的的服装机械、玉环的阀门等等，根据20xx年底的统计数据，其中阀门水泵占全国出口的60%以上，缝纫机和电动裁剪机在国际上占有70%的市场份额等等。而浙江，众所周知是一个贸易大省，我想出口与产业集群应该有醒目的联系，所以，我就选择了《提升浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力的对策研究》，一方面是希望通过这篇论文能让自己更加清楚的了解浙江省出口优势产业集群的分布、现状及国际竞争力，二则因为自己属于国贸专业，也希望以后能从我省的优势产业集群中挖掘更多的商机，为自己的未来作些理论的铺垫。

其次，我要陈述的是本篇论文的主要论点及结构。虽然这篇论文的选题有点长，但我觉得中心还是应该扣在最后的几个字上，即“集群竞争力的对策分析”。所谓“产业集群”，是指在某一产业的上下游企业在一定区域内大量集聚，形成了竞争优势的经济群落。北京大学教授王缉慈在论坛中指出，提高出口竞争力的关键是发展富有特色的产业集群，力避产业集群的同质性的重复建设。因此，我的论文从浙江省出口优势产业集群的发展现状和主要特点着手，力求寻找到我省出口优势产业集群具有优势的软硬件基础。我

总结出来的几点是规模喜人、产业结构合理、产品分工细致、出口竞争优势显著等。

在论证浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力及其竞争优势的时候，我主要分析浙江省产业集群的几个关系，比如企业集聚与生产效率、国际竞争力的关系，集群竞争力与竞争压力、创新能力的关系，“区位品牌”与集群竞争力的联系等。而出口优势产业集群竞争力的决定因素也常规的从国家层面、集群层面、企业层面“先大角度再小口径”地分析。

这篇大学生毕业论文对浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力指标分析也主要集中在第三部分，这也是我对策研究的理论根据。其中包括集群占浙江省近几年六成左右的主要经济指标----浙江省03~06年的进出口额，浙江省出口优势产业集群中主要企业在各地区的分布情况，例举温州民营中小企业对海外市场进入方式偏好，而竞争力指标也主要围绕贸易竞争力指标(tc指数)，出口分散度等进行论述。并进一步提出浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力的制约因素。这些都是浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力的对策提出的基础。

论文的重心也是通过以上的分析来给出提升浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力的对策。我借鉴了大学经济类科目的主要归纳方法，分别从政府、企业、行业协会三个角度来提出相应的对策。也可以说是宏观与微观对策的双重分析来应答如何提升浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力。

在写完这篇论文的时候，自己感觉条理上还不是很严谨，出现了一些观点的重复，对一些具体数据的收集还有许多不足，使得这篇论文在对浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力的的思考还停留在比较粗浅的层面，不论在理论方面，还是在实践方面都有许多问题需要继续进行深入、细致地探索。但也因为通过写这篇论文使我对浙江的出口优势产业集群的分布、产业集群状况及出口总体概况有了大致的了解，大学本专业所学的部分知识也重新被认识与肯定，因此也可以说一篇论文使我受益匪浅。

上午好！我是惠州学院中文系03本2班的学生xxx。我的毕业论文的题目是《再论苏轼寓惠散文》，我的指导老师是曹国安讲师。我当初之所以选择研究苏轼的寓惠散文，主要是因为苏轼是我比较喜欢的一个作家，他是我国文化发展史上一位多才多艺的“全能”式的通才，在散文创作方面，他更是是继欧阳修之后，宋代诗文的革新运动的卓越领导者和文坛领袖，唐宋散文八大家之一。他的散文代表了北宋古诗文运动的最高成就。在苏轼四十多年的文艺创作生涯中，他写了大量的散文，含括了众多的体裁品类。苏轼在寓惠期间，不仅创作了大量的诗词，同时也写了不少散文作品，包括书信在内共有326篇。这些寓惠散文作品便成了我研究此课题的最直接的文本基础。此外，在大学学习期间，我选修了苏轼寓惠研究方面的相关课程，对苏轼在贬谪惠州的相关事宜有一定的了解，也积累了一定的写作素材，有利于该课题的研究和写作工作的开展。

我的论文《再论苏轼寓惠散文》主要从苏轼的散文及其寓惠期间的时代背景入手，着手从苏轼的思想品格和人生哲学的角度，结合苏轼寓惠散文的具体作品进行分析，去探讨苏轼寓惠散文的内容题材和艺术特色，并尝试挖掘出苏轼寓惠散文的文化价值来。

具体说来，我的论文分为以下五个部分：

第一部分主要是总体上介绍苏轼散文创作及其在寓惠期间的贬谪生活经历和散文创作。

第二部分主要从四个方面去阐述苏轼寓惠散文的内容题材。苏轼寓惠散文取材广泛，内容丰富，蕴意深邃，感情真挚，充满理趣。或写景状物，寄寓深远；或谈经论道，释说世理；或叙古述今，慨叹人生；或缅怀亲友，诉说真爱。

第三部分主要从五个方面去阐述苏轼寓惠散文的艺术特色。苏轼寓惠散文，艺术形式灵活多变，笔锋清新自然，感情真挚恳切，寓意深远理趣，语言平淡简朴，具有独特的艺术特色。具体表现为：“文理自然，姿态横生，闲适旷达，浑然天成；情如泉涌，随物赋形；辞达；命题立意，新颖深刻，高远幽邃；沉稳渐熟，平淡简朴。”五方面的内容。

第四部分则简明地阐述了苏轼寓惠散文具有三方面的文化价值，包括：苏轼寓惠散文是后人研究苏轼寓惠经历的重要历史文献；苏轼寓惠散文是他晚年文艺思想、审美情趣发生转变的佐证；苏轼寓惠散文是苏轼所有散文的重要组成部分。

第五部分主要是毕业论文结束语。

虽然目前学术界在苏轼散文研究领域取得了较大的进展，近20年来，出版和发表了数量可观的散文研究的著作和论文，但在苏轼寓惠散文研究方面的论文还很少，除了零散的一些论文外，在这个方面几乎是个未开垦的处女地。因此进行苏轼寓惠散文研究具有现实的学术价值。虽然我的论文是《再论苏轼寓惠散文》，但与前人所写的《试论苏轼寓惠散文》相比，具有创新之处，就是我在阐述了苏轼寓惠散文的内容题材和艺术特色的基础上，更进一步指出了苏轼寓惠散文所具有的文化价值来。

在毕业论文的准备和写作过程中，我阅读了大量的苏轼寓惠散文方面的相关书籍和学术期刊论文，并参考了部分毕业论文总结范文。这得得益于我们学校图书馆丰富的参考书籍和中国学术期刊网中的专业论文。本论文经过一二三稿并最终定稿，在这期间，我的论文指导老师曹国安老师对我的论文进行了详细的修改和指正，并给予我许多宝贵的建议和意见。其中，我的论文题目就是在曹老师的提议下而最终拟定的。在这里，我对他表示我最真挚的感谢和敬意！

大家好!我是来自光电学院电子信息工程专业XX(1)班的学生陈玄玄。我的论文题目是《基于MATLAB的QPSK仿真设计与实现》。我当时之所以选择选择这个题目，是因为我觉得做这个课题有重要的意义，通过完成仿真的设计内容，可以加深对已学课程通信原理的理解，熟悉通信系统的基本概念，并复习正交相位偏移键控(QPSK)调制解调的基本原理和误比特率的计算方法，了解调制解调方式中最基础的方法，这些方法包括模拟调制中的幅度调制(AM)如双边带幅度调制(DSB)、单边带幅度调制(SSB)、常规幅度调制;角度调制中的相位调制(PM)和频率调制(FM);以及数字调制中的幅度调制，相位调制，频率调制等方式，了解QPSK的实现方法及数学原理，掌握通信系统Simulink仿真建模方法。

在着手准备论文写作的时候，我针对这个题目，阅读大量相关方面的各种资料。对QPSK系统的研究概况有了大致了解，缕清思路的基础上确定研究方向。然后，为了完成论文，我收集了大量的文献资料，其中主要来自网上的论文期刊、图书馆的书目、学习教材的`理论资料。在导师的耐心指导和帮助下从中选取了主要的参考资料，经过阅读主要参考资料，拟定提纲，写开题报告初稿，毕业论文初稿，修改等一系列程序，于20xx年6月正式定稿。

具体来说，我的论文分为以下四个部分：

第一部分，主要概述了该课题的背景和研究意义以及课题可行性和优势，并介绍了论文主要研究内容。

第二部分，主要介绍了论文所要研究的QPSK系统和论文中用到的软件MATLAB系统环境。

第三部分，主要是通过MATLAB中的工具simulink来创建QPSK系统的调制解调原理框图，然后通过编程，应用MATLAB调试、运行，观察分析QPSK调制解调过程中各环节的波形，然后结合QPSK信号调制技术的原理得出在加性高斯白噪声的信道下的传输比特错误率。然后，将比特错误率和理论值相比较，绘制出关系曲线，通过分析系统的性能，证实了仿真模型的可行性。

第四部分，基于仿真软件--MATLAB进一步实现了系统在分别通过理想信道、通过高斯信道、先通过高斯白信道再通过瑞利衰落信道时的QPSK系统仿真设计，将在不同的情况下的系统性能进一步的对比分析，并把所得结果和理论值做对比，这对于理解QPSK系统的性能并对系统面向实际应用的设计，提供了有效的参考依据。

一、选题的动机

随着社会经济的发展及其工业化水平的提高，当今社会已经进入了汽车的时代，汽车已经成为人们日常生活中不可或缺的代步工具。所以开车不喝酒，喝酒不开车就成为了正确处理饮酒与开车之间关系的准则。

但是，仍然有许多人目无法纪，对禁止酒后驾车的规定置之不理，依旧特立独行，导致醉驾事件频繁出现，由此引发了日益严重的社会问题。由于醉酒驾驶、酒后驾车导致的事故比重越来越大，造成的危害也越来越严重，引起了全社会的广泛关注。

为了更为有效地促进醉驾入刑的具体实施，促进我国法律的公平平等施行，维护我国法律的尊严，20__年2月25日通过了《刑法修正案(八)》，5月1日开始施行。《刑法修正案(八)》的颁布和施行顺应了我国社会生活的变化，增加了对醉驾的刑罚处罚，维护了社会的稳定，促进了社会的和谐发展。

二、论文的研究方法

本论文通过介绍《刑法修正案(八)》对醉驾入刑的立法规定，结合我国的社会实际情况，在指导老师的悉心指导下，通过收集文献资料，凭借学校图书馆查阅并收集与本课题研究相关的文献，通过互联网收集与本课题研究相关的文献资料。并通过比较研究分析，理论联系实际，综合归纳出结论，提出解决办法。

三、论文的结构

本文分成四个部分

第一部分是关于醉驾入罪及其判断标准概念的界定。首先明确提出了醉驾的概念，理清了本文研究的对象，不会对研究对象产生歧义;其次明确了醉驾入罪的判断标准是依赖于驾驶者血液中的酒精含量，即根据国家《车辆驾驶人员血液、呼气酒精含量阈值与检验》的规定，车辆驾驶人员每100毫升血液中酒精含量达到80毫克以上的认定为醉酒驾车。

第二部分是关于醉驾入罪现况问题。论文首先从醉驾入罪的相关立法规定出发，表明了醉驾入罪的的法律依据，强调了醉驾的法律后果;接着论文又从正反两个方面进行了论述，从而提出了笔者自己赞成的观点，醉驾不应该一律入罪，不必一律追究刑事责任。

第三部分是对醉驾不应一律入罪的原因的的分析。 文章 大体分理论和实践两个方面对醉驾不应一律入罪进行了阐述。首先文章从刑法理论上的四个方向对醉驾不应一律入罪进行了分析，得出醉驾不应该一律入罪这个观点在刑法理论上是可以得到证实的。文章认为那些认为醉驾情节显著轻微不入罪则违反了法律权威性的观点是站不住脚的。第二，文章从入罪标准、执法难度和社会效果三个方面从实践上分析了醉驾不应一律入罪的原因，进而强调了醉驾一律入罪所带来的严重社会隐患。

第四部分写的是笔者对醉驾入罪的几点建议。文章从五个不同的角度对醉驾到底该如何入罪加以说明：

1、是明确醉驾入罪的定罪标准;

2、完善立法;

3、是把握醉驾刑事处罚与行政处罚的界限;

4、是公检法加强沟通;五是加强司法解释。

文章通过对上述五个方面进行论述，意在突出办案机关必须在适用法律过程中坚持法定主义的立场，同时根据宽严相济刑事政策予以酌情裁量，由此才能保障醉驾入刑的规范和平等，醉驾应该有条件的入刑。在对醉驾执法过程中只有理性执法才能长久，才能在长久之中提高每一位公民的责任心。

最终得出文章的主题思想：醉驾行为是个很复杂的问题，具体情况都不尽相同。量刑时应当综合考虑，全面平衡，罚当其罪，既准确地打击犯罪，又能让被告人心服口服，所做判决经得起时间的检验，真正实现法律效果和社会效果的有机统一，促进社会的和谐发展。

四、论文的创新和不足之处

本文在论文指导老师的精心指导下，经过四次认真修改，论文内容充实，结构合理，基本符合答辩要求。本文可以算是我大学四年专业学习的集中体现，文章结构较为完整，观点明确，介绍了我国醉驾入罪的现状，进而提出了自己的'观点，从而根据本人对醉驾入罪的实际认识，从立法、司法等五个方面提出了对醉驾入罪问题的几点建议措施。文章写作颇费了我一些时日才顺利完成，这也算是对自己四年法学学习和对老师无私的专业教导的一个交代。

只可惜限于种种条件的制约，特别是本人对社会的认知程度与理论水平所限，文章存在许多不足之处，使得本论文对醉驾入刑的研究探讨仅停留在比较粗浅的层面，尤其是理论方面，还有很多问题需要继续进行深入、细致的思考和探索。

I have a dream: To be a doctor.，because doctor may relieve the pain of patients. May let the human change the health. At the same time, I believed that, those who help others may be able to obtain joyfully. Therefore, I hoped in the near future ,I might be a doctor.

But I know，life is tough,and there are always ups and downs, maybe we fail in the way to our aims,and we may feel depressed ,whenever at this time, the dream in our heart can always comfort us, encourage us ,and support us to move ahead .

Young!Fortunately, I am young now. Just due to it, I know that nothing is firmly believe that nothing can stand in my way. If I can't realize my dream,it result from that I haven't work harder enough and I won't find other excuses. If no people believe you, you can make it to prove that you are right. If you think the god haven't blessed you and there is no truth here, you can become the god and create the truth.

"My breath swallows the sky and make the yellow river overflow, my sword is famous in Kyushu and it can collapse the five sacred mountains." At some time in the past I also had am bitious words and I had some achievements. Each achievement results from my hard work. I always believe that "If you want to have more achievements than others, you must work harder." In some extent, the dream is the hope. If you can insist on doing something, the victory will come.

Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly. Hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren field frozen with snow. When I was asked about this question for the first time ,without thinking it too much ,a word flash into my mind ——DREAM , more or less dream about different things ,to be a teacher ,a doctor ,a scientist ,a businessman and so on .All these people who have dreams should be respected ,because Dreams make the world go around .We grow great by our big men are great dreamers in their has a dream ,and everything starts as one’s daydream.

Martin Luther king had a desired for a future where blacks and whites would coexist harmoniously as speaking the way he did,he educated,he inspired,he informed not just the people there,but people throughout America and unborn pushed forward the pace of American black society towards the racial equality .

Thomas Edison had a dreamed of a lamp that could be operated by electricity,began where he stood to put his dream into action,and despite more than ten thousand failures,he stood by that dream until he made it a physical reality!And today,his dream lights up the world at night.

Walt Disney had a itself,wasn't unusual -- he was always dreamed of making the first animated feature film,and of building an amusement park that parents could enjoy right along with their Disney empowered his dream and today,Disneyland,Disney world and Disney theme parks attract around the world thrill millions of visitors each and every year.

John had a wanted to land a man on the moon and return him safely to earth so as to restore faith in the American way of empowered his dream and 8 years later Neil Armstrong stepped on the face of the moon landing certainly gave Americans new found confidence.

2. 有较高的专业水平，我从****毕业后曾到山东师范大学进修英语教学培训，系统而又牢固地掌握了英语教学的专业知识。多年来始终在教学第一线致力于小学英语教学及研究，使自己的专业知识得到进一步充实、更新和扩展。

3. 有较强的教学能力从选择教师这门职业的第一天起，我最大的心愿就是做一名受学生欢迎的好老师，为了这个心愿，我一直在不懈努力着。要求自己做到牢固掌握本学科的基本理论知识，熟悉相关学科的文化知识，不断更新知识结构，精通业务，精心施教，把握好教学的难点重点，认真探索教学规律，钻研教学艺术，努力形成自己的教学特色。我的教学风格和教学效果普遍受到学生的认可和欢迎。

以上所述情况，是我竞聘英语教师的优势条件，假如我有幸竞聘上岗，这些优势条件将有助于我更好的开展英语教学工作。

如果我有幸竞聘成功，能担任四年级英语教师的话，我将从以下方面开展工作。

一是认真贯彻执行党的教育路线、方针、政策和学校的各项决定，加强学习，积极进取，求真务实，开拓创新，不断提高自己的综合素质、创新能力，用自己的勤奋加智慧，完成好教学任务。使我校的英语教学上一个大的台阶。

二是做一个科研型的教师。教师的从教之日，正是重新学习之时。新时代要求教师具备的不只是操作技巧，还要有直面新情况、分析新问题、解决新矛盾的本领。进行目标明确、有针对性解决我校的英语教学难题。

We cannot lose innovation

There is a wonderful word which expresses the most original motions and desires among human-beings. With solving any kind of imperfections, our world has moved ahead. This is the word “innovation” that we cannot afford to lose.

We chicaned every detail of the innovation. Thousands years before, we created fire when we took a stone to knock another one. Since Han Dynasty, four great inventions had been created and it is one of the greatest signs that China become to the ancient civilized country. And nowadays, thousands of software, products, architectures and public facilities have upgraded more than that about 100 years ago. So how did these happen? What will you do if you are not satisfied with your tools anymore? What will you do if old mode cannot afford to develop in a company? There is no doubt that we should innovate no matter where we are and what we do. Not because of the design itself, but actually for its intended purpose.

If there was no Apple, everyone could not imagine how to contact others easily and enjoy a better Internet surfing.

If there was no Microsoft, perhaps we still worked in a dim office and duplicate some troublesome documents. If there was no Newton, and no theory of gravity, maybe I will win the Nobel Prize like Newton rather than just standing here. I have heard that three apple changed the world. The first one seduced Eve. The second one awakened Newton. The third one was in the hands of Steve Jobs. We sort of think the innovation of the world began with apple. I imagine lots of people want to become another Newton or Jobs right now with just one hand to change the world, right? Have the innovation to follow your heart. It somehow already reflects what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.

Via questioning, we can start to innovate. Via innovating, we can start to create better lives. No innovation, no improvement. No improvement, no success. And no success, no civilization. Now, our time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life! Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice! Don't let yourself down! It is the innovation that we cannot afford to lose!

The 28 women and 16 men who are members of the Class of 2005 come from thirteen (13) states. You joined this fine university and college four years ago as eager students with strong academic backgrounds and collegial spirits. I checked with the dean and a few members of your class earlier today and I am happy to report that your spirits have not been broken, nor your intellectual curiosity diminished. One could rate the approximately 1,200 members of the Optometry Class of 2005 across this nation as the best we have graduated, indeed with the many changes in our practicing profession and consequently in the preparatory curriculum one can feel quite safe in making such a statement at this and, hopefully, subsequent commencements. In addition to these accolades, one should realize that only 1/100th of 1 percent of the world’s population achieves the doctoral level of education. Therefore, from a global perspective, this is truly a remarkable achievement. I read recently that brevity, humor and celebrity are important in graduation speeches. If I can do one out of three, I feel I have accomplished my goal. I want to tell you a story and share a simple message with you. Mrs. Brown was a longtime patient of mine at the University Eye Institute. We had worked through systemic and eye diseases and related conditions over about 8 years. She was a regular, annual patient who felt comfortable about calling me when she had questions and sharing with me issues related to her healthcare needs. We had dealt with open angle glaucoma, cataract surgery, diabetes, hypertension and frequent changes in her refractive error. About 4 years ago I received one of those regular phone calls but this time there was sadness in her voice. Remember, I was the one person of only a few with whom she shared her health and vision problems and sometimes personal problems. I was “Her Eye Doctor” and we had long ago passed the cross cultural communication barrier. As we talked, Mrs. Brown began to cry as she shared the fact that her health insurance and subsequent Medicare changes would no longer pay for her visits nor the diagnostic and therapeutic services that I prescribed. Although commonplace today, these sudden and often traumatic changes in medical service providers disregard the importance of trust, understanding and respect developed over time between patient and doctor. This scenario happens only too often where this important relationship between doctor and patient is strained and often severed due to impersonal and external factors. The story of Mrs. Brown has been repeated tens of thousands of times in optometry, medicine, dentistry, osteopathy, podiatry, pharmacy, etc. For many, the doctor-patient relationship has been replaced with impersonal third party shepherding of patients from provider to provider. Many of you have experienced this disruption in your healthcare. Mrs. Brown did still stay in touch with me, about once every year, with a phone call to me or my staff bringing us up-to-date on her health and vision problems. She had many doctors over those years. The reason I tell you this story is to demonstrate and emphasize to you that trust, understanding and respect are powerful magnets for doctors and their patients. A breach of these will likely repel. Good doctor-patient relationships are built on honesty and integrity and withstand external pressures, influences and even misunderstandings. A trusting doctor-patient relationship is not easily disturbed, and we see in the example of my patient, Mrs. Brown, it can prevail. I was sure when Mrs. Brown did have a choice to return to me as her eye doctor, she would bring her family and friends. Well, it happened! About 2 years ago, during our annual phone call, she seemed excited and most cheerful—“Doctor, I have made an appointment to see you next month, the insurance tides have turned.” This brings to mind a truism from the American frontier: “Honesty and integrity are not something you should flirt with—you should be married to them.” Honesty, trust, compassion, fairness, patience, understanding, respect, dignity, confidentiality, good citizenship, charity and beneficence are most worthy traits for all citizens, but they are mandatory traits for those of us who occupy positions of high responsibility for human and health services. This is not a case where 80% or even 90% of those attributes is acceptable—it’s 100%—much like take-offs and landings and action potentials, it’s all or none. Most persons have a tincture of each of these traits, but for the healthcare provider it is an imperative to have a large therapeutic and preventive dose. If one samples patients regarding the traits of the “best doctors” they know or have experienced, each of the previously noted virtues can be found. Patients want and expect their doctors to be professionally virtuous and to be model citizens. You will soon take the “Optometric Oath” which allows you to state before family, friends, colleagues and your faculty, your ethical and professional convictions. In the 4th century ., the Greek physician Hippocrates, the “Father of Medicine,” laid out common sense ethical principles which are known to all of us in the health professions. They deal with respect, fairness, justice, confidentiality, honesty and quality of care. “The Hippocratic Oath.” Sound familiar? Yes, and after 17 centuries. There is one somewhat lesser known component of the Hippocratic Oath; it is “Respect for your teachers.” Simply stated, Hippocrates wrote and pledged: “To hold him (or now her) who has taught me this art as equal to my parents and to live my life in partnership with him (her).” For your distinguished and patient faculty members who have played roles as teacher, mentor and counselor in your career, continue this relationship and trust and respect them and the institution which has embraced you for four years. Another truism from the American frontier: “When you get to where you are goin’, the first thing to do is take care of the horse you rode in on.” There are few things in higher education that reach the level of pride and satisfaction for a faculty member than to share one’s knowledge, skill and experience with others who will go forth and practice (and teach others). Back to Mrs. Brown. She taught me important lessons in doctor-patient relations—ones that work, ones, which I hope you will embrace, and practice--- honesty, integrity, understanding, respect and trust. Congratulations and best wishes and stay the course and lead the profession of optometry to new heights, and remember Mrs. Brown, every patient can be a Mrs. Brown. Finally, you are now entering the ranks of the optometric profession with our high expectation that you will continue the leadership traditions of Irvin Borish, Anne Ream, Jack Bennett, Larry Davis, your distinguished faculty, and your state and national optometric leaders. I challenge each of you to distinguish yourself in all aspects of the profession. First, every time you celebrate an achievement, be thankful to those who made it possible. Thank your parents and friends who supported you, thank your professors who were inspirational, and especially thank the other professors whose less-than-brilliant lectures forced you to teach yourself. Going forward, the ability to teach yourself is the hallmark of a great liberal arts education and will be the key to your success. To your fellow students who have added immeasurably to your education during those late night discussions, hug them. Also, of course, thank Harvard. Should you forget, there's an alumni association to remind you. Second, in your future life, cultivate a generous spirit. In all negotiations, don't bargain for the last, little advantage. Leave the change on the table. In your collaborations, always remember that "credit" is not a conserved quantity. When I was your age, I was incredibly single-minded in my goal to be a physicist. After college, I spent eight years as a graduate student and postdoc at Berkeley, and then nine years at Bell Labs. Bell Labs, to quote what was said about Mary Poppins, was "practically perfect in every way," but I wanted to leave behind something more than scientific articles.
