So I pretend to understand the joke in another party, I saw everyone laugh and I laugh too in 5 seconds later. But as I receive this award today, I want to thank to them, because they encourage me to be involved with the committee rather than staying in at home, play computer and speak Chinese.
When I came to Wantirna College first time, I met liz collar who is international student coordinator. She is very kind to me, and she encourage me join SRC, I went to SRC meetings regularly all the time, but I didn’t even know what SRC was! That is the reason why I told her, I don’t want to go to SRC anymore. But she said why not? You should go and you have to go!I asked why? she said: because I said so!

firstly methodology：it includes three aspects: data variables and methodology date: this study investigates the significant corporate governance attributes that may affect the capital structure of non-financial firms listed on the karachi stock exchange pakistan during 2004-2008. and the final sample set consists of 775 observations for 155 firms over a period of five years.

毕业论文(作业)答辩是审查毕业论文(作业)的一种补充形式。一般来讲，专科毕业论文不参加答辩，其论文成绩就是毕业设计的成绩;本科以上(含本科)毕业生都要参加答辩。所以其毕业设计的成绩，是由文章成绩和答辩成绩组成。最后由评审小组、评审委员会鉴别评定。论文答辩小组一般由三至五名教师、有关专家组成，对文章中不清楚、不详细、不完备、不恰当之处，在答辩会上提出来。一般说，教师、专家所提出的问题，仅涉及该文的学术范围或文章所阐述问题之内，而不是对整个学科的全面知识的考试和考查。毕业论文答辩的主要目的，是审查文章的真伪、审查写作者知识掌握的深度，审查文章是否符合体裁格式，以求进一步提高。学生通过答辩，让教师、专家进一步了解文章立论的依据，处理课题的实际能力。这是学生可以获得锻炼和提高的难得机会，应把它看作，治学的“起点”。(一)答辩的准备工作学生可以从下列问题(第4~10题)中，根据自己实际，选取二三个问题，作好汇报准备，(第1~3题必选)。时间一般不超过10分钟。内容最好烂熟于心中，不看稿纸，语言简明流畅。1.为什么选择这个课题(或题目)，研究、写作它有什么学术价值或现实意义。2.说明这个课题的历史和现状，即前人做过哪些研究，取得哪些成果，有哪些问题没有解决，自己有什么新的看法，提出并解决了哪些问题。3.文章的基本观点和立论的基本依据。4.学术界和社会上对某些问题的具体争论，自己的倾向性观点。5.重要引文的具体出处。6.本应涉及或解决但因力不从心而未接触的问题;因认为与本文中心关系不大而未写入的新见解。7.本文提出的见解的可行性。8.定稿交出后，自己重读审查新发现的缺陷。9.写作毕业论文(作业)的体会。10.本文的优缺点。总之，要作好口头表述的准备。不是宣读论文，也不是宣读写作提纲和朗读内容提要。(二)答辩会程序1.学生作说明性汇报。(5～10分钟)2.毕业答辩小组提问。3.学生答辩。(一定要正面回答或辩解，一般允许准备10至20分钟)。4.评定成绩。(答辩会后答辩小组商定，交系、院学位委员会审定小组审定。)(三)学生答辩注意事项1.带上自己的论文、资料和笔记本。2.注意开场白、结束语的礼仪。3.坦然镇定，声音要大而准确，使在场的所有人都能听到。4.听取答辩小组成员的提问，精神要高度集中，同时，将提问的问题――记在本上。5.对提出的问题，要在短时间内迅速做出反应，以自信而流畅的语言，肯定的语气，不慌不忙地―一回答每个问题。6.对提出的疑问，要审慎地回答，对有把握的疑问要回答或辩解、申明理由;对拿不准的问题，可不进行辩解，而实事求是地回答，态度要谦虚。7.回答问题要注意的几点：(1)正确、准确。正面回答问题，不转换论题，更不要答非所问。(2)重点突出。抓住主题、要领，抓住关键词语，言简意赅。(3)清晰明白。开门见山，直接入题，不绕圈子。(4)有答有辩。有坚持真理、修正错误的勇气。既敢于阐发自己独到的新观点、真知灼见，维护自己正确观点，反驳错误观点，又敢于承认自己的不足，修正失误。(5)辩才技巧。讲普通话，用词准确，讲究逻辑，吐词清楚，声音洪亮，抑扬顿挫，助以手势说明问题;力求深刻生动;对答如流，说服力、感染力强，给教师和听众留下良好的印象。本人经历过本科和硕士的毕业答辩,工作后又参加过几次毕业生的答辩工作,体会还是很深的!1.准备工作要充分,ppt一定要简洁明了.2.首先要讲清课题的研究背景，说明你的研究的目的、价值以及要解决的问题.3.对于文献综述，言简意赅，挑重点地讲就可以了.说明研究思路和方法和研究的结果。4.报告时精神状态要好，对自己的研究要有信心。5.回答问题反应要敏捷，要理解提问老师的要点，针对性要强。知之为知之，不知为不知，切记不要不懂装懂。6.对于答辩老师提出的建议要虚心接受，即使老师的建议不好，也要回答地比较婉转。7.整过过程中面部表情很重要,把自己最"美"的一面展现出来!祝愿大家都取得成功!我还有点体会再发表一下。我在看别人的论文及答辩幻灯时，发现一个小细节是很多人都没有注意到的：幻灯中出现的英文和数字，正规场合下应该用times new roma，看起来比较舒服些。很多人只注意中文字体的统一，却忽视了英文字体，整个论文或幻灯片里的英文用什么字体的都有，乱七八糟，看起来非常怪异。最常见的就是中文、英文都用宋体，而不知道把英文改成新罗马字体，呵呵。还有一些特殊字符的插入等，也很不正规。可能你认为这些小处不影响全局，但据我所知有些教授还是比较重视这方面的，我硕士时的老板就对此很专业，他一眼能看出你论文里的哪个字母不符合要求。嘿嘿，当时搞得我直冒汗!所以劝大家特别是在答辩幻灯里，一定要注意这些英文字体的编辑!另外如果是女士答辩，个人认为一定要把外表收拾好，就算不能光彩照人，也至少要爽心悦目呀。如果对化妆和服饰搭配没有经验，不妨在事前请教高人，实在不行去形象设计店化个合适的淡妆，做个发型吧，一生也许就这一次，花几十元钱还是值得的!反正我看到有些师姐们穿得象家庭主妇似的、清汤挂面的来答辩，我就在想评委们会不会也在想：她连自己都收拾不好了，课题还能做得好吗?每年的学生论文答辩之前，总有学生对于答辩的内容和技巧一无所知，惴惴不安地询问怎么去准备答辩。这和平时不去参加高年级的答辩、不去积极主动地认真准备论文答辩是直接相关的。让学生进行论文答辩的目的绝对不是故意刁难学生，以显示老师水平多高。论文答辩的目的只有一个，检查学生对所写论文题目的掌握程度和理解程度。参加论文答辩的老师提出的问题一般不会少于三个，但所提出的问题全部是论文所涉及的学术范围之内的问题，一般不会、也不能提出与论文内容毫无关系的问题，这是答辩老师拟题的大范围。在这个大范围内，代写毕业论文主答辩老师一般是从检验真伪、探测能力和弥补不足这三个方面提出问题。(1)检验真伪题，就是围绕毕业论文的真实性拟题提问。(2)探测水平题，这是指与毕业论文主要内容相关的，探测学生水平高低、基础知识是否扎实，以及掌握知识的广度深度如何等方面来提出问题的题目，主要是论文中涉及到的基本概念，基本理论以及运用基本原理等方面的问题。(3)弥补不足题，这是指围绕毕业论文中存在的薄弱环节，如对论文中论述不清楚、不详细、不周全、不确切以及相互矛盾之处拟题提问，请作者在答辩中补充阐述或提出解释。针对论文答辩的目的和内容，学生在论文答辩前至少要做到以下几点：1、对自己所写论文的观点、关键问题、解决思路和创新点等要了然于胸。尽量用言简意赅的语言陈述出以上问题，这是你陈述论文时的必备技巧。这里也是答辩老师检验真伪最容易出题的范围。2、对论文中出现的基本概念、专业词汇、引用的文献要明白其涵义。这里往往是答辩老师检验真伪和探测你水平的一些地方。3、对自己论文中的相关的观点和理论要进行一定的涉猎，这是论文答辩得高分的技巧。大多数论文仅仅知道自己文章的单方面观点，对于其它观点要么知之甚少，要么一无所知，如果能对相关的理论进行了解，那么在答辩中基本上不会遇到答不上来的尴尬场面。4、心情尽量放松，语速不要太快。放松的心情可以使得思维活跃，不会出现语言重复、答非所问等现象。适当的语速，有利于你的表达被听众清晰得接受。当然，以上答辩技巧仅仅是一种应对手段，如果想在答辩中得到高分，最基本、也是最重要的一个前提，就是认真、独立地完成自己的论文。只有这样，你才能让论文成为自己的一部分，成为展示自己观点和水平的载体。首先是作幻灯：第一稿，把自己想讲的内容都做出来，总体顺序符合自己的表达习惯，我喜欢喜欢简洁，喜欢把整个答辩比作一个故事。每张幻灯间都是有机相连的。叫人很容易知道，你做了什么，结果是什么，你强调的是什么。不要过于花里胡哨。要记住这并不是演讲，最重要的是把该说的说清楚，这应该不难。如果有些怯场，尽量减少临场发挥的内容，把需要讲的都以图文做在幻灯上。答辩提问：一般的，最不满意，最担心的地方也就是专家提问，最爱问的，一定小心准备还有是在不会的不要乱说，要是模糊知道的，就说得圆滑一些，特别了解的，一定抓住机会好好表现自己，答辩-答辩，一定是要看到研究生本人的口才和知识面的，占的比例很大的。最重要一点：一定要突出论文的创新点，有的时候不是没有创新而是表述的不够突出。仔细考虑自己的课题的新意，不要怕，敢讲~~ 特别是博士，没有创新点基本就是失败的!答辩之前要做充分的准备，把老师们可能会提的问题列出来，答辩过程中，语言的逻辑性很重要，需要注意的问题就是切记：不知道答 案的问题，千万别瞎说，不仅会贻笑大方，还会使自己下不了台。我觉得答辩时还应该注意下面几个问题：1，答辩时一定要反应敏捷，不知道的问题甚至可以向提问题的老师请教，但是最好不要出现冷场的局面，那样的话你的老板最尴尬。2，对于自己提出的”新“的东西一定特别留意，因为很多老师总喜欢问你”新“在什么地方。我们一个师姐前几天答辩时就因为说发现了一个”新“基因而被问的很惨!3，答辩时一定要谦虚，即使工作做的非常出色!
其实，论文答辩的目的只有一个，检查学生对所写论文题目的掌握程度和理解程度。下面是我整理的论文答辩陈述稿，欢迎参考！
各位老师同学，大家好：
我叫xx，我的论文题目是《人文关怀：马克思哲学的价值取向》。
论文的选题与研究是在杨老师和周老师的指导下进行的，在此对杨老师和周老师表示深深的感谢！
现在我就论文选题的原因、研究意义、主要内容、研究背景、方法与结论等做一个简单介绍。
一、论文选题的原因：
马克思哲学人文关怀论题是在两种动力下提出的。一种是理论的思考，另一种是现实的呼吁。处于现代化过程中的中国在大力发展科学技术和确立科学理性权威的同时，同样需要高扬人文关怀的旗帜，需要人文精神的普照。于是我就想到从价值论的角度来探讨马克思哲学的人文精神。之所以选此课题研究，主要原因如下：
社会转型期人们生存的“孤离”需要人文关怀。这是我选此论题的主要原因。
目前中国正处于新一轮现代化的起步和发展阶段，传统的制度和体制、社会权威和规范系统、社会生活方式和思维方式、道德、理想信仰等精神文化价值系统被打破，新的系统尚在建设之中。这必然导致社会成员思想和行为呈现一种进退失据、以及社会规范的紊乱与异化，乃至“潜规则”的横行无忌与显规则的疲软无力。这种规范的缺失，造成人们内心的危机感，以及人际关系的疏离感。
人们生存的疏离主要表现为四重疏离化状态：人与自然、人与社会、人与人以至人与自我之间，都已经出现了无可置疑的疏离感。
人们四重疏离化的状态急切呼吁人文关怀的普照。
二、论文研究的意义：
理论意义：深入挖掘马克思哲学的人文关怀思想，有利于全面把握马克思哲学的本质内容，有利于全面理解马克思哲学的本真精神，彻底克服由于理论和现实的因素造成的对马克思哲学人文关怀维度的遮蔽现象，为当代马克思哲学的发展提供新的路向。
现实意义：转型期中国的社会发展，正在历经一场极其深刻的社会变革，这必然会触动人们原有的社会地位和利益关系；在这种社会变革面前，难免会出现各种各样的疑虑和困惑，这样的社会更需要真正能够贴近实际生活的人文关怀，而马克思哲学的人文精神就能够发挥出其潜在的理论价值和实践指导。
当今社会，伴随着物欲的急剧膨胀，人们的精神随之日益匮乏；生活的节奏日益加快，生活的真谛却日渐丧失；人们外在的生活日益丰富，而内在的生活却严重的日益虚无。人也不可避免地会陷入空虚、焦虑、冷漠、孤独和无家可依可归的状态中。
与之相伴而生的是人们内心的躁动、紧张和潜在的风险感、冷漠感，人之为人的本质就在于人的精神的超越性，那么人失去了其精神的维度，何其为人？尤其是在当下急功近利和物质崇拜风尚的影响下，关照人的精神欲求和价值指向是一项极为迫要的工作。
马克思哲学沉思人类的命运，思考现实的个人的价值，探求人生的意义和生命的终极关怀，建立每个人安身立命的精神家园。马克思哲学是“我”一个精神家园的价值支点。
作为千年思想家之首的卡尔·马克思，他担负着人类尤其是无产阶级的苦难，在这一使命下，唤醒了人们沉睡的心智，激发了苦难人们的斗志，给一个民族一种理念，一种信仰支撑。
马克思哲学人文关怀在现实关怀与终极关怀的张力中始终保持着对人的现实生存的关注，对人的自由尊严的解蔽，对人的价值、人的精神的追求，在现代性的境遇中，人文关怀问题已经远远超出理论的层面，中国目前正处在社会转型期，马克思哲学人文关怀思想对于提高人的生存能力、促进人的全面发展、推动社会不断进步、构建社会主义和谐社会、解决弱势群体和当代人精神困境等问题都具有重要的启示意义。
三、论文主要内容：
本文包括引论和5章内容：
第1章引论：以当下人们为什么需要人文关怀为发问点，在批判学术界研究不足的基础上，引出本文的中心论点，阐明本文的主要内容、研究方法和研究意义诸类问题。
第2章：探究马克思哲学人文关怀之源，辨析“人文”、“人文关怀”、“人本主义”等相关概念内涵的细微差异，厘定马克思哲学的“人文关怀”范畴之真义。洞悉人文关怀在不同语境中的真切内涵，凸显马克思哲学人文关怀的精神旨趣，马克思哲学人文关怀是建立在西方人文精神基础之上的，而超越了狭隘的西方视角，从全人类的角度，从事自己的哲学思考。
第3章：这是本文重点篇章。
本章重点阐释马克思哲学人文关怀的科学内涵：马克思哲学实践观的确立，是马克思哲学人文关怀的理论底座；现实的个人的生存境况，是马克思哲学人文关怀关照的对象；人文关怀实现的途径：马克思哲学对现实生活的改造；对宗教、政治、哲学等彻底的批判及“异化”理论批判；三大经典社会形态理论与人的自我实现是马克思哲学人文关怀实现的现实路径；人类解放与人的自由全面发展是马克思哲学人文关怀的价值归宿。
第4章：基于第3章对马克思人文关怀价值内涵的解读，本章提出了马克思哲学人文关怀的价值旨归。
马克思哲学的人文关怀在现实关怀与终极关怀的张力中始终保持着对人自由尊严的解蔽，对人现实生存的关切，对人的精神，人的价值的理想追求，是马克思哲学人文关怀的永恒旨归。
第5章：阐释马克思哲学人文关怀的当代意义。通过前4章深入研究挖掘马克思哲学人文关怀的价值内涵，能够为当代中国人指引道路。
人文关怀在中国转型期的实践，是构建和谐社会的价值导向；是当代中国弱势群体生活的精神支撑；是当代中国人文精神提升的理论资源，为当代中国人文精神的构建提供价值导向和意义支撑。
第6章：结语：强调人文关怀：马克思哲学的价值取向这一主题内涵，总结论文研究中存在的欠缺。
四、研究背景：国内外研究现状及动态：
对于马克思主义哲学中“人的问题”的探询伊始于《1844年经济学—哲学手稿》的公开发表。由于立场、视角、出发点的差异，东西方各有相当一批学者认为马克思主义是一种人道主义或者是反人道主义的理论。尽管论说方式、思维路径、批判理论各异，这些研究上的探索，一定程度上对马克思主义哲学的发展开辟了新的`道路。但这些把马克思主义哲学人本化、科学化的思维方式，既不符合马克思哲学之真义，更不符合马克思的价值旨趣。
（1） 国外研究动态：
西方马克思主义关于人的问题的研究，有三次重要的思想转折，并以此可划分为三个阶段：
第一阶段：反科学的人本主义思想，以卢卡奇、葛兰西、柯尔施为代表人物。
第二阶段：人学发展的最高层以存在主义的马克思主义、结构主义的马克思主义、实证主义的马克思主义和法兰克福学派为表征。
马克思的人道主义精神的全面拓开以《1844年哲学经济学手稿》为思想泉源。
第三阶段：这一阶段的主要变化就是马克思主义人学思想的研究从对人的关怀渐进入对资本主义社会经济、政治、文化以及革命前景的关注上来，尤其是与发展了的人学理论的自觉结合是一大显征。这一转变不仅是研究视域的横向转换，更颠覆了传统研究方式的困囿，从而在研究方式和研究视域的双重意蕴上跨越至马克思人学研究的新视界。
（2） 国内研究动态：
中国哲学界对于人的问题的研究，是从20世纪80年代初开始的。关于人道主义和异化问题的大讨论，标志了“人道主义”探索在中国的正式发端。王若水、张奎良、周扬、汝信、朱光潜、曹天予等人，都赞同马克思主义是人道主义。
学界对马克思哲学人文关怀理论的研究，主要从下面几个维度入手：
第一，把人文关怀作为马克思哲学的一种内在的理论维度去显认。俞吾金在《人文关怀：马克思哲学的另一个维度》里明确指认人文关怀是马克思哲学的基本维度之一，人在马克思哲学中的地位也由此被提到一个新的高度。
第二，从实践观的角度理解马克思哲学的人文关怀。这一问题的提出始于本世纪初。黄克剑在他的论文《论马克思的“实践”范畴》中明认，马克思的实践范畴内具丰富意蕴，实践范畴内蕴着认知理性和价值理性的统一。徐长福的《马克思的实践首先是一个价值本体概念》一文中提出了马克思实践观首先应是一种价值本体论的观点，也就是说人归根到底应该把人的自由自觉的生命活动和全面发展也即是把实践作为人的价值上的阿基米德点。贺来在《论实践观点的人文精神》一文中揭示了人的实践活动的价值创生性的特点。
以上的研究可以说都是把实践与人的联系作为研究的切入点，分别从不同视角揭示了马克思实践观与人的关系，他们的共同点都触及到了马克思实践观的人文关怀内涵。不过，上述的任何一种解读都无法回避一个核心问题马克思哲学内蕴的人文关怀问题，而这一核心问题正是马克思实践观的人文关怀意蕴的根本所在。
此外，值得一提的是，本世纪初，围绕“马克思哲学的人文关怀”这一主题，俞吾金和杨学功之间展开了一场激烈的争论，杨学功的《也谈马克思的人文关怀——兼与俞吾金先生商榷》，讨论了实践的观点与人文关怀维度之间的关系，提出：“人：只有作为结果才能成为前提。
由于实践论的哲学视界的确立，人文关怀的维度在马克思哲学中得到合理而现实的内在肯定性确认。”后来，徐长福、陆剑杰也加入到这场激烈的讨论之中。这场讨论虽然是起源于“马克思哲学的人文关怀”问题，但最后讨论的焦点和落脚点却回到了“如何理解马克思实践观”的问题上来。这场讨论说明了对于马克思实践的理解，的确是理解马克思哲学人文关怀的关键。
第三，从唯物史观、社会发展理论等角度探讨了马克思的人文关怀。李万鹏的《历史唯物主义社会发展理论中的人文关怀取向》论述了马克思哲学的人文关怀向度。
第四，对马克思人文关怀思想及其现实意义研究的成果相当丰富。概括言之，人文关怀问题已经越来越成为哲学讨论的热门话题。尽管人们在一些具体问题上有种种不同理解，然而，人们正在形成一个基本共识，即“人文关怀”也是马克思主义哲学的重要维度。同时在探讨中也发现一个缺憾，这种探讨还没有拓展深入到马克思哲学人文关怀价值内涵的逻辑架构上而仅仅中止于马克思哲学人文关怀被遮蔽实践观的辨析。
笔者的思路正是源自于这样的追问：既然“人文关怀”是马克思哲学的重要维度，那么马克思哲学的人文关怀的思想宗旨是什么？马克思哲学人文关怀维度的逻辑架构又是什么？在马克思的哲学中是怎样蕴涵着人文关怀思想的？马克思哲学的人文关怀价值取向在当下人们的生活境遇中是如何体现的？
笔者认为，马克思的哲学关注的焦点是人。这个“人”不是指传统哲学中的“抽象的人”，而是活生生的、有血有肉的“现实人”；哲学所关注的方式是对现实的批判，而不是“形而上的沉思”。可以说，马克思哲学的人文关怀是基于“现实的个人”之上的现实关怀和设定“实现人的全面而自由的发展”为目标的终极关怀的有机统一。
马克思哲学人文关怀的逻辑起点是“现实的个人”，解放无产阶级，最终在实现共产主义的基础上实现人的全面而自由的发展是马克思哲学人文关怀的真正指向。
五、研究方法与结论：
本人怀着对人类深刻的眷注和深深的人文关怀的情感，在前人研究的基础上，以历史唯物主义社会基本原理为主要理论方法，同时结合哲学、伦理学、社会学等学科理论进行综合分析。具体运用历史与逻辑相统一的方法、辩证分析的方法和文献学方法等。围绕“人文关怀：马克思哲学的价值取向”这一主题进行拓展论述。
本文对马克思哲学人文关怀价值取向的研究，尚属初步和探索性的研究，距离付诸实践还有一定的距离。对其他思想家人文关怀观点的分析会着墨较少，从而会影响对比视域下思想特色的突显。笔者以后将着力于马克思哲学人文思想的分析比较，着力探索何以能与现实相契合。今后，本人将继续关注社会转型期人文关怀发展中的问题，为促进我国人民的全面发展尽一份力！

一、选题缘由、目的
爱好英语的人都知道，李阳，疯狂英语的创始人，以自己不懈的追求和不断努力奋斗，演绎了精彩的人生传奇。十多年来，他凭着自己成功的经验和一口地道的美式英语，在全国各地近百所高校进行疯狂讲学，掀起一股股疯狂英语的学习热潮，把中国人学习英语的激情推向了最高潮。通过自己对李阳疯狂英语的学习，的确发觉有许多有助于英语学习的优点值得借鉴，再结合自己的成长经历和实际考察，我发现贵州少数民族偏远山区中学生英语基础普遍偏差，尤其是口语表达能力比较差。基于这一情况，进行分析，我大胆地推崇李阳疯狂英语的优势，有效地进行中学英语教学辅助，并以此列提纲，进行展开。
二、资料收集准备工作
自 xxx年下旬选定题目后，为了完成论文，本人进行了大量的资料收集，有来自网上的论文期刊，图书馆的书目，最主要是来自于李阳疯狂英语的学习教材。在凌红波老师的指导下，经过阅读资料，拟定提纲，调研，写开题报告初稿、定稿，毕业论文初稿、修改等一系列程序，于xxx年3月正式定稿。
三、论文的结构
第一部分是引言，该部分主要结合了贵州少数民族偏远山区中学生英语基础普遍偏差，尤其是口语表达能力相对较差这一情况，提出自己的看法，主张推崇李阳英语，把李阳疯狂英语的特点和优势与中学英语口语教学有效地结合起来，从而全面提高贵州偏远山区中学生的整体英语水平
第二部分重点介绍了李阳疯狂英语的特点及优势。其中特点包括以下几个方面：
1、办班灵活，注重课堂互动；
2、学习过程由简单到复杂，由短句到长句，由句子到篇章，朗读速度由慢到快，同时训练方式也叫为独特；
3、各种场合讲话善于借助身体语言，使语言与动作相结合，更形象化；
4、训练句型非正规性（Damn it！ Watch your month）、幽默性、中成英表、鼓励性（No pain， no gain）等。而优势则包含六个方面：
1、大声读，在读中克服羞怯；
2、大声拼，在拼中学会记忆；
3、大声唱，在唱中找到乐趣；
4、大声说，在说中找到自信；

Firstly, I am very interested in the study of ambiguity. Ambiguity is a common phenomenon in all natural languages. Some jokes caused by ambiguity is very interesting.

Next, I will present the outline of my thesis. It consists of 7 parts.
The first part gives a brief introduction to the ambiguity and structure of the thesis.
The second part is literature review, briefly introducing the development of study of ambiguity and some scholars’s main views.
The third to fifth parts focus on three types of ambiguity in English and Chinese: phonological ambiguity, lexical ambiguity, syntactic ambiguity. In every broad type, I respectively list some detailed branches and cite some vivid English and Chinese examples to explain these ambiguity phenomena. But I put more focus on the third part and point out two differences of ambiguity between English ambiguity and Chinese ambiguity.
The part six will point out positive results by using ambiguity deliberately in daily conversations, advertisements and literary works.
The last part is the conclusion.
I hope by this contrastive research, we will have a better understanding of ambiguity in English and Chinese and apply it to our life and study.

2、文章的主体部分为议论，但比一般议论文更需要逐条深入，而且言简意赅。因为在真正的演讲中，读者实际上扮演了听众的角色，即在心里是以声音效果来作出评价判断的。
3、在文章第一和最后一段我们一般会鲜明地点出本演讲所需要阐述的主题，或是重申自己的观点。
如何提高演讲能力?
为了实现演讲效果的生动，寓言故事或者实际经历往往扮演了重要的角色。可以用下面两种不同的方法处理故事：一种是在文章的一开头以故事引出话题，林肯著名的Gettysburg Address（“葛底斯堡演讲”）就是这种；第二种是把故事放在演讲论点后，作为论据起到叙议结合的效果。
演讲要越短越好英语演讲应该简洁扼要，直截了当。 除非需要，不要采用中文中的那种迂回蜿蜒的表达。据专家统计，人的注意力一次只能约 13 分钟。演讲长度以 10 ～ 15 分钟为宜。
演讲者把演讲的主要内容和层次结构，按照提纲形式写出来，借助它进行演讲，而不必一字一句写成演讲。其特点是能避免照读式演讲和背诵式演讲与听众思想感情缺乏交流的不足。

1）开始时对听众的称呼语最常用的是Ladies and gentlemen，也可根据不同情况，选用Fellow students,Distinguished guests,MrChairman,Honorable Judges（评委）等等。
2）提出论题由于演讲的时间限制，必须开门见山，提出论题。提出论题的方法有各种各样，但最生动，最能引起注意的是用举例法。比如：你要呼吁大家关心贫穷地区的孩子，你可以用亲眼看到的或者收集到的那些贫穷孩子多么需要帮助的实例开始。另外，用具体的统计数据也是一个有效的引出论题的方法，比如：你要谈遵守交通规则的话题，你可以从举一系列有关车辆、车祸等的数据开始。
3）论证对提出的论题，不可主观地妄下结论，而要进行客观的论证。这是演讲中最需要下功夫的部分。关键是要把道理讲清楚。常见的论证方法有举例法、因果法、对比法等等，可参见英语议论文的有关章节。
4）结论结论要简明扼要，以给听众留下深刻印象。
5）结尾结尾要简洁，不要拉拉扯扯，说个没完。特别是不要受汉语影响，说些类似准备不足，请谅解，请批评指正这样的废话。最普通的结尾就是：Thank you very much for your attention。

I remembered that when I come here first time, there is a party in the house of my home stay. During the time, they played jokes and they laughed all the time, do you know how embarrassed that is, everyone laughed except you. So I pretend to understand the joke in another party, I saw everyone laugh and I laugh too in 5 seconds later. My home stay was surprised about that and asked me do you understand?， and I answered no， So why do you laugh? because I do not want to be embarrassed!
But as I receive this award today, I want to thank to them, because they encourage me to be involved with the committee rather than staying in at home, play computer and speak Chinese.
When I came to Wantirna College first time, I met liz collar who is international student coordinator. She is very kind to me, and she encourage me join SRC, I went to SRC meetings regularly all the time, but I didn’t even know what SRC was! That is the reason why I told her, I don’t want to go to SRC anymore. But she said why not? You should go and you have to go!I asked why? she said: because I said so!
But as ii receive this award today, I want to thank her. She helps me a lot.
Truth be told, I am not the best student in Wantirna College, but I appreciate this award and I will try my best in future.

But there is also bad influence. Some of the young teenagers are addicted to computer games, and some even play games all night. Because of lacking in sleep, those students can not focus on in the class . As a result, they may fail in the exam. I have remembered such a piece of news . An excellent student flunked (考试不及格) because he could not concentrate on his study for being too indulged in computer games. He spent nearly all the money on games, which was earned by his father's selling blood. When his father knelt down to beg him to return to school, he was too numb to show any regret.
The most serious harm of computer games come from their contents, which affects teenagers ' mental health. Many games involve violence, such as fighting and killing. When they enjoy the pleasure of success, a violent turn of mind is developed and rooted in them, which may induce future violent behaviour in their life.
So when computers' entertaining function is highly spoken of ,such a problem does deserve our serious concern.
In addition, long time's working before computer also does harm to health. The radiation from the computer can arose many uncomfortable feelings., like a headache, poor eyesight.
At last, people who are fond of making friends on line should also be careful. Many convicts use Internet as a way to cheat. Although it has many disadvantages , Internet has become an indispensable part of people's life in recent years. In my point of view, it’s wrong to blame Internet itself, it’s all depend on the way we use it. If we use it in a right way, it can be one of the best friends in our life.
