我是太仓的，06年通过了国家二级心理咨询师考试，我在太仓参加培训的，是太仓市卫生局和苏州心理学协会联合在太仓办班的，参加全国统一考试的。没医学基础的很难的，也很枯燥的。学费和考试费加起来06年为7000多元。 报考二级需要本科及以上学历，你大概能报三级咨询员。 前景不好说，学这个的都是有职业的（卫生系统和教育系统的），光靠这个挣钱，我想至少现在，比较悬！也不太现实！

近日，国际排名第一的顶级心血管期刊《欧洲心脏杂志》(Eur Heart J, IF=)刊登来自中国南昌大学胡春松大夫、美国波士顿公司Tengzi Tkebuchava博士和我国著名心脏病学专家、北京大学人民医院胡大一教授为共同作者的关于急性心肌梗死管理新方案的文章。急性心肌梗死(AMI)是动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病的高危心脏事件。全球每年有成千上万死于AMI患者。随着我国胸痛中心和急诊绿色通道的建立和快速发展，明显缩短了抢救时间，大大提高了AMI急诊救治成功率。近年，我国大陆地区总PCI和直接PCI病例数均显著增加（图示）。一般来说，心脏冠脉血管“无斑(块)痉(挛)不狭窄；无血栓不梗死”。按新的“5P”医学模式，选择个体化双重抗血小板治疗(DAPT)、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂 (ACEI)、血管紧张素II受体阻滞剂 (ARB)、ß受体阻滞剂、钙拮抗剂 (CCB)、他汀类药物调脂及稳定或消除斑块、溶栓治疗、冠脉搭桥术 (CABG)或经皮冠状动脉介入 (PCI) 治疗等一系列措施，可以明显改善AMI患者短期、中期和长期存活。然而，我国冠心病防治“拐点”至今仍未到来。一方面，与高血压、糖尿病等基础疾病以及不良生活方式相关危险因素（例如：长期熬夜、焦虑或抑郁、缺乏运动或久坐、肥胖或超重、吸烟和饮酒）未能有效控制有关；另一方面，尚缺乏行之有效、可供推广普及的防治方案。为此，南昌大学在职博士胡春松大夫建立了新颖的急性心梗管理标准化综合性方案：iRT-ABCDEF。该方案技术要点和优点包括：长期随访(Follow-up)，可以增加药物治疗依从性；全面或针对性检查(Examination)，可以早发现早预防；基础疾病和相关危险因素(Disease and Risk factors)控制，可以减少AMI新发和再发；改变(Change)不良生活方式，可以提高药物疗效，有利于心脏康复，预防栓塞及AMI再发；以及生物风险(Biohazard)控制和其它对抗性(Additional antagonistic)治疗，并作为临床实践中一项常规合理和可逆的正确治疗(iRT)措施。冠心病患者如果遵从包含五大健康要素--“环境-睡眠-情绪-运动-饮食”干预[E(e)SEEDi]，即[神奇“药丸”]保健以及接受科学的管理与自我管理，iRT-ABCDEF类似一部简明指南，将大大改善AMI转归、预后和预防，值得在全球推广普及。作者简介胡春松，男，中共党员，国家公派赴美留学回国人员，南昌大学在职博士，医生，诗人，是江西省作家协会会员。有《博客中国》个人专栏，入驻中国诗歌网；是“春韵”(2013年)、“岭峰体”(2011年)、“五美”标准诗歌(2013年初)的命名者、提出者和建立者；著有医学专业著作以及诗集《青春诗语》（江西高校出版社，2011），诗集《江西情•中国梦》、《地震N章》及《佳节诗语》均待出版；另有“青春三部曲”之《青春论语》（网络版）和《青春私语》（写作中）；诗观：诗歌如药（2011年）、诗歌如中药（2017年）；参加2016年“诗词中国”大赛，初选“种子作品”43首，作品发表于《人民网》(2013年)、《诗歌赣军》（2016、2017年）和入选《2016江西诗歌年选》；是建立中国“国家诗疗协会”倡导者，科学网博客访问量已逾245万次。中国生物技术网诚邀生物领域科学家在我们的平台上，发表和介绍国内外原创的科研成果。
