摘要 ：“小学英语课堂教学”是一个有意思的话题。这个阶段小学生的好奇心强、模仿性强、生性好动、有意注意持续时间相对较短，这就使得小学英语课堂教学应体现有用，有效，有趣。这三个特点构成了一个三角形，使得老师开展课堂教学能更有意义，因此我们要创建特色英语课堂，充分体现这三个特点。同时，课堂是学生的课堂，所以我们要一学生为主体，充分调动学生的兴趣开展课堂教学。

语言本身是较为单调枯燥的，而一味以教师讲学生听这种教学形式，势必使学生学习兴趣荡然无存。学习兴趣是学习积极性中很现实、很活跃的心理成分，它在学习活动中起着十分重要的作用。在以往的英语教学过程中，不少教师习惯于传统的教学方法和教学态度，采用“满堂灌”、“填鸭式”教学方法，让学生学习兴趣索然，被动接受。这种唯我独尊，远离学生的教学态度，对培养学生学习兴趣不利，效果不佳。只要学生感兴趣的东西，他们就有求知欲。因此，小学英语课堂教学必须让学生在形式多变的教学中，始终处于兴奋、活跃状态。我认为，只有从实际出发，调动学生学习英语的主观能动性，才能向学好英语迈进，提高英语教学的效果。那么在具体的课堂教学
当中我们又该怎么做呢？
第一，我们首先从最基本的英语单词说起。有一种教学方法叫做“寓教于乐”，就是教单词做游戏。小学英语教学中，单词教学是必不可少的一个重要环节。由于小学生年龄小，好玩，不愿把更多的精力花费在记单词上，因此，几乎所有的小学生一提起英语单词，就感到很头痛。这就要求教师注意教学方法，充分调动学生的学习积极性，把单词教学贯穿到娱乐之中，使学生学起来不感到枯燥、乏味，激发他们的学习兴趣，使每个人的学习才能得以充分发挥。
教小学生英语单词有五个步骤：1.让学生仔细听单词的读音。2.让学生看所学单词所代表的事物之形状。3.让学生拼读单词。4.让学生想其读音和构成。5.让学生说出和写出单词，目的是检验学生的掌握情况。以上五个步骤，缺一不可，只有通过听、看、读、说、写的练习，才算系统地完成了一个新单词的教学。
可是仅仅凭以上五个步骤的训练教学还不够，因为它们容易使学生产生疲劳感，会使学生感到厌烦，课堂教学气氛沉闷，不利于提高学生学习的积极性。于是，我在教单词时，辅以游戏，主要是测学生的记忆力如何。要求每个学生自制一朵大红花。教师教每个单词都只用3分钟，那就是让学生听30秒，看30秒，读1分钟，写1分钟。然后就听写所学单词，看谁的记忆力强。教师备有一本记录本，一次通过的，记忆力为100%，誉为“记忆力强者”，自己拿出大红花戴在胸前。有时教师还可备些小的奖品。3分钟不能通过，再重新背一遍。两次通过者，记忆力为80%，三次以上通过者，记忆力为
60%。这样，调动了学生学习的积极性。个个都争做“记忆力强者”。有的同学因记忆力较差，就在教师教新单词前提前预习，做到笨鸟先飞。于是全班记忆单词的能力有了很大的提高。
第二，在小学英语教学中，兴趣问题不容忽视。我国著名的教育家孔子说过：“知之者不如好知者，好知者不如乐知者。”美国著名心理学家布鲁纳也说：“学习的刺激力量乃是对所学教材的兴趣。”可见，兴趣是最好的老师，也是使学生能持之以恒地学习的催化剂，没有兴趣就没有求知欲。兴趣既然如此重要，要如何才能激发学生学习英语的兴趣呢？
1.良好的师生关系。作为老师，应当公正地对待每个学生，尤其是差生，绝不能“戴有色眼镜”看人。了解学生，尊重学生，做学生的贴心人。
2.寓教于乐的课堂教学。小学生不同于中学生，他们在课堂上爱表现自己，爱唱、爱跳、爱演，我们可以发挥他们的这种天性，给学生创设与课文情景类似的氛围，给学生冠以不同的身份角色，让他们亲身参与到表演中。比如三年级Happybirthday.一课中，我们就可以制作头饰，单词卡，搜集礼物卡片，让学生开一个生日Party，让他们在生日聚会的氛围中学习。
3.利用简笔画。我发现小学生都很喜欢画画，所以英语老师要适当学习一些事物简笔画的画法，在课堂上给学生展示一下你的简笔画风采也很容易激发他们的学习兴趣，并且能够让学生记得牢，印象深刻。
第三，教师在日常教学中应该牢固树立以下有效教学的理念：有趣、有用、有效，构成了一个三角形，使得老师开展课堂教学能更有意义。“有效”是指教师的教学方式能促使学生较好地达到三维目标，在整个过程中起到事半功倍的作用。有效教学关注学生的进步和发展，教师必须确立学生的主体地位，树立“一切为了学生的发展”的思想。“有趣”是指如何运用游戏教学、故事教学、TPR的教学等新的教学方法，来调动学生参与课堂活动的积极性？“有用”是指学习的材料，使学生感到有价值。它需要教师在课堂教学中使学生感受到所学知识能够帮助他们解决生活中的实际问题。有效教学需要教师具备一种反思的意识，经常进行行动研究。要求每一位教师不断地反思自己的日常教学行为，不断地改进自己的教学。

情景手法的特点符合小学生年龄特点，能从以下三方面激发学生产生学习英语的兴趣。
1.能把握英语教学的特性
英语教学的特性表明，凡是对教学内容的表达比较强烈，对比明显，不断变化，带有新颖和刺激的艺术效果，都会引起学生学习英语的兴趣。例如在进行课时1部分词性教学中，有不规则名词复数的教学。Man--menwoman—womentooth—teethfoot--feet教师尽可能的采用生动活泼的语言来教学，营造一个愉快的课堂环境。这样会让学生在语言学习中留下深刻的印象，以后在作业练习中，只要有类似这些名词的出现，学生就会想到在课堂上老师说的那些生动的语言，使学生在学习英语时心情舒畅，轻松愉快，肌肉自然放松，减轻了学生的压力感和身心上的紧张焦虑情绪，从而排除心理障碍，使学习处在一种愉快和安全的环境中。在这种环境中学习英语，学生在心理上的许多积极因素被调动起来，使学生对学习内容在感官上出现了好奇和兴奋，学习的兴趣也由此产生。
2.能把教学内容与学生已有的知识经验密切地联系起来 情景教学在学生已有的知识经验基础上重复、深入浅出地运用，能满足学生想获得新知识的欲望，使学生学习兴趣能够持续。例如，课时3部分的——therebe和have，has的教学中，老师可以让学生根据实际的情景造一些句子，比如说，.等等。虽说句子长了，结构复杂了，但新的知识是在旧知识的基础上拓展的，加上运用了现实情景的教学方法，循循善诱，学习过程充满了趣味性，学生更容易接受了。
3.能够使学生的自尊、自信、愉快、惊喜等情感因素在英语学习中得到积极的体验
情景教学营造了一种融洽的师生关系，使学生感到自己的求知热情得到尊重，学习的信心进一步增强。学生更喜欢与教师共同创造合作，学习兴趣也得到加强和稳定。
例如在课时2关于英语时态学习过程中现在进行时表示此时此刻正在进行或发生的动作。对于这个时态的学习可以让学生积极发言，可以让同伴之间相互讨论然后形成对话，在课堂上说，当然说话的内容与现在进行时有关。
创设这种师生之间的合作互动的形式，会呈现出一种开放、自由的课堂氛围，所以很受学生的欢迎，它更体现出一种平等的师生关系，非常有利于课堂教学活动的开展，也为学生拓展了学习、体验、交流英语知识的环境空间。
教育学研究表明：当教育能引起学生兴趣时，就可使学生在学习中集中注意力，更好地感知、记忆、思维和想象，从而获得较高、较牢固的知识与技能。
二、情景教学提高学习效果
在小学英语教学中运用情景方法，能够活化教学内容，能够把书本上的教学内容立体化地呈现给学生，这一点与其他教学手法相比，在提高小学生学习英语的效果上，情景教学更有以下几点明显的作用。
1.帮助学生调动有利英语学习的积极因素
小学生活泼好动，记忆力强、模仿力强，通过夸张手法能够使小学生的特点转变成有利英语学习的积极因素。除了借助原有的教学资源（如教材、图片、录音、录象等），运用夸张手法时还可以利用语言和非语言的表达（如身体姿势、表情、动作等）
方式，或将两种形式相结合（如童话、故事、小品、游戏等）的方式。总之，情景教学的运用，能够更有效调动英语学习的积极因素。
在这种模仿学习中，由于学生的心情愉快，学习态度就会从被动转为自觉和主动，学生在英语学习上分析和解决问题的能力都明显得到提高。苏霍姆林斯基认为：“成功的快乐是一种巨大的精神力量，它可以促进儿童好好学习的愿望。”学习效果的提高，使学生有一种成就感，这种成就感又会使小学生学习英语的信心更足，学习兴趣更加浓厚，对进一步提高学习效果形成了良性循环。
随着学习内容的加深，学生不再满足已取得的学习成果，他们会逐渐认识到学习英语的重要性，会发自内心产生出要努力学好英语的愿望，这是小学生学习英语的提高和升华。他们学习英语的动力会更大，收获也会更多。
2.学习内容更直观易懂
夸张手法属于直观教学法范畴。在教学中，教师借助了非语言行为的身势、表情、情景等外部直观和语言内部直观等积极因素，其中非语言的外部直观比语言的内部直观作用更大。
人们在发出有声语言时，常伴着身势、表情的动作加强情感表达，这是人们语言交谈的需要。而且在语言交谈中，非语言行为比语言行为在加强情感因素方面起着更重要的作用。有人统计，在两个人交谈中，35%的信息是由语言交流方式传递的，而65%的信息是由非语言交流方式传递的。
3.巩固知识增强记忆
英语学习的效果，很重要的一点是，对所学知识的巩固和熟记，直至最终能学而所用。学习英语普遍面临着一个遗忘率高的问题，这其中有两方面的原因：一是学校的英语课时较少，小学生日常能接触英语机会不多，所学英语知识的复现机会少，使所学英语知识无法得到必要的强化，因而容易被遗忘。二是小学生自觉性较差，课后又缺少必要的督促和辅导等。如何利用夸张手法去弥补上述问题的缺憾，对此可以从以下三方面分析。
（1）对生动的形象印象较深
夸张手法使教学内容生动形象，新鲜有趣，往往有如同小品、相声那样。一个包袱的出现，引起人们好奇，当包袱解开是，趣味突显，回味无穷。因为人们对夸张的形象和情节，印象较深。
在进行“Ihavea...Idon'thavea.”的教学时，教师选用的都是常见的、普通的物品，如学习用品、水果、动物之类的内容，此时，师生之间、学生之间的对话一般也是比较平淡的，因而不易记忆。当教师用下面的方法，则产生了截然不同的效果。首先，教师对师生都有的物品进行练习：T:Ihaveapen/book/.当师生交流非常流畅时，教师突然像魔术师一样，变出了一支长长、粗粗的铅笔，说Ihaveabigpencil.看到如此大的铅笔，学生一下子愣住了，不知如何与教师对答，教师又重复了一遍Ihaveaˋbigpencil.然后启发学生说Idon'thaveabigpencil.夸张产生了奇特的效果，夸张手法活化了教学内容，使教学内容具有更生动的形象而更容易记忆。
（2）对同一内容，多种夸张，印象加深
因为夸张手法可利用的因素很广泛，所以对同一教学内容，不妨多设计几种不同的夸张，从多种角度设计出不同的生动形象和情景，这样能大大拓展学生对所学英语内容的想象空间，丰富的想象使学生对所学内容理解更全面、更准确，只有理解了学习内容，搞通搞懂了，印象加深了，才能学得扎实，记得牢固。
（3）精心布置课外作业，印象更深
前面提到，夸张手法能调动学生的肢体和各种感官的作用，但这一效果在有限的课堂时间内难以得到充分发挥，所以在布置课外作业时，除了要求学生完成必要的抄写和背诵外，要精心设计编排作业内容，经常组织学生参加英语竞赛，演讲、游戏等活动。鼓励学生在这些活动中模仿学习夸张手法的运用，促使学生有目的地主动地在课后去准备和练习。生动有趣的课外活动，一方面能引导学生互相帮助，互相督促，共同提高，把团结协作精神化作学习英语的动力，以弥补课外学生因自觉性差，缺少督促和辅导的缺憾，另一方面，这类活动，为学生创造提供更多的英语复现机会，对学习内容印象更深，使所学的英语知识得到强化和巩固，遗忘率也明显降低。
总之：等级法就是教师依据说的教学目标，把说的目标程度分几个等级，按等级给学生评价。我市在小学英语教学中，把说的评价分为三个等级。即A、B、C三等。A等的达标要求是：能积极、主动地开口说英语，且语音、语调准确、优美、流畅，语速适当，能灵活运用所学过的语言材料；B等的达标要求是：能大胆开口说英语，语音、语调正确，语速适当，能按教师的要

随着新课程改革的全面推进，构建以活动为中心、以任务型教学为途径的教学模式将成为小学英语教学所追求的理想境界。在课堂教学中，活动是实施课堂教学的主要形式，教学活动的设计具体体现一位教师的教学理念、教学方法以及对课程的理解把握和开发创新能力。很多老师也设计了丰富多彩的教学活动，因为学生不再是“配角”，而是活动的“主体”。为适应新时代的要求，作为小学英语教师，要走专业成长道路。如何设计有效的课堂教学活动将是我们有待解决的问题。下面结合自己的教学实践，就课堂教学活动设计略谈以下几点：
一、活动的设计要准确定位目标。
教师在设计教学活动时，都必须要有明确的目标作指导（如：知识目标、基本技能、情感态度和价值观等），因为活动就是为目标直接或间接服务的。例如：教学三年级下册Unit3HowMany?Part
ALet’slearn这节课时，我首先问学生：Whatcanyouseeinthepicture?学生们回答：one,two,three…等等。我又问：Whatelsecanyousee?学生们回答：Wecansee11、12、13、14、15.我再问学生们：What’stheEnglishfor“11”？Doyouwanttoknow?学生们：Yes.这时我边指着数字‘11’边展示相应的词卡进行教学：Look！Thisiseleven.用同样方法教：twelve、thirteen、fourteen、fifteen.我通过创设真实的情境，有效落实语言知识目标，既复习单词one,two,…等，又理解和学会新单词eleven、twelve…，达到我设计活动的目的 。
二、活动的设计要面向全体学生，力求全员参与。
要想使全体学生都参加到英语教学过程中来，最大限度的发挥学生的主体作用，那么教师设计的课堂活动尽量不要太复杂、太难，应面向全体学生，让他们都参与到活动中来。低龄学生应多采用’等这些活动，高年级学生应注重听、说、读、写技能。例如：我在教三年级Unit2Lookatme这单元，学习人体部位名称时我让不爱动的孩子坐到讲台前，让爱动的孩子动手摸一摸他的各个身体部位，再让一个爱动嘴的孩子说出相应的单词，最后全班同学一起说出这个词。这样的教学活动，在设计上符合学生的兴趣和年龄特点，才能使学生自然地融入到对话学习活动之中，享受到?用中学，学中用?的愉悦。让孩子们都参与进来，也提高了学习兴趣，从而提高了课堂教学效率。
三、活动设计的情景要要贴近学生生活，注重实际运用。
教师设计的教学活动，内容应接近现实生活，贴近学生真实生活的活动容易使学生产生身临其境的感受，也最能激发学生的学习兴趣和调动学生参与活动的积极性和主动性。应该着重从学生的实际出发，挖掘生活中的素材，从激发学生的学习兴趣入手，尽可能地让课堂贴近学生们的实际生活。我在教学四年级上册第五单元Whatwouldyoulike?时，我设计这样的活动：说说你喜欢的食物。设计这个活动的目的是通过说说自己喜欢的食物，让学生在真实的生活情境中运用“I’dlikesome(beef、soup…)”来表达自己喜欢的东西，使学生
充分感受到学习英语的乐趣。又如在学习Weather,cold,warm,hot,cool这几个单词时比较抽象，可把它们设计在活动中进行理解巩固。课前要求学生在看电视时，把各城市的天气情况记录下来，这一点学生一般都能做到，在课堂上学习了这些单词
之后，做一次“气象先生”或“气象小姐”，用英语简单地播报自己记录下来的中国各大城市或者小城市的天气情况；也可由教师把天气预报节目录制下来，学生播报本地一周或一月中的天气情况。在活动的过程中既获得知识又培养了表达能力，也能顺利完成学习任务。
当然，生活化的教学活动还有很多，如“画一画”、“猜一猜”等活动，都是学生喜闻乐见的活动形式，只要教师努力把活动置于学生熟悉的生活情景中，无形之中便淡化了学生意识、学习意识，强化了主体意识和生活意识，从而使学生在轻松愉快之中步入英语学习。
四、课堂教学活动中引入竞争机制，开展竞赛。
小学英语教学除了重视培养英语能力外，还要培养学生的竞争意识，通过竞争可促使学生更积极地投入学习中。如在单词接力赛中，可把学生分成几个组，由每个组的第一人同学说出一个学过的单词，后一位同学在规定的时间内，根据该词的最后一个结尾字母，说出另一个以该字母开头的单词，看哪一个组的学生在规定的时间内接出最多的单词．例如：apple—egg—get—tall……又如：在上课前把学生分成?spring?,?summer?,?fall?,?winter”等组，根据他们上课的表现，分别在黑板中贴出这些图形，学生看到自己组赢得的标志多了，自然形成一种你追我赶的氛围，这样带动全班同学积极参与，情绪高昂，同时也培养了学生之间的合作意识。
实践证明，我们在小学英语起始阶段应尽可能多地创造充足的语言?习得?机会，多采用活动式教学，通过听听做做、唱唱玩玩，让学生在自然状态下，处于丰富充足的语言任务环境中，自然地形成对语言的认识并尽可能多地运用英语。
教师只要在平时的教学中多积累，多实践，多反思，就一定会有我们心中的理想课堂。总而言之，我们教师要在遵循小学生语言学习规律和不同学生生理、心理发展的需求和特点的前提下，依据所学知识的难易程度和学生的实际水平，精心设计教学活动，做到适时适度，切实可行并富有成效，走专业化成长道路。唯有如此，才能使小学英语课堂教学活动从“表里不一”走向“表里合一”，从而真正持久地提高小学英语课堂教学效果。

教学论文主要是指对教学原理、方法、心得等进行论述的文章。 一、观点要正确 既然是论文，就应该表达自己独到的见解。
见解往往有对错之分，我们提唱创新，鼓励突破，反对人云亦云，更反对观点错误、立场反动的东西。 前一段时间，《扬子晚报》有这样一个报道：一个老师为了让学生认真学，公然在班上跟学生讲："好好学将来可以住漂亮的房子、娶漂亮的老婆"云云。
估且不管这位老师的用心如何、学生的反应怎样。这种提法本身就是封建社会"读！读！读！书中自有红烧肉；读！读！读！书中自有颜如玉"的翻版，象类似的观点如果出现在论文中，这种文章又岂有可取理？ 由此可见，写文章的第一要素：观点要正确。
提出这样的一个问题，好象是在谈什么大道理，其实不然。试想，我们在撰写文章的时候，如果对搜集的大量资料不加以任何甄别，见到所谓有用的资料就照搬照用，难免有非理性、甚至是不健康的思想观点充塞其中。
就象我上面所提到的那位先生的话，不仅不利于引导人、教育人、激励人，相反地，类似的话如果出现在文章中，这样的文章不仅不是佳品，而且是次品，是毒品。 不仅如此，离开了唯物辩证法来研究教学问题，也是行不通的。
辩证唯物主义原理告诉我们：一切事物都是相互联系、相互影响的。同样地，搞教学研究也不能只看到问题的一个方面，而忽视另一个方面。
否则，这样的文章是经不起任何推敲的，当然也就是不具有什么学术价值了。 二、选题要适当 选题是撰写论文和著作的重要起点，主要包括：内容、范围及难度等三个方面。
内容 往往根据自己拥有的资料而定，通常选定自己熟悉的材料，最好是自己的本职业务范围内或与所学专业相近的内容。不能为了赶时髦，或为了评职称投稿，勉强东挑挑西选选，去找一些连自己都似懂非懂的东西。
即使这样做了，最终也只能是劳而无功，一无所获。 范围和难易 论文的范围和难易度要掌握好。
在不少人的潜意识里，深怕人微言轻，似乎题目越大，论文的份量就越重，或者说就越像论文。 其实，题目太大以后，往往会因力不从心，容易失败。
这里的"太大"是指：研究的问题"外延"太大，几乎是无所不在其中--不是概论、就是原理、不是数学、就是物理！这种文章表面上看起来很大气，可往往给人言之无物、华而不实之感。 同样地，如果选择的题目太小了，则显得轻而易举，不费力气，也不利提高。
当然 ，题目的大小，当然也不是绝对的，大题可以小作，小题可以大作。关键还在于如何确定具体的论证角度。
一般来说，大题目写起来容易空泛，这往往是由于学力不足，无法深入，写少了象蜻蜒点水，如浮光掠影；写多了则显得又臭又长。 相反，如果抓住一个重要的小题，能够深入本质，切中要害，从各个方面把它说深说透，有独到的新见解，那论文就一定有份量。
在选题时一般要注意：它的实用性、互异性、准确性、突破性等等 三、材料要充分 选材是否合理是文章成败的关键。 写论文从整体构思，到题目确定，到论证过程等等，都不能离开选材--客观的资料。

I spend most of my time reading in the library, where I can open my eyes and broaden my my free time, I also join some clubs,where i can make a lot of friends of different majors. My teachers in college are so kind and knowledgeable that they not only teach us knowledge but also how to be a person and how to get on with others.
