名利场论文选题

这几天，我一直在读《名利场》这本书，它深深地吸引了我。它不仅教会了我虚荣心就像一个魔鬼，不顾一切地追逐名利和荣华富贵，换来的只会是一场空，还使我们真真切切地了解到19世纪英国社会的不良风气，充分懂得了“浮华若梦”的意义。
书中一开始介绍到了两个主要人物——瑞蓓卡和爱米莉亚，一穷一富。除了金钱上的巨大差异，受到的待遇，以及性格更是截然不同。瑞蓓卡口蜜腹剑、两面三刀、阴险狠毒，野心勃勃地追逐名利，是“金钱是唯一主宰”的思想，使她在学校、在社会都饱受歧视，人情冷暖扭曲了她的思想。而爱米莉亚，一个有钱人家的孩子，到哪里都受人宠爱，成长路上几乎没有如何的困难阻挡着她，正因如此，她不需要努力就能进入上流社会，所以变得天真善良，甚至有点傻里傻气。通过这两个人物的一些介绍，更说明了英国社会就是一个追求金钱，荣耀的世界；也说明了追求名利不仅会毁了自己，还会毁了别人，正是所谓的“害人害己”。
我还觉得，这种不良的风气不止存在与19世纪的英国社会，更存在于现在，无论何处，都显现着这种风气。书中写着，瑞蓓卡是一朵“飘零的落花”。可是，生活中处处都存在着一朵朵的“飘零的落花”，正是因为对生活的不服，对名利的不服，造就了她或者他们的追逐名利的脚步。
随着故事情节的发展，瑞蓓卡看似一步步地要走向上流社会的同时（当然最后的结果就是虚荣覆灭），我并不开心，反而感到恶心、厌烦；而天真善良的爱米莉亚虽然遭遇了种种不幸，我也很同情她，但她总比瑞蓓卡要好的多，不用做那些拼尽全力却还是竹篮打水一场空的事情。我想，作者萨克雷心里也一定是这样的想法。
终于到结局了，但却并不如我所想：一般的小说结局说不上十分圆满，但至少也让人欣慰。可是，在《名利场》里，虽然爱米莉亚最终和都宾过上幸福的社会，算不上是全部的悲剧，可是急功近利追逐名利的瑞蓓卡却落得一场空，只好投身于慈善事业中……
这本小说里充满了作者萨克雷对名利世界的讽刺，对虚荣社会的讽刺。可是，他何尝又不是身在名利场中？瑞蓓卡、爱米莉亚、都宾都只是名利场中的几个代表，你，我，他们，以后都会踏入名利场，踏入这个险恶的世界。时代在变，而名利场永远不变。世人们，何时才能摆脱茫茫无期的名利场呢？
