初审过了，也会存在退稿的风险，因为审稿的话分为初审，二审，终审等，就算初稿过了，后面两轮如果没过的话，也会被退稿的。退稿就是投稿之后编辑和审稿人经过综合考虑，认为你的论文不适合发表。几乎每个研究者都会尽力退稿。退稿不见得是你的水平低，也有可能是编辑和审稿人的水平低。也有可能仅仅是你的论文不适合刊物的类型而已。但是撤稿情况就麻烦了，意味着发表的稿件，被正式通知从数据库中清除。这往往涉及到抄袭，伪造数据，或者署名问题等学术不端。
