2.1 文稿真实可信 文稿应具有科学性、真实性、先进性和实用性，论点明确、重点突出、数据可靠、文字简练。 所呈交的论文是作者的研究工作和取得的研究成果，除了文中特别加以标注和致谢之处外，论文中不包含其他人已经发表或撰写过的研究成果，与作者一同工作的同志对本研究所做的任何贡献均应在作者排名中得以体现。论文无知识产权纠纷，无一稿多投；论文符合国家有关保密的规定；论文不侵犯任何第三方的著作权。同时作者应承诺在投稿后，《免疫学杂志》编辑部没有向作者作出修改、录用或退稿通知之前，不得将文章转投其他刊物。论文中如有动物实验，作者要明确动物保护法，实验中不得给动物造成太多痛苦。以人为研究对象时，应说明是否符合伦理学要求，是否有伦理委员会的批准，并提供该委员会的标准文件及受试对象的知情同意书。2.2 文稿保密审查 作者应对所投稿件送单位保密部门进行审查，以防科技秘密泄漏。2.3 网上提交论文 上传的文稿必须是Word文档，同时以附件形式单独上传图片，建议用JPG格式或JPEG格式。稿件录用后，论文的专有使用权即归免疫学杂志编辑部所有；编辑部可以将论文的全部或部分内容编入有关数据库进行检索，并采用影印、缩印或扫描等复制手段保存、汇编以供查阅和借阅，可以向国家有关部门或机构送交文章的复印件和磁盘。编辑部有权以电子期刊、光盘版、网络出版等其他方式出版该论文。未经《免疫学杂志》编辑部同意，该论文的任何部分不得转载他处。2.4 稿件处理自稿件收到后1周之内，编辑部对稿件做出处理。通过初审的稿件将进入外审阶段，外审周期一般1个月。依照《著作权法》有关规定，本刊可对来稿做文字修改、删减，凡涉及原意的修改，要征得作者同意。为了缩短刊出周期和避免邮寄过程中的遗失，我刊采用网络采编系统给作者提出修改意见。作者将稿件按修改意见修改后，以Word格式上传至编辑部网站，修改处请用红色字体区分，并附作者修改说明。修改稿3个月不返回编辑部，按自动撤稿处理。2.5 相关费用 来稿须支付审稿费50.00元/篇。确认稿件刊载后支付版面费。需要刊印彩图者需另付彩图印制工本费。稿件刊登后酌致稿酬，赠送当期杂志2本。3 撰稿须知 3.1文体设计论著类一般不超过5 000字（含图表、参考文献、中英文摘要所占位置）；综述、讲座类不超过4 000字（含参考文献、图表、摘要）；短篇论著2 000字以内。3.2文题 题名力求简明扼要、主题突出，中文文题字数一般不超过20个字。英文文题不宜超过10个实词。中、英文文题含义一致。题名中不用本学科领域非公知公认的外文缩写词、符号与公式；一般不设副文题。3.3署名 作者姓名置于文题下，按对文章贡献大小列出全部作者姓名，排序应在投稿时确定，在编排过程不应再更改。作者单位名称具体到科室。作者应是：①参与选题和设计制订研究方案，直接参加全部或主要部分研究工作者；②起草或撰写论文者；③参加对文章核修，能在学术上进行答辩者。投稿注册时请注明第一作者的姓名、性别、职称、学历及工作单位、详细通讯地址、有效的联系电话和电子信箱；文稿内标明通信作者的姓名、电话和电子信箱。作者中如有外籍或港、澳、台人士，应附其本人同意的书面材料。3.4摘要 稿件均须附中英文摘要，两者文意要一致；中文摘要（250～400个字，短篇论著的摘要不超过200字）按照目的、方法、结果、结论4部分，即结构式书写。英文摘要用叙述式，英文摘要中需要交待清楚实验的背景、目的（1-2句话），应用了什么方法，做了哪些检测，得到了什么结果，这些结果可以推出什么结论等。稿件除附英文摘要外，还应包括英文的文题、作者署名及单位、关键词等内容。3.5关键词 关键词为3～5个且中英文要保持一致，词与词之间用分号隔开。每个英文关键词第一个单词首字母大写。文中尽量少用缩略语。已被公知公认的缩略语可以不加注释直接使用，例如DNA、RNA、HBsAg、PCR等。在文中第1次出现尚未被公知公认的缩略语，请写出中英文全称，在圆括号内写出缩略语。例如：获得性免疫缺陷综合征(acquired immunodeficiency syndrome，AIDS)。不超过4个汉字的名词不宜用缩略语，以免影响论文的可读性。西文缩略语不得拆开转行。3.6引言简明扼要地概述本文的研究目的，实验基础和主要方法等。3.7材料与方法材料须写明品名、来源、规格及批号等，方法主要叙述作者创立或改良的方法；参照他人者，只注明出处即可，不必详述。3.8结果只交代与本文目的相关的结果，必须真实可信；能用文字叙述清楚的尽量不用图表。结果部分切忌加入讨论（结果与讨论合并除外）。3.9讨论着重新的发现以及从中引出的结论，将结论与他人的有关理论加以比较指出其进展之处，并对其前景加以展望；必要时可作扼要的文献复习，但应避免离题闲扯。3.10图表 ①图片。图随文走。图应有中英文图序、图题和图注；照片图要求有300dpi以上的清晰度和对比度。免疫组化照片要求注明染色方法和放大倍数。电镜照片在图内应有比例尺标记。最好同时提供JPG或JPEG格式的图片以附件形式上传。②表格。表采用三线表，顶线、表头线、底线。表应有中英文表序、表题和表注。表内数据要求同一指标有效位数一致。图表直接插入文中。图表中如有引自他刊者，应注明出处。所有图、表均需在正文中按被引用。③图注和表注。所有图、表均要求包含中英文的图、表注。为了保证图、表的自明性，图、表注应对实验方法、共几次实验、每组多少只动物等坐简略的描述，图、表中所涉及的符号、标识以及应用了何种统计学处理等也需作出解释和说明。3.11参考文献 1）一般规定。必须以亲自阅读过的近年内主要文献为限，并应与原文核对无误。论著类一般不超过20条，综述类不超过30条，短篇类不超过5条。2）具体规定。参考文献的标注按文献的论文中出现的先后顺序，在所指引处的右上角，用阿拉伯数字外加方括号标注；非连续序号间以逗号隔开，2个以上相连者以起止号连接，如[1-2]、[5，7-8]。已被期刊或出版社安排在排印中的文章、专著可列入参考文献，应在刊名或出版者后用括号注明“在排印中”、“In press”。参考文献中的作者列出第1～3名，超过3名时，后加“，等”或“, et al”；无论是中国还是国外作者均采用姓前名后，姓氏除首字母大写外，其余均小写，名用缩写大写。外文期刊名称用缩写，以《Index Medicus》中的格式为准；中文期刊用全称。中英文参考文献均需标出期、卷号。举例如下：①图书的著录格式：主要责任者. 题名[文献类型标识]. 版本项. 出版地：出版者，出版年：引文页码.[1]林巧稚.妇科肿瘤[M]. 2版. 北京: 人民卫生出版社, 1982: 127-168.②图书中的析出文献：析出文献主要责任者. 析出文献题名[文献类型标识]//源文献主要责任者. 源文献题名. 版本项. 出版地：出版者，出版年：析出文献的页码.[2]Huninghaks GW.
