Firstly, I am very interested in the study of ambiguity. Ambiguity is a common phenomenon in all natural languages. As is known to all, in our daily conversations, ambiguity is often employed to achieve the effect of humor, thus creating a relaxing atmosphere and letting people feel at ease. Some jokes caused by ambiguity is very interesting.
Secondly, I have read several articles about ambiguity written by linguistics and scholars. I found my knowledge of ambiguity is very limited, superficial and nonsystematic. What I knew is just the tip of the iceberg. So I plan to learn more about ambiguity by this research.
Thirdly, I found many scholars have carried out numerous studies of ambiguity, but a majority of these studies are focused on single language separately. Articles about comparison between English ambiguity and Chinese ambiguity are not sufficient. So it is necessary to make further study.
For the above facts, I select this title.
Next, I will present the outline of my thesis. It consists of 7 parts.
The first part gives a brief introduction to the ambiguity and structure of the thesis.
The second part is literature review, briefly introducing the development of study of ambiguity and some scholarss main views.
The third to fifth parts focus on three types of ambiguity in English and Chinese: phonological ambiguity, lexical ambiguity, syntactic ambiguity. In every broad type, I respectively list some detailed branches and cite some vivid English and Chinese examples to explain these ambiguity phenomena. But I put more focus on the third part and point out two differences of ambiguity between English ambiguity and Chinese ambiguity.
The part six will point out positive results by using ambiguity deliberately in daily conversations, advertisements and literary works.
The last part is the conclusion.
I hope by this contrastive research, we will have a better understanding of ambiguity in English and Chinese and apply it to our life and study.

Secondly, I have read several articles about ambiguity written by linguistics and scholars. I found my knowledge of ambiguity is very limited, superficial and nonsystematic. What I knew is just the tip of the iceberg. So I plan to learn more about ambiguity by this research.
Thirdly, I found many scholars have carried out numerous studies of ambiguity, but a majority of these studies are focused on single language separately. Articles about comparison between English ambiguity and Chinese ambiguity are not sufficient. So it is necessary to make further study.
For the above facts, I select this title.
Next, I will present the outline of my thesis. It consists of 7 parts.
The first part gives a brief introduction to the ambiguity and structure of the thesis.
The second part is literature review, briefly introducing the development of study of ambiguity and some scholarss main views.
The third to fifth parts focus on three types of ambiguity in English and Chinese: phonological ambiguity, lexical ambiguity, syntactic ambiguity. In every broad type, I respectively list some detailed branches and cite some vivid English and Chinese examples to explain these ambiguity phenomena. But I put more focus on the third part and point out two differences of ambiguity between English ambiguity and Chinese ambiguity.
The part six will point out positive results by using ambiguity deliberately in daily conversations, advertisements and literary works.
The last part is the conclusion.
I hope by this contrastive research, we will have a better understanding of ambiguity in English and Chinese and apply it to our life and study.

我当初之所以选择母子公司法律关系论这一课题进行研究，很大程度上同我对公司法的浓厚兴趣是分不开的，但更重要的是对母子公司法律关系进行研究具有重大的现实意义。主要体此刻公司制形态因其自身所具有的优越性在市场交易过程中已成为最主要的的经济主体，而对母子公司法律关系的确定有利于扩大企业经营规模，提高经济效益，促进企业集团的构成和发展。同时，对于现代企业制度的建立和完善也具有相当重要的作用，所以，研究这一课题能够更好的指导公司实践，对于促进经济发展有着重大的推动作用。
具体来说，我的论文是由母子公司法律关系的界定、母子公司法律关系的分析以及我国现行《公司法》关于“母子公司法律关系”的立法现状及改善思考和结束语四部分构成。
第一部分，在母子公司法律关系的界定上，以明确母子公司的法律概念为首要任务，在这一基础上进一步分析母子公司法律关系的概念及其特征，进而得出研究母子公司法律关系的现实意义，为全文写作奠定基础。
第二部分，对母子公司的法律关系分别从内部、外部进行分析，并重点探讨了特殊形态的母子公司—全资子公司与其母公司之间的法律关系，提出全资子公司应存在对其母公司担保方面权利本事的限制。
第三部分，以我国现行公司立法中关于母子公司法律关系的立法为出发点，采用比较分析的方法分析得出相关法律条文所存在的不够完善的地方，并提出立法改善的思考，同时，提出应存在对于子公司本身利益保护的观点。
第四部分，概括性的 总结 了母子公司之间的权利义务关系，指出加强和完善对这一问题立法的必要性。
整篇文章是我在查阅有关公司法权威学者著作的基础上，结合自身所学知识和个人的理解，最终在曲教师的指导和帮忙下完成的。在全文写作过程中构成以下新的理解与突破：
1.将全资子公司与其母公司的法律关系单独进行分析，打破以往对母子公司法律关系分析时只概括性指出其存在内外部法律关系这一局面，使全资子公司与其母公司之间的法律关系更加清晰化，从而增强相关法律的可操作性。

各位老师好!我叫王爱国，来自山东聊城,我的论文题目是《基于实物期权的城市轨道交通项目财务评估应用研究》。在这里，请允许我向王雪青老师的悉心指导表示深深的谢意，向各位老师不辞劳苦参加我的论文答辩表示衷心的感谢。
下面我将从论文的目的、结构内容、不足之处三个方面向各位老师作一大概介绍，恳请各位老师批评指导。
首先，在目的和意义上，本文研究将实物期权理论引入城市轨道交通项目投资决策评价过程之中，目的在于完善轨道交通建设投资项目的评估方法和体系，通过完善评估手段，使轨道交通项目价值能够被更准确地计算和评估，进而帮助轨道交通项目建设方进行科学决策。
当前，将实物期权理论应用于城市轨道交通项目投资评价的相关研究较少，本文成果可作为以投资者为主体，评价城市轨道交通项目价值理论的一个新的思路，同时为决策方法的选择提供理论支撑，对我国轨道交通基础设施建设领域的发展有一定的意义。
其次，在结构内容上，本文的基本思路是：首先分析城市轨道交通项目特征并回顾传统方法在处理项目投资决策问题上的局限性。在此基础上，分析轨道交通项目特性以及期权特征，并构建基于推迟期权的城市轨道交通项目评价模型。最后，通过实例对投资决策模型进行了验证。本文的主要研究内容结构如下：
第一章是论文的绪论部分，此章节中首先对城市轨道交通等相关研究背景做了简要介绍，并对于此次研究提出了其研究的必要性和意义所在。通过文献综述，系统阐述了国内外学者和专家对于实物期权等方法的研究过程和现状，并最后提出本论文的研究内容和框架结构。

最后，在不足之处上，关于本文存在的不足以及对未来的展望总结如下：
1、 模型参数的确定较难。城市轨道交通项目价值增长率的数据难以获得，本文以客流量增长率近似代替。实际上，决定轨道交通项目价值的因素较为复杂，固定资产折旧、维修费用增加、沉没价值计算等都将影响项目价值。另外，价值增长率的方差难以直接获得，利用类似项目历史年数据近似代替的手段无法考量项目未来年的不确定性。因此，模型参数的确定仍需有更准确的测算方法。
2、 在构建推迟期权定价模型中，未能准确得到推迟期权的时间，并将其量化为公式进行计算，给项目确定决策操作时机带来较多不便，而这正是项目本身的不确定性特征所决定的。
3、 未能考虑存在其他竞争对手情况下的博弈模型。本文构建推迟期权定价模型以及案例验证均以仅有一个投资者的条件为基本假设，但实际当中往往有多个投资者进行竞争，因此需进一步对其博弈特性及模型进行构建和验证。
另外，仍有一些其他因素未能加以考虑，如同时存在的不同期权间的相互影响、国民经济和社会效益分析等等，均有待于进一步研究。

我叫李俊妮，主要研究方向为景观建筑。我的论文题目为《区域景观规划视角下的城市滨水区控制要素研究--以“重庆两江新区御临河沿岸景观概念规划”为例》，论文从确立选题、搜集资料、构思提纲到撰写、修改及定稿，我的导师朱 捷教授给予了许多宝贵的意见和建议，在此请允许我向导师表示真心的感谢，同时向在我硕士研究生学习生涯中直接或间接指导过我的各位老师表示由衷的感谢，向所有参加我论文答辩的各位老师、专家表示衷心的感谢。下面我将就本论文的选题原因及意义、选题背景、研究框架、主要内容及研究缺陷等方面进行简要陈述，希望得到各位老师的批评指正。
首先，本论文的选题原因、意义及选题背景。
城市滨水区作为城市稀缺的公共资源，是最具有开放性和吸引力的自然、人文景观的综合体现。其不仅有美化城市、修复河流生态等效果，同时为市民提供了休闲娱乐的公共场所，满足了人亲近自然、亲近水的要求，体现了河流与城市特有的自然、人文景观，同时也是社会、生态与经济可持续发展的内容。良好的城市滨水区景观是城市活力的集中表现和城市生态系统不可或缺的承载网络，同时也是提升文化氛围、展示形象的城市重要场所。
由于部分地区对滨水景观的打造还处于较为片面的认识中，一些城市在打造滨水区景观时侧重于防洪、水运、灌溉等价值，将滨水区环境作为工程实体看待，单一的对其中某一段进行分别设计;“滨水中央公园”、“滨水景观大道”等描绘“城市名片”的词语频频出现，虽然在一定程度上改善了滨水区的空间品质，但是由于设计繁琐、各种设计手法堆砌、仅注重局部等倾向，往往导致景观破碎、形象缺失、可达性差等令人遗憾的局面。例如中外驰名的京杭大运河，在滨水区更新过程中，两岸景观变得五花八门，不同的设计理念、不同的设计元素统统往上堆叠，有的河道出现了“左岸历史、右岸未来”的景观设计，有的甚至将“欧洲小镇”搬到了大运河边上。面对这些问题，排除经济、社会和政 治因素，最不可忽视的原因是：对一定区域内的城市滨水区缺乏整体的规划控制。
传统意义上的滨水区景观规划主要是针对物质空间环境的塑造，是一种以“蓝图式”的成果为最终导向的实践行为，但随着开发主体的多元化，开发商的融资能力与拓展计划千差万别，原本的终极蓝图往往只能搁置于规划阶段，无法在场地设计和空间规划中予以落实，使理想与实践出现了巨大落差。对大尺度地区的景观规划设计来说，由于设计面积大，建设周期长，中间环节多，过程变数大，因而不能靠“蓝图式”的设计图纸一成不变地指导下位规划设计和实践。
基于以上情况，客观上需要为随时变化的市场需求提供易于操作的规则和平衡机制，就像城市设计承担的任务一样，城市滨水区规划也需要这样一种以控制和引导为实施手段，通过规划编制一系列的“约定”的方式--达到控制效果的同时也可以应对多变的市场因素。当然，在制度层面进行优化探索固然是解决这一问题的根本办法，但是受城市规划体制背景和法规背景的限制，这种探索任重道远，而着眼于技术层面，将视线集中于设计控制要素，在目前具有更现实的操作意义。控制要素在规划设计的运作中扮演了桥梁和媒介的角色，城市滨水区景观规划可以通过控制要素对未来项目的空间形态、使用状况进行清晰的预测和控制。
从功能角度出发，城市滨水区包括生态型、商务型、娱乐休闲型、居住型等，城市滨水区可以由以上功能单一组成，也可以是多种功能复合而成，多种功能的混合带来了复杂的景观要素，如空间的开放性、环境的生态性、绿地系统的完整性、绿色廊道、驳岸形式、天际轮廓线、交通设施、防汛设施等等。如此众多的要素使得设计显得千头万绪，因此在滨水区景观规划中，针对设计对这些要素进行选取、分类和策略探讨是进行详细设计以前最重要的前期工作。
目前对于城市滨水区景观规划的研究在设计方法、视觉形象方面和景观生态领域对景观结构及其生态问题的探讨方面已经做了极为详尽的研究，而将城市滨水区作为区域景观规划的工作展开整体性探索，以及相关控制要素如何筛选、规划成果如何指导下一步设计方面的研究在近几年的规划实践中开始得到重视，也有了一些相关的实践案例。
笔者通过梳理前人的研究成果、借鉴国外的成功经验以及区域景观规划实际项目的参与，从区域景观规划的视角出发，采用区域景观规划的.方法途径，综合城市滨水区的特性、问题研究，结合一个城市滨水区景观规划的实践案例，及以这一案例为上位规划指导落实的详细设计案例，着重探索控制要素的组成、筛选及图文导则对下位规划设计的指导作用。研究的意义在于从中总结出普遍的规律，为今后的项目提供一定参考。
纵观城市河流的演变历史，我们可以将其分为以下几个过程：
①前工业化时代-以自然发展为主-逐水而居 依水筑城：
“水”最基本功能是灌溉、生活供水及排水、航运功能。这一时期，许多城市选址都在江、河、海等水陆交汇处，并成为当时人口集聚及商品交易中心，同时在长距离贸易、对外贸易体系中占据举重要地位。11世纪到 14世纪，城市滨水区的发展成为工商业城市兴起的一个重要标志，国际性贸易集市以及港口就是在这一时期形成。这些滨水区最初通常是一种自发的发展态势--港口与城市生活混合，同时是贸易枢纽和军事要塞，并拥有港口、公共空间的功能。
②工业化时代-工厂、码头和仓库成为标志性景观-业盛水污：
这一时期“水”的首要作用转变为交通运输、工业供水和排水功能。城市滨水区的首要职能是产业空间，工业区向滨水区聚集，产业资本对滨水空间的控制处于主导地位，滨水生活功能受到排斥。港口成为实现货物快速集散的中转地，迅速发展起来的内河运输、铁路运输也主要为大城市港口区服务。城市滨水区成生产、交通核心，大量的资本要素在滨水地带聚集，带动城市进入工业化时代，同时工业废水、废气以及垃圾的排放也使这一时期的城市滨水区出现严重污染。
③后工业化时代-游憩和景观成为首要功能 -人工治水，水清城兴：
20 世纪 60 年代以来，伴随产业结构的调整，发达国家的城市滨水区经历了逆工业化的过程。资源枯竭、轮船吨位提高以及集装箱运输的发展，使得港口和其附属产业从城市中心地段加速外迁(从城市迁移到郊区或迁往发展中国家)，此时旧港区衰败，土地闲置。
到 20 世纪 60年代以后，随着城市复兴运动的发展，许多城市重新发现了旧港区处于城市中心区的区位与土地价值，开始对滨水区进行改造。同时在这一时期，劳动方式改变带来发达国家中产阶级的崛起，市民的闲暇时间增多，因此追求回归大自然、对滨水区生态环境、旅游和休闲功能提出了更高要求。在这一前提之下，最先对城市滨水区进行再生改造成功的是北美地区(如巴尔的摩内港)，此后，这种滨水区改造在世界范围内兴起(1965年以来美国就有上千个城市滨水开发案例，仅 1993年日本就有 63 个记录在册的城市滨水区开发案例)。
其次，本论文的研究框架及主要内容。
本文试图从区域景观规划的视角出发，从更宏观的层面进行统筹，对控制要素的选取、图文导则的构建、控制策略对下位规划设计的指导等方面进行综合研究。结合“重庆市两江新区龙盛片区御临河沿岸景观概念规划”以及这一案例指导下实施的滨水绿地景观设计，对景观控制要素在实际案例中的操作流程进行实例研究，对“控制要素”在规划设计中扮演的“桥梁”和“媒介”角色进行验证， 以期对今后的城市滨水区景观规划项目提供一定的参考。
论文结构遵从“提出问题--分析与借鉴--解决方法与策略探索--实际案例验证”的纵向逻辑展开，主要包括以下几个部分：
第一部分包括第一、第二章，主要为基础研究与共性问题归纳整合，明确研究的主要对象和相关概念，归纳城市滨水区景观的特性，提出目前滨水区景观规划面临的问题。
第二部分为第三章，首先明确了区域景观的基本概念、相关理论、复合系统和操作流程，同时对三个国内外成功的城市滨水区开发案例进行了剖析，为下一步研究提供理论支撑和经验借鉴。
第三部分为第四章，在前文研究的基础上，提出解决问题的方法，建立城市滨水区景观规的研究框架，结合景观设计的中心议题研究，提出影响城市滨水区景观规划的生态、功能、形象、文化相关要素，并对其控制策略、实施方式进行了总结归纳。
第四部分为第五章、第六章，通过《两江新区御临河沿岸景观概念规划》明晰景观控制要素选取、图文导则在设计中的运用，并以《两江新区御临河(影视城段)滨河绿地景观设计》对控制要素对下位规划设计的引导进行分析，最后在结论部分对论文的主要成果与不足之处进行讨论和陈述。
第三，本论文的研究缺陷。
在三年研究生的学习过程中，跟随导师完成的实际项目是促成论文方向的主要原因，三年的学习经历中导师传授的专业知识与实践经验令我受益匪浅，但是由于笔者自身在实践经验、理论研究和论文写作能力上的欠缺，整个研究过程和论文逻辑难免存在一些纰漏与有待商榷之处，在研究的深度上也有所不足。论文在理论的阐述方面、工作框架的逻辑建构方面、方法的抽象描述方面都存在一些问题，这些只有在今后的学习和工作中不断的进行改善。
对于论文存在的这些不足之处，还望各位老师见谅，并提出宝贵意见，我将不断完善。
