《电子学报》没听说，但是《电工技术学报》和《电力系统自动化》有所了解，电工技术学报的影响在国内应该排在电力系统自动化的前面，处在中国电机工程学报的后面，几乎是第二，所以要求要高一些。管事是看你的内容，创新点要足，内容一定要写清晰，明了。

《山东农业大学学报》(自然科学版)成立于1955年。该杂志是一份综合性农业学术期刊，国内外均有发表。它主要发表研究成果、学术论文、研究简报、实验技术、文献综述等。农业、园艺、植物保护、畜牧业、兽医学、林业、土壤化学、食品科学、农业工程和生物技术等。审稿1-3个月。
大学学报的级别划分：
大学学报的级别归属问题，跟一般的期刊一样，普通的省级国家级和核心级别这样，大部分的普通学报基本都属于省级，但是认可度高于省级。也有本地区的类别归属，这个要以本地区和单位的分类为主。
由于学报的特殊性，他的级别划分可能不是那么的严格，有的地方对于普通学报的认可度高于一般的国家级期刊。如果学报被纳入核心的话，那么就是核心学报级别。不同的核心大概有：科技核心级学报，北大核心级学报，南大核心级学报等等。
SCI论文是国际核心期刊的水平，SCI期刊里也有国际顶级，和国际一般水平。这么说吧，SCI期里，最顶级的，就是世界顶级水平。水一些的相当于国内的北核，不水的相当于国内的南核。就是这个水平。发表SCI 是比较难的，如果你想发表建议你先去淘淘论文网上学习下论文发表知识。
