投稿首先找到该杂志看里面有杂志社的网址，邮址，电话，电话打杂志社编辑部电话，询问审稿时间大概多长时间？文章长短有何要求，版面费计算怎样？如果通过可能发在几月份的刊物上？有无回赠杂志？如何汇版面费？等等一些具体的事宜。自己到学术期刊上需找你想法看的杂志即可，那些都是正规的有刊号，新闻总署注册的，不然很容易上当。现在招数高着呢？
