那就学报重复率要求应该是30%。
“地理是一种教养，地理是一种气质。”《中国国家地理》在其宣传词中这样写道。 这份新锐而又老牌的杂志介绍天文、地理、科考发现以及探险历程，跟《美国国家地理》一样，它的内容也已经超越了一般旅游杂志的范围，旅游景点景区、文化遗存、珍稀生物的抢救保护以及世界各地的民俗民情无不囊括其中。“地理”，普遍性的传媒概念 保罗·福赛在《格调》一书中说，凡在客厅里出现《美国国家地理》的，主人的品味及其在美国的社会等级就要减去2分，失分与客厅里出现一张塑料座椅相同。但从中也可瞥见《美国国家地理》作为美国主流杂志的事实。资料表明，1999年《国家地理》期发行量共计869．8万份；同期的《时代》周刊发行量为406万份，《新闻周刊》为335万份。在美国杂志销售榜上，前三甲的排名经常是这样的：《电视指南》、《读者文摘》、《美国国家地理》。 如果说发行量仅仅是一个指标的话，那么它的雄厚资金和浪漫激情就更是令人着迷的看点。专栏作家沈宏非曾经在《国家地理杂碎》一文中抱怨：90年代以后，这本光滑的黄边杂志在制作上仍保持着“最顶尖”�cutting edge 的水准。一个例子是十几年前他自己给《国家地理》杂志的摄影师当过助手，京、沪、穗三个城市加上云南，共拍了400卷胶卷。照片最后在这本杂志上刊登了，却只上了两幅。愤怒的沈宏非还指出著名的约瑟夫·洛克当年凭什么能生生地把先来到丽江的英国植物学家沃德赶走，成为香格里拉的第一个“发现者”呢？靠的也就是《美国国家地理》的钱。羡慕之情，溢于言表。 《美国国家地理》看上去是个专业杂志，其实已经超越“地理”这样的销售诉求点。“地理”作为一个传媒的重心是被世人所认可的。《德国国家地理》简称GEO，与《美国国家地理》相比，同样图文并重，以图片的精美和信息量大而深入闻名。它可以花26页的文字和图片来讲述天使的意义。同样，法国也有《国家地理》。 “地理”成为了一个普遍性的传媒概念。因为做地理的同时，可以关照自然风光和历史人文，它可以再现地理知识的差异性、地域性和综合性。一段时间以来，策划出版《中国国家地理》的人很多，摄影人李玉祥就是其中的一个。他认为“地理是一个很宽泛的概念，自然地理之外更大的空间在于人文地理……”。 早些年，很多人奔波于将《美国国家地理》的样板介绍和拷贝到中国。今天，从《地理知识》改刊的《中国国家地理》成功了。而像李玉祥那样的同仁转而在《三联人文地理》、《文明》、《山茶》（又名《华夏人文地理》）中和《中国国家地理》开始了同行竞争。一个老牌杂志的新生 现在的《中国国家地理》前身是《地理知识》，这是一本1950年创刊的科普杂志，由中国科学院主管，中国科学院地理研究所和中国地理学会主办。 创刊以来，《地理知识》曾经创造过辉煌的业绩。70年代时，杂志的期发行量曾连续数年高达40万册，受到广大青少年学子的喜爱。但是随着高考制度的改革，“地理”从高考科目中被删除，以中学生为主体读者的《地理知识》发行量急剧下降，90年代已降至万册左右，杂志的影响力和市场份额已跌进了低谷。 1998年，《地理知识》开始全面改版，增加页码，采用进口铜版纸彩印。2000年10月，《地理知识》正式改名为《中国国家地理》。更名的背后是办刊思路的转变。《中国国家地理》的执行总编单之蔷认为，《地理知识》给人的是一种灌输式的老师教学生式的居高临下，而《中国国家地理》给我们的则是一种人与自然、历史能够平等交流的朋友感觉，正像《美国国家地理》所做的那样，《中国国家地理》的定位是“向隔行的读者传播地理知识”。 有个故事多次被用来为《中国国家地理》的转型做援引。故事发生在抗日战争时期，美国的两名飞行员在执行对日本本土的轰炸任务时，不幸被日军击中，他们的飞机被迫降到了一个完全陌生的地方，他们万分紧张地刚从残破的飞机里钻出来，一群服色奇异的人就围了上来，他们迅速地掏出了枪，但他们很快又轻松了下来。因为他们曾经在《美国国家地理》上看到过这个民族的介绍，它属于他们的盟国——中国。这个故事也为单之蔷作文强调过。 为了更广泛地适宜大众，《中国国家地理》为此做了改版的努力，其中最明显的就是对“读图时代”的确认。他们重视摄影图片，精心制作地图。他们认为：一篇文章如果没有一张有足够冲击力的图片，哪怕这篇文章写得是多么优美动人也断无刊登的可能。 “当然，和《美国国家地理》相比，我们的资金实力是不够的。”单之蔷坦陈。《美国国家地理》的摄影师拿着大把的钱，几年、几十年地做一个专题，采片率始终保持在千分之二左右，那是因为他们已经过了创业的艰难年代。 不过，单之蔷对自己仍满怀信心：“我们现在的操作空间也是很大的。我们目前的定位是立足中国。中国的摄影师非常多，群众基础好，他们不一定需要高额的报酬。中国有丰富的地理资源，有千姿百态的自然景观，有悠久的历史文明，有多彩的民族文化。” “因此在同等的条件下，我们也能做出好的东西来。我们相信一切都可以慢慢做出来，不是吗？《美国国家地理》也是这样做出来的。”把地理变成新闻和小说 《中国国家地理》除了在编辑流程上大做改革之外，最重要的就是提出在地理中注入新闻概念，以此来拓展杂志的生存空间。 单之蔷认为：杂志是夹在图书和报纸之间的一种出版物。讲时效和新鲜，它比不了报纸；讲定论和经典，它比不上图书。《中国国家地理》的操作方式是“事件＋知识”、“由头＋知识”。前者就像它们所做过的“雅鲁藏布江”专题，通过一个事件将知识一并带出；后者就是要在一个新闻由头的带领下，将知识潜移默化地实现传递，比如9·11之后的阿富汗专题、悉尼奥运会期间的澳大利亚专题等。 《中国国家地理》的操作者还坚持认为过去的科普方式失效了，在知识背景不同的受众之间进行横向沟通，他们认为必须以“新闻＋小说”的文本样式来重新打理杂志的文本样式。这就是说要改变第三人称的说教方法，取而代之的是第一人称的介绍方法，进而强调的是作者在采访和介绍期间的感性、新鲜、惊诧、满意、生动，以及类似的种种现场感，从而增加杂志的吸引力。 2000年6月，《中国国家地理》在台湾出了繁体版，据说当期杂志的发行量就超过了《美国国家地理》中文版在台湾的发行量。《中国国家地理》繁体中文版创刊号主要内容包括世界第九大奇迹“三星堆”的专题报道、布达拉宫艺术宝藏图片，以及展现黄山之美的各种照片。2002年1月，日文版的《中国国家地理》（又名《中国地理纪行》）在日本出版。英文版本的《中国国家地理》目前也已在运作之中。“我们基本实现了收支平衡，现在是略有赢余。”单之蔷骄傲地说，“我自己感觉我们的内容是无可挑剔的。” 单之蔷知道现在做“地理”的杂志也不单单是他们一家，但他相信他们的独特性是明显的，这是他们能够胜出的保证。他更有信心的是《中国国家地理》将成为一个产业：《中国国家地理》少年版、相关书籍的出版以及与电视频道的合作等等一切都已在他们的视野之中。
《北华大学学报》 （社科版、自然版）于2000年原吉林师范学院、吉林医学院、吉林林学院、吉林电气化高等专科学校四校合并组建北华大学后创刊，主要以反映与北华大学各学科相关的研究成果为主，以“培养人才、推介科研成果、服务社会”为宗旨。本刊一直坚持“学术立刊，特色强刊”理念，通过全体编委和编辑同仁的不懈努力，期刊的主要评价指标和学术影响力不断提升，已进入同类学报优秀期刊行列。自2001年始，两个版本已连续4次被中共吉林省委宣传部、吉林省新闻出版局、吉林省科学技术厅评为“吉林省一级期刊”。学报社科版多次被全国高等学校文科学报研究会评为“全国优秀社科期刊”，2010年获“特色栏目”奖；学报自然版多次获国家教育部科技司、中国高等学校科技期刊研究会“优秀编辑出版质量奖”。创刊10余年来，学报两版初步确立了自己的品牌，形成了自己的特色，社会影响日益扩大。全体编辑同仁锐意改革，致力创新，以创“名栏”、立“名刊”为目标，将使《北华大学学报》走向新的辉煌。
