实际上《经济学人》算是对中国描述相对客观的杂志了，只不过基于意识形态的原因，对中国政治、民主、人权、XJ、XZ等方面有很多负面的评价，而经济的评论基本上是积极和正面的。然后就是描述中国呈现的社会、经济问题，可以对比其对中国和印度的报道，印度被报道负面的东西远多于中国。我听经济学人音频版三年多了，印象中关于中国的专题报道(specialreport)至少有三期，一期是中美关系，封面一个太极图，中美国旗为阴阳鱼抱在一起，个人认为很形象，这一期提到中国威胁论比较多，但总体是希望中国成为一个可预测的负责任的大国（stakeholder）。一期叫risingpower,anxioussociety，描述了中国的经济成就和不稳定的社会心理，还有期把中国经济称为bambooeconomy，强调中国经济的活力来自市场化的民间而不是通常认为的政府主导和管制，总之，经济学人有他自己的立场、角度和专业精神。

最核心期刊是《经济学人》，不过里面的都太深奥了，模型什么的没有基础的一般看不懂。如果比较通俗的就选FT中文，可以从网上看，不用花钱。我们经院的都这么干。。。
