摘要： 情感因素对语言学习有很大的影响。中职学生在英语学习方面普遍存在着基础薄弱、学习动机不强等学习焦虑方面的问题，英语课堂教学因此存在着互动消极、教学反馈少、效果差的情况。游戏教学法从理论和实际效用上对于改善这种情况都是很好的应用。

英语是当今世界通用语言，我们在生活和工作中越来越多地接触、使用到英语，学好英语对于当代中职生的职业发展和个人素质的提高都是非常有益和必要的。
但是实际情况是，中职生的英语基础普遍薄弱，存在不同程度的英语学习焦虑，有的中职生，由于英语基础比较薄弱，对英语失去了兴趣，出现了对英语失去信心的现象，从而导致英语课堂教学开展困难，教学效果不理想。
一、中职英语课堂教学的现状
教师讲授为主，师生互动为辅，学生参与度低。中职英语教学课时有限，为了完成既定的教学内容，语言知识的讲解和练习占据了大多数的课堂教学时间。
师生间互动教学以教师提问，学生作答为主，学生间生生互动以课文对话的替换练习为主，形式内容单调。学生对此不感兴趣，形成了“老师讲，学生听”的单调局面。有时上课还有学生玩手机、睡觉等现象，课堂效果非常不好。
教材设定的情景互动内容趣味性弱，学生参与度低下。现行教材中设定的情景练习以生活类英语会话为主，如购物、就餐、问路、看病等，缺乏趣味性。中职学生处于爱玩爱闹的青春期，此类会话练习难以触动学生的兴奋点。
学生基础薄弱，有不同程度的英语学习焦虑。在开展课堂互动时，中职生往往沉默应对，或是消极敷衍，鹦鹉学舌，应付了事。即使教师积极地鼓励学生，这种正面的评价也很难得到学生自己的认同。
中职英语教育论文
一、中职班级的特点
相较于高职生来说，我所任课的中职班级特点主要有几种：
第一种，性别单一的班级。有些专业基本以女生为主，有些专业基本以男生为主，只有少量或是个别的异性。这样的班级，学生个性会容易偏向性别数量多的那一方。比如我教的有一个班级，专业是会计，几乎全部是女生，只有四个男生，这几个男生回答问题声音小，做事也柔弱，感觉就像女生，男生人数较少的原因，相对听课质量较差。对于这样的班级，如果想让他们呈现性别较少那方的主导性还比较难。那么，老师要做的就是以绝对的男生/女生优势去引导另外一个性别的同学，促使其学习。
第二种，学生人数较多的班级。相比较其他的专业，学校的热门专业自然人数较多，有的都多达接近70人，对于这样一个庞大的数量，怎样去集中大部分学生的注意力是比较难的，作为老师，你就必须掌握大多数同学的心思，努力引导他们跟着你上课的思路去学习。否则你的课堂就只是你单一的在授课，部分学生就该干嘛干嘛，有些甚至昏昏欲睡，整日无精打采。别人在勤奋地读单词，记笔记的时候，他们依旧“我行我素”。好在这样的学生在班级只是一小部分，否则这个课程是无法完成教学目标的。
第三种，班级总体成绩较为落后的班级。有些班级在刚接手的时候，就能明显地感觉学生的基础会比其他班差。这样的班级，提高他们的学习兴趣是最主要的，你需要花费更多的精力和时间在课内以及课外。课后，主动找学生谈心，了解他们对于英语课的想法，帮助他们树立学习的信心。通过交谈，我也了解到，有些学生不是不想学，而是在刚接触英语的时候，并不够重视，老师也相对抓得不够严，慢慢地就不懂地越来越多，自然成绩直线下降。再发展到后来，本着差就差吧，大家都差，没关系，然后就影响了整个班级的总体成绩，学习气氛不浓厚。
二、如何针对各班的特点，采取行之有效的方式
（一）以情感为纽带，带动学习的积极性
情感交流运用得好，你会相当成功，学生的积极性极其高，课堂45分钟的效果会超出你的预期目标；如果情感交流运用得不好，那么你就只娱乐了自己，从本质上疏忽了课堂的教学目的。这种方式比较适合我所总结的性别单一的班级。不仅老师与学生进行交流，男女生进行交流的时候各持不同意见，也会产生话题，丰富课堂内容。老师和学生之间的知识量也可以相互交换，老师也可以从学生的话题里获得兴趣点，而学生针对老师所提出的问题可以在课下去搜集资料，积极与老师交流，从而获得肯定，这远远超过了书本上设定的目标。
（二）以竞争为主线，迸发学习的热情
对于班级总体成绩比较落后的班级我采取了以学生为主的课堂。以学生为主，也就是我将一部分新课内容先讲一遍，然后下一堂课选择一些作为重点内容由学生来为大家讲解，讲解过后在每一组随机挑选一位同学（无论成绩好差）来打分，说出自己对该生讲述内容的看法，最后算出一个平均分作为平时分的一部分。最开始的时候，我会选择一些成绩比较好的同学，起一个引导作用，然后慢慢过渡，成绩稍微中等一点的学生，然后是成绩较不理想的学生。最开始的时候，那些成绩不太理想的学生是很苦恼的，看着成绩好的同学讲得栩栩如生，精彩纷呈，怕轮到自己出现这样那样的问题。不过，用了这个办法，所有的学生，在课前都认真“备课”，努力表现。通过这样的方式，大家各抒己见，看到自己和其他同学的`差距，有了竞争性，努力你争我赶，提高平时成绩，学生的热情绝对是比老师为主授课的课堂来的好的多。长此以来，班级的总成绩直线上升，学生也就更加有学习的动力。总之，理论与实践相结合的学习方式，必定事半功倍。
（三）以合作为主，促进有效的英语教学
在课堂教学中，采取以小组为单位的学习方式进行课堂教学，可以提高英语课堂教学效率。对于班级人数较多的班级来说，在课堂上利用竞赛的方式调动学生的积极性和培养学生之间合作是有效的方法。我们首先设定竞赛内容，然后把班级以成绩的高、中、低分为几个等分，各组都有高、中、低三种类型的学生，然后分工合作，简单的内容由成绩一般的学生去完成，中等难度的则由中等生去完成，难度较高的由成绩较好的同学去完成。各自完成以后，学生之间相互交流，相互帮助，共同合作表现该内容给其他组的同学看，所有组别都表现完之后，每组派一个代表打分，加上老师所给出的分数，最后以分数的高低评出一、二、三等奖的学生进行表彰。这样，要想赢得成功，学生必定花更多的时间去准备老师所给出的竞赛内容，竞赛的意识形成了，形成有效的英语教学就自然而然了。
三、结语
作为年轻老师，我们一定要摸索更多的适合中职学生学习英语的方式，提高学生的学习兴趣，增加他们的知识储备量，真正做到“授之以鱼不如授之以渔”。老师和学生都融入其中的课堂，才是真正成功的。
