国际会议论文投稿

可以，发过之后由会议主办方邀请专家评审，不合格的有的会给出修改意见，但是一般都已经把你给reject了。

会议可能周期短一些，一般杂志的审核时间长，各个杂志和会议的要求不一样，而且他们对格式的要求也不一样，得看你的具体情况，相对来说同级别的会议和杂志的话，会议好中点，就是钱多点。
