It seems that nowadays, very few young people are willing to stay in a job position for long, let alone for the whole life. They change jobs constantly. This results from several factors. Firstly, young people like fresh things，and it is easy for them to be fed up with old routine work. So when they stay in a position for a while,the excitement will fade out.
