And an oligonucleotide microarray is a glass chip to the surface of which an array of oligonucleotides was fixed as spots, each containing numerous copies of a sequence-specific probe that is complementary to a gene of interest. So it is used to detected tens or more targets synchronously. In this research, we developed a multiplex polymerase chain reaction (multiplex-PCR) coupled with a DNA microarray system simultaneously aiming at many targets in a consecutive reaction to detect a GMO. We designed two types DNA microarray, one to detect whether the sample was from GMO, the other to detect which event the sample was from. For the first type, there are a total of 20 probes for detecting a GMO in a DNA microarray which can be classified into three categories according to their purpose: the first for screening GMO from un-transgenic plants based on the common elements such as promoter, reporter and terminator genes; the second for specific gene confirmation based on the target gene sequences such as herbicide-resistance or insect-resistance genes; the third for species-specific genes which the sequences are unique for different plant species. To ensure the reliability of this method, different kinds of positive and negative controls were used in DNA microarray. Commercial GM soybean, maize, rapeseed and cotton were identified by means of this method and further confirmed by PCR analysis and sequencing. The results indicate that this method discriminates between the GMOs very quickly and in a cost-saving and more time efficient way. It can detect more than 95％of currently commercial GMO plants and the limits of detection are ％for soybean and 1％for maize. For the second type, an event-specific detection strategy based on the unique and specific integration junction sequences between the host plant genome DNA and the integrated gene is being developed for its high specificity using multiplex-PCR together with oligonucleotide microarray. Commercial GM soybean (GTS 40-3-2), six GM maize events (MON810, MON863, Bt176, Bt11, GA21, and T25) were detected by this method. The results indicate that it is a suitable method for the identification of these GM soybean and maizes. 词典软件推荐有道词典和金山词霸
个人觉得金山词霸略胜一筹，稍微方便好用一点，而有道词典在专业词汇的单词量会稍微胜过金山词霸。都是老牌的词典软件了，两个软件都可以划词取义，十分方便PC上跨页面进行翻译。
谷歌翻译也有Chrome插件完成划词取义。
近来的发展趋势使这些词典都扩充了许许多多的单词，应该是够用的了。当然，一些太过专业的词汇就要求助于英英词典。
【翻译软件】
首选Trados 。但Trados学起来还是有点困难的，使用语料库什么的可以到某宝上搜搜，不用自己去整理那么麻烦。
其次可以试下 Transmate ，用户体验很不错，而且也是免费的，许多功能可以自己挖掘。
国内的还有雪人，需要付费，价格不便宜。没用过就不多评价了。

翻译有时候绕不开格式的转换，最经常需要用到的是PDF转Word的文件。此处推荐
Solid Converter v9 ，功能强大。当然，如果你会用Trados，可以直接用Trados进行格式的转换，但时不时需要使用多个软件才能取得最佳的转换结果。

总之这些都是辅助性质，真正灵活运用还是需要自己能够有一定的英语基础，自己能够掌握英语。

首先 ，如果大家使用翻译软件只是去查查一些英文单词的话，我认为市面上所有的软件都可以做到这一点，选一些主流的软件即可。
其次 ，就是如果大家想去学习一些课文，英语句子的的话，百词斩，网易，扇贝都是很好的拓展功能，能帮助大家学习到句型和文章。
最后 ，如果大家是想要去浏览国外的英文网站，那么仅仅靠查几个单词是不够的，当然只是对于新手来说，大神随便。那么这个时候我们就需要一些网页的翻译插件去翻译了，我认为谷歌浏览器的插件是十分好用的，其中我们可以找到两款
可以选择翻译的等级，也方便自己去学习，缺点就是每次都要去点击翻译才会翻译。

Anyway we went on to ask it stuff and nothing happened, so my other friend went to his computer and looked up some ancient druid chant to open some vortex thing. I don't know the specifics; no one else went with him. All he did was print out what we were supposed to say, it was mostly just weird word combinations and a few summoning phrases I can't remember. This was almost a year ago, I do remember feeling pretty silly going through with it. This I remember clearly though, the same friend who got the paper all of a sudden asks for it to give us a sign. Of all the stupid things to do... well I was very upset with him, but he defended himself by saying that's what the site told him to do. As it turns out it said not to ask for a sign or anything else like that. It even put it in all caps and bolded, too. Well after that he was pretty embarrassed, but nothing happened for about a half hour. So we just gave up ghosts for the night (our attention spans couldn't handle nothing happening for that long). Later we got back on the X-Box and started playing, I think it was Halo when we heard my friend's parents get home, it was about 9 pm, about an hour early. So he decided to go into the garage and jump out when they got out of the car. Well he waited about 10 minutes just sitting there before he decided to look out a window and no one was there. While he was looking he heard about two inches from his ear someone smacking their lips like they had dry mouth and were preparing to speak. When he spun around there was no one there, which is about when he came walking back to the basement at a very brisk pace. While we were down there we heard a number of doors slamming and knocks over our head like someone was kneeling and punching the floor over and over. Which doesn't sound that scary, but it was the most frightening experience of my life. Then some guy started screaming bloody murder down the hall from us in the basement. When I looked down the hall I saw what looked like a transparent hunchback limping toward us. The way he was moving was not like a normal person would, it was like a glitching computer; he would "jump" forward, backward or to a side, then back to his normal place again. It was just strange. After this I ran faster than my legs could take me out of his house, forgetting my friends until I stopped across the street and noticed they were right behind me. I guess they didn't see the guy, but when they saw me running they felt like they were snapped out of a trance. After that nothing major happened in his house and I was only in his basement long enough to move the TV and X-Box upstairs.
