有sci论文投稿经历的作者应该都有深有体会，要发表一篇SCI论文真的没那么简单。论文的方向、英文稿件的撰写、各种审稿意见.......下文我就为大家分享回复修稿信的方法? 回复信(response letter，rebuttal letter)想必各位作者都不会陌生，这是大多数论文在见刊前作者都需要做的意见事情，为什么呢?因为大部分稿件在期刊发表前需要经历至少一次的修稿，由于各种原因初次投稿的论文没有达到期刊的要求或者审稿编辑的要求，都需要对论文进行修改，在修改完善以后作者需要将回复信和修改稿一并递交杂志社，曜文编译提醒各位作者回复信需要逐点回复专家的修改意见。同时也要注意回复意见的整体性，写好一封回复信很重要。 一、回复信的写法：1.回复信的开头要提供论文题目和投稿编号，并用少许篇幅感谢审稿人及修改意见。2.逐点回复专家的修改意见，如果打算把逐点回复分开来放，可以简短列出根据评审意见进行的主要修改有哪些，然后说明会将逐点回复另外附加;如果是将逐点回复放在信里，可以说回复在后。 二、编写回复信的注意事项 1.审稿意见的全面回复：如果作者再回复审稿意见时，会有遗漏或回避一些审稿意见的情况，建议作者还是全面回复审稿意见比较妥当，即使有不同意或不接受修改，也要说明原因。在每一点意见后面提供清楚详细的回复，一定要确认编辑和审稿人所有提出的点都回复了。 2.将审稿意见与回复内容区别开来：将评审意见编号，顺序回复，在论文中的修改处标示出来或是指出论文修改前后的个别行数，可以将审稿意见加粗，与回复内容做区别。 3. 审稿意见分类：如果意见很多，可以试着将它们进行分类，例如将方法相关的意见分在一起、语言相关的一组等等，如果将意见进行分组，记得在信里提及“I have separated my responses to the reviewers’ comments according to several categories in order to achieve an integrated approachin my responses”。 4.评审意见的点列式回复：如果评审员的意见是长长的段落，可以将意见分离成点各别回应，如果不确定某项意见的意思，可以先解释自己对该意见的理解，然后再进行回复。 5.与审稿意见的分歧处理：同行评审的老师通常是领域内的专家，如果作者认为审稿人误解了论文里的任何段落，有时候很有可能是因为表达不够清楚。这种情况下，可以礼貌性的指出误解然后提供必要的说明。可以这么写“I am sorry that this part was not clear in the original manuscript. I should have explained that (……详细说明). I have revised the contents of this part”。 如果审稿人要求提供更多数据或是补做实验，而你认为没有必要，还是要说明为什么不做，避免像是经费不够或是没有时间这种私人理由，也不要表现出负面的态度，回复中要表现出对意见的重视和尊重。回答必须要清楚有逻辑并有证据支持。 6.新资料的添加：若添加任何新的数据或图片，要提及它们在论文的什么位置：如果在修改过程中加入了新的数据、表格、图片等资料，记得指出它们的所在位置，必要的话，夹带补充资料给审稿人和编辑，如此他们可以直接对照，不用一个一个搜寻。 7. 适当的总结：结尾像“Since all the corrections have been made, we hope the manuscript will now be accepted without any further changes”，这样的结尾可能会过于自负，如果要直接又不失礼，可以这么说：“We look forward to hearing from you regarding our submission. 总之，英文回信左上角先顶格写称呼，称呼分场合决定是否直呼其名，比较正式的是称呼其职位。在正文最好首先回应来信的内容，再展开谈其他的问题。

方法/技巧
1、套话
在回复审稿人意见的时候，除了写明修改内容外，还有一些话是必须要写的。这个其实也可以归纳为礼貌用语，大家一般也都会注意到。但是，有些时候还是容易“放飞自我”。实验室的一位师兄，花了很长的时间搞出来一个很有idea的文章。
在回复审稿意见的时候，前面还是客客气气的回复，一读到关于自己核心idea的时候，立马心态就炸了，言辞什么的就有点过激了，最后当然直接被拒了。其实能作为审稿人，一般都是这个领域的专家或者有一定贡献的人，既然能指出你的问题，就说明还是存在不合理的地方，那就认认真真去修改就好了，千万不要太持才傲物。
比如在回复的时候，前面加上类似“谢谢您的建议，您的所有建议都非常的重要，它们对我今后的科研工作都具有重要的指导意义”；结尾也可以写上“再次谢谢您的建议，希望能够从您那里学到更多的知识。”像这种类似的套话一定要有，时刻保持谦逊。
2、审稿人意见暂时无法实现
第一种是需要你增加实验或改进实验的时候。.原则上尽量满足，实在是不行的，可适当用能说明原理的替代实验满足。当然如果为了论文尽快发表，需要拒绝这样的要求，也不要列出一堆理由来证明这个意见是不好实现的，这样只会让审稿人认为你在逃避。
还有一种就是评价创新性不足。这种几乎是没法改的。原则是需要准确地概括出本文的核心创新点。当然，首先还是要肯定审稿人说的对，他提出的方法或者已经存在的方法也很好，但本文的核心创新点在于balabala，和已经存在的方法不一样。适当的情况下可以比较下优缺点，加一些这方面的总结（觉得自己归纳的不好就别加了，以防能巧成拙）。
注意！对于这类关于创新不足的意见，一定要好好回复。一旦不被认可的话就会评判为文章没创新点，一个没有创新的文章，很难被录用。
3、审稿人意见有问题
坦白说，概率真的很小，但也不是没有。如果真的遇到了，那也不要太过于激动。大家都是有棱有角的年轻人，血气方刚，自己辛辛苦苦做出来的结果被人否定了当然不爽，尤其是对方还是错误的情况下，发几句牢骚就算了，千万别带到邮件里。子还曾经曰过：人非圣贤孰能无过。要注意言辞，一定不能在文中带有“审稿人的意见是错的”这样的句子。
不要对他的意见发表任何的评论，就在那条审稿意见下，列出你的理由和证据就可以了，也不用刻意强调你的观点是正确的。
4、注意回复时间
把握好回复的时间尺度，原则上是不能让编辑觉得你过于草率，不够重视（更不能超过deadline）。要根据具体的修改意见，掌握好修改时间。即使是minor revision，意见比较少的，只需要花一天甚至几小时搞定的，也不要立刻投回去。
至少一周后再投出去，因为在这一周里你还要充足的时间去检查论文里的小毛病，更重要的是，编辑不会觉得你是在敷衍他。如果是major revision，建议至少三周后再投，修改到尽量符合审稿意见上的要求。否则一旦让你重修，将会浪费更多的时间精力。
觉得自己英语不是很好的童鞋，也不要灰心，其实专业词汇就那些。在这里分享一个简单粗暴提升专业英语水平的方法，直接背。其实看似一篇十几页的论文，文字较多的部分也就开头和结尾多一些（理工科一般这样，其它的不清楚，应该差不多）。注意，背诵的对象一定是大牛或高水平的英文文献。
另外，在我大天朝，有需求就会有市场。不过目前市场上提供论文润色服务的机构鱼龙混杂，挑选的时候一定要独具慧眼。千万别找非专业人员润色，很可能失之毫厘谬以千里，学术论文还是很严谨的。
编辑要求在COVER LETTER逐点解释修改的内容，对所有同行评议的内容都应逐点解释。逐点的意思是要回答审稿人的每个问题。而不是详细列举在文章中如何具体修改的（用红色标出来就可以了或是word的跟踪修订功能） SCI文章修回的COVER LETTER模板如下： Dear you very much for your letter and advice.
