Firstly, I am fond of literature works , especially gothic literature works. Secondly, I am quite familiar with this short story as this is one of the texts in our intensive teaching course and I have taught this text for more than 3 times . Last but not the least ,as a female , I am keen on the study of feminism. Today, the title of my paper is On the Network Novels. In recent years, the network literature is developing rapidly. Network novel is one of the fast of them. In the middle schools, high schools and even universities, there is no lack of network novels' addicts. For the above facts,I select the subject of “on the network novels” as the title of my paper. In the main part of this paper, I divide it into four parts, as the concept of network novels, the classification of their authors, the development of network novels and the prospects of that.

The first part, the definition. Its concept can be divided into the generalized and the narrow. And it can also be divided into boys’ and girls’ in another way.

The second part, the classification of their authors. Generally speaking, there are four kinds of authors. Sinceeverything concerns with the functioning of power, be it tragedy or comedy, Anna's destiny cannot be an exception, instead of restraining from the one-way suppress from men,Foucault's power theory enables us to put the heroine into a larger, more diverse cultural or social background where individual's identity could be perceived with much more plurality or heterogeneity. Ultimately, given Anna's gender attributes, the application of Foucault's power theory to the analysis of heroine can shed light on how women could wittedly deal with their counterpart, strike a balance between freedom and restriction, and thus heading feminism into a more reasonable and rational direction.

The topic of my thesis is 《Angela carter to mythology research - the female archetype in “new eve passion”, for example》. I choose this as my topic due to the following reasons.

Angela Carter (1940-1992) is an outstanding feminist writer whose influence on Britishwomen's writing was “pivotal in this opening and transformation” [“23]. The year 2014 represents the 22”^ anniversary of Angela Carter's death. In those twenty-two years, her works have been widely taught internationally and brought about much critical debate. In a survey conducted by Cristina Bacchilega and Danielle M. Roemer [2],Carter is one of the most commonly taught women writers on North American programs. She has endowed us with an amazingly large number of legacies in her comparatively limited life, setting foot in various fields such as novels,short stories,children stories, dramas, non-fictions and so on. The acute observations with great insights,as well as the devastating wit and poignant mockery in Carter's works have made her stand out as an iconic figure in English literature. Many scholars and critics have devoted themselves to the research on Angela Carter from many perspectives,including gothic, magic realism, feminism,post-modernism and so on. 昨天刚完成硕士论文的中期答辩，总体顺利。在PPT设计方面有一定的进步，演讲表达方面颇有不足，本文做一总结。

这里谈谈做好答辩PPT的总体思路。

不同场合的PPT展示有不同的目的，对于硕士论文的中期答辩，目的是课题组的老师们检核研究生的论文工作进度，重点关注论文能否完成、是否完成重要的研究工作。因此，展示的目的是 汇报已经完成的科研工作 。

为了达成这一目的，首先要做必要的铺垫工作：说明研究课题研究目标。阐明了研究的目标，那么自然引出了研究的方案和内容，内容就是要做的工作，已经完成的工作量应当与预期的计划相对照。

做了以上的铺垫，接下来就是展示的重点-- 已完成的研究工作 ，基本的展示格式即为“做了什么工作，得到了什么结果”。由于答辩评委对研究生的课题了解有限，不一定把握多项工作的实质成果，因此有必要对成果做小结。在阶段成果和尚未解决的问题上，应当说明后续还要做什么。如此，即可完整地展示自己的中期成果。

梳理展示的要点：

中期答辩，除了做PPT，还需要提交中期报告。大多数人的做法是，先写报告，再从报告中摘出内容，做成PPT。这种做法的问题在于：

笔者在开题答辩和中期答辩中，均采用了逆向思维: 先做PPT，后写报告 。准备中期答辩时，PPT设计用了12个小时，19页的报告文档仅用时2个小时。

2个小时怎么能完成19页的报告呢？说白了，报告不重要，糊弄糊弄就行了。把报告作为PPT说明书：从PPT中摘录内容，再加以说明，整理成文档的形式就行。

以上为总体的观念，下面介绍具体的PPT设计方法。

在工作和科研中，PPT的制作是常态化的工作。经常要做的事情，就要有自己的套路和模板，这样才能又快又好。我见过的PPT高手，往往在早期打磨形成适合自己风格的PPT模板，后续的PPT设计都用统一的风格，这样PPT的制作效率极高，效果也很好。

笔者在去年多次设计PPT之后，也形成了自己的基本模板，主要包括3部分：

在这样的基本模板基础上，通过适当的内容布局，就可以实现各类信息的清晰表达。

在内容的展示方面，个人的一向观点是：

在PPT的展示中，图像化的表达才是最有说服力的。本人在中期答辩PPT中用到的可视化方法主要有：

为了表达一个试件的尺寸规格，采用BIM技术绘制模型图：

用文字和语言说明复杂的研究方案，是一件困难的工作。如果采用流程框图的方式就会清晰很多：

这样的流程图直接在PPT中用表格工具和基本图形组合而成。

理工科研究的成果通过数据表达，数据通过各类的图像可视化，以表达变化的趋势和数量关系。

这里展示的都是基本的数据图像，绘图的工具主要有;

正式的演讲中，要注意图像中文字的字号设置，考虑观者能否看清楚。 本次答辩中，图例标注不够清楚。

非数据化的过程和关系表达，往往采用PPT中的自带绘图模块，拼装组合构成。

要表达一个过程的发展采用 时间线 （Timeline）的方式。如笔者研究的钢筋混凝土腐蚀过程展示：

这样的展示方式一目了然，不必再说。上图通过 Visio 软件绘制。

在此基础上再添加上相关的试验照片，效果更清楚。

如果纯文字的内容如何展示呢？只要这些文字具有逻辑性层次关系，那么思维导图是非常方便的表达方式：

如果一页PPT中不可避免需要展示多层信息，那么可以采用 分页过程展示 。

英语论文答辩工作总结

经济学系2006届毕业论文工作总结 参加2006届经济学专业毕业论文答辩的学生有37人，我系2006届毕业论文的组织工作在2005年9月就已开始，发给学生的毕业论文参考题目及相关参考书目给学生。本次毕业论文题目数量与毕业生数量比为1：1.5，共下发了77个论文选题，要求学生每人一题，不得重复。在学生教师双向选择的基础上，根据学生论文题目的内容，我系安排了毕业论文指导教师。 本次毕业论文指导及答辩工作我系本着“早准备、多修改、高质量”的原则进行。为了保证本科毕业论文的质量，规范毕业论文的写作格式，我系作了统一规定，要求经济学专业2006届毕业生在指导教师的指导下，按规定时间先后完成资料收集、开题、大纲、论文初稿、初稿修改和最后定稿，并要求毕业论文应包含如下要素：问题提出、内容提要、关键词、参考文献等，定稿后按科研论文的规范格式打印成册，与论文内容摘要（300字左右）一并上交。通过广大师生的努力，本届毕业生的毕业论文格式规范、内容充实、质量较高，部分论文较具有现实意义。 现就经济学专业2006届学生毕业论文指导、答辩及评分工作总结如下： 一、认真指导学生选题和论文写作 在选题阶段，本着抓早、抓紧、抓细、抓好的原则，我院在2004年9月就向学生布置了这项工作，并组织全系教师，根据专业学习情况，地区特色及现实情况进行命题作为毕业论文的参考题目，由系学术指导委员会审定，让学生根据自己的情况进行选择，最后确定指导教师。到第七学期末，大多数学生已选定题目，并在教师指导下草拟了资料搜集大纲和论文的详细提纲。当然，也有个别学生由于最初所选题目超出了他们的研究能力，在第八学期毕业实习中才改题目，同时更换了指导教师，在一定程度上影响了论文的进度和质量。 在学生选定题目从事写作过程中，教师也加强了对学生搜集资料和论文写作的指导。不少教师对学生的指导，既耐心又细致，不仅向学生进行学术指导，甚至将自己的资料交给学生使用。每位指导教师至少指导三遍并按要求做记录。学生也很重视资料搜集，学生的资料来源多种多样，有毕业实习时搜集的，有写作过程中到业务部门搞调查得来的，也有平时的积累等。我系参加指导的教师有16人，均由具有丰富经验的教师担任指导，其中有高级职称的教师12人，中级职称的教师4人，保证了学生毕业论文的质量。在论文指导过程中，我系教学指导委员会还对4位中级职称的教师进行了检查，严格要求论文指导的质量，并要求指导教师按系里的规定按时完成论文指导工作。 二、组织好论文答辩和成绩评定 论文答辩是论文写作的继续和深入，也是毕业论文这一重要教学环节的组成部分。我系2006届学生毕业论文答辩安排在今年6月10日，在规定的时间内，顺利完成了答辩工作。 本次毕业论文答辩共分了4个答辩小组，每个答辩小组平均有7名教师，学生9—10人，为了做好这项工作，我系特意聘请科研处处长高本权老师、潘建伟老师参加本次毕业论文的答辩工作，以提高本次答辩的水平。 1、事前由指导教师详细审阅学生交来的论文，并写出论文评语，交给所在的答辩小组，然后答辩小组的相关评议教师仔细评议论文，提出答辩时需要提出的问题，一般提出2-3个问题； 2、答辩开始，先由学生概述其论文的主要内容，然后将提出的问题交学生准备10分钟，待下一名学生答辩完之后，再回来回答教师提出的问题，并由教师把答辩过程详细记录下来存档； 3、答辩完后，学生退场，答辩小组进行论文成绩初评，然后各答辩小组组长再在一起开会最后确定论文成绩。这就保证了这次答辩工作和评语、成绩评定等方面的基本标准在各答辩小组评定的一致，正确评定论文成绩至关重要，不仅能正确评价学生的论文质量，也能如实反映毕业生的水平。 三、毕业论文成绩分布分 数 60分以下 60—70分之间 70—80分之间 80—90分之间 90分以上 篇 数 0 4 18 11 4 比 例 0.0% 10.8% 48.6% 29.7% 10.8%从上表可以看出，本届论文成绩主要集中在70—80分和80—90分这个区间，占了总数的78.4%。其次是60—69分之间和90分以上的，都占10.8%，呈正态分部。从表中反映出本次优秀毕业论文数量虽然较少，但是保证了优秀毕业论文的质量。得分在90分以上的的论文，立意清楚，资料详实，能够灵活运用经济学理论分析现实中的问题；答辩过程中，思路清晰、表达流畅，能较好地回答提出的问题。得分在80—90之间的论文，观点正确，论据较充分，理论和实践结合较好，能正确运用经济学理论；答辩时，能正确回答问题。得分在70—80之间的论文，结构合理，逻辑清楚，方法应用基本正确，但是对某些问题考虑不够全面，研究不够深入；答辩时，能够基本正确地回答所提问题。 四、本次毕业论文工作的不足之处 出于就业的压力，本学期有些毕业生及早签定了就业协议，因此在实习时就到单位工作，工作任务繁多，使得这些学生未能投入全部精力进行毕业论文的写作，此外，在工作单位也不便于找查写作论文的资料，所以本次毕业论文的总体质量与预期的目标还有一些差距。 今后认真总结这次工作中的经验，搞好以后的毕业论文工作。

02年秋天，我父亲身患绝症，家里顿时高度紧张起来，精神压力、痛苦非常之大。但我一节课也没有耽误，只要铃声一响，我就把一切个人的困难、磨难抛在了脑后。学期末，当我把这个消息告诉学生的时候，他们不相信，他们被感动了：有的学生来安慰我，有的告诉我他们所知道的抗癌网站，有的给我送来剪报，告诉我有关的医疗信息……我也被感动了—我没有做错，我还要坚持。

03年5月，“非典”肆虐之际，父亲安静地离开了这个世界。为了他人的健康，我没有把这个消息告诉学院。送走父亲后的转天，就又站到三尺讲台上工作了。看到我臂上戴的黑纱，同事们才明白发生了什么。

在讲授专业课的过程中，我总是把握各种时机，教育学生奋发向上，拼搏进取。四年级的一个课文讲的是美国的民权运动，我就帮助学生分析为什么黑人受歧视、受欺侮。告诉他们中国人在国外的经历，让他们明白只有国家强盛，国民才有真正的国际地位可言。要想国家强盛，每个公民都要为之付出。作为学生就要学好本领，提高素质，为将来做好准备。一年级阅读课的一篇课文讲物质能量衰退的规律，我启发学生联想生活中的例子，并及时把课文的主体与外语学习规律结合起来，让学生懂得学好外语要有坚持不懈的精神，并用我自身的经历帮助学生明白只要刻苦努力，就能把外语学好的道理。

功夫不负有心人。我所教的学生中，每年有多人考取硕士研究生，我教的四年级班级在八级考试中平均通过率每年都高于年级平均及格率。在学校组织的对35岁以上教师教学效果的评估中，我的成绩在英语学院名列第一。2016年我被评定为天津外国语学院英语教育方向硕士研究生导师。

三、科研业绩

在做好教书育人工作的同时，我抓紧一切可能的时间，刻苦钻研业务，多出科研成果。几年来，我参与并完成省部级科研立项“全球化的后现代主义思考”；参与并完成天津市教委科研立项“21世纪新知识丛书”，担任发表论文“多种智力理论与多媒体外语教学”。

四、勤政公仆

我从04年1月中旬开始担任英语学院的科研副院长职务。第一次担任中层领导工作，心里充满了惶恐，这种惶恐又转化为我工作的动力。我边干边学，及时向周围的领导和同事们请教，在很短的时间内，完成了从普通教师到中层干部的角色转换。我分管毕业论文的工作，为提高规范和整体写作水平，在有限的时间内，出台了《英语学院本科毕业论文指导规定》，《英语学院本科毕业论文撰写要求》，《英语学院本科毕业论文评审规定》，《英语学院本科毕业论文答辩要求及评分标准》，《英语学院本科毕业论文旁听规定》，《英语学院本科毕业论文大纲》，《英语学院本科毕业论文剽窃问题规定》，《英语学院本科毕业论文管理办法及实施细则》等，这些规定都是以前所没有的，在建章立制工作上填补了学院这方面的空白。

值得一提的是，2016届毕业论文答辩工作的总体组织、现场布置、答辩的具体操作等方面都取得了很好效果。首次允许其他年级同学旁听答辩，获得了巨大成功，受到天津市教委专家和学校领导的充分肯定。

为严格管理，规范操作，我把643份论文指导教师的评语逐一重新检查，发现问题及时与指导教师沟通，帮助他们认真修改。这项工作占用了大量时间和精力，但是得到了老师们的支持和赞扬，取得了预想的效果。

行政工作压力大，强度高，琐碎繁杂，但是为了整个学院的利益，为了广大教师和学生的利益，我甘愿作出我个人的牺牲与奉献。

辞旧迎新之际，首先祝各位领导和全体同事们新年快乐！忙忙碌碌的一年即将结束，但我在中国万向新疆项目的工作才刚刚开始，于20XX年11月24日由神华集团调入中国万向从事露天煤矿筹建工作，我便正式成为一名万向人，这是一个积极向上、勇于进取的团队。一个多月来在领导和同事们的关心、支持和帮助下，使我对中国万向的基本情况有了一定了解，使我在思想、学习和工作等方面取得了一定的进步。现对20XX年工作总结如下：

一、工作态度，思想工作。

我热衷于本职工作，严以律己，遵守公司各项规章制度，严格要求自己，摆正工作位置，时刻保持“谦虚，谨慎，律己”的工作态度，在领导的关心培养和同事们的帮助下，始终勤奋学习，积极进取，努力提高自我，始终勤奋工作，认真完成任务，履行好岗位的职责。坚持理想，坚定信念，中国万向的煤炭事业一定会做大做强。

二、露天煤矿筹建相关工作。

(一)为实现中国万向在能源领域的煤炭发展战略，20XX年11月25日至28日，在新疆万向化肥能源有限公司露天煤矿筹建处主任李英俊带领下到内蒙古锡林郭勒盟、辽宁省阜新市，对辽宁春成工贸集团吉林郭勒二号露天矿的基本情况进行调研，并形成调研报告。

（二）12月6日，完成与青海豪盛和评估公司《矿业权评估业务约定书》、《资产评估业务约定书》、《审计业务约定书工作》的签订工作，12月8日评估公司在鄯善县金水沙西煤矿的评估工作全面开展。

（三）为进一步规范露天煤矿工程建设管理，加强建设项目建设成本控制，提高投资效益，根据《中华人民共和国建筑法》、《中华人民共和国招标投标法》、《中华人民共和国合同法》、《建筑工程质量管理条例》等法律、法规，并结合露天煤矿工程管理实际，于12月27日完成《露天煤矿工程建设管理实施细则》的初稿。

三、其他相关工作。

（一）在岳总、李总带领下，与自治区发改委能源处处长魏忠勇就热电联产项目初可上报、立项申报、总体规划审查以及可研工作等有关事项进行充分沟通；与新疆电力公司党组成员、副总经理施学谦就热电联产工程接入系统技术性问题进行充分沟通。

（二）完成了领导临时安排的工作。

四、存在不足和20XX年工作目标。

回顾一个多月来的工作，我在思想上、学习上和工作上取得了新的进步，但我也认识到自己的不足之处，对环境下遇到的新情况新问题研究不够、创新意识还亟待加强。针对存在问题，在今后的工作中，我将立足本职工作，从自身查找原因，切实采取有效措施加以整改。通过这一个多月来的工作，使我更坚信了自己的信念，选择中国万向是正确的！心若在，梦就在…我期待着在中国万向的舞台上演绎出自己完美的人生，走好每一步，干好每一天，与中国万向一起发展，与全体中国万向人一起用自己的青春和热血构筑中国万向璀璨的明天！

在本年度的物理实验室管理工作中，全面贯彻国家教育方针，落实高中物理课程计划，提高学生的实验能力，加强学生科学方法和科学思维的训练，培养学生的观察能力、实验能力、科学思维能力、分析解决问题的能力，培养学习兴趣。努力完善实验室各项管理工作，协助各年级教师开展物理实验教学教研工作，促进物理实验教学质量的提高。一年来，做到了有组织，有纪律，高效地完成各项实验，取得了良好的效果，赢得了学生、老师及领导的一致好评。现把本年度的物理实验室具体工作总结如下：

一、制订工作计划

开学初，根据物理教学大纲、物理教材及各年级学科进度，制订实验室切实可行的工作计划，明确职责和具体工作任务，熟悉进度，以提高工作效率。明确实验的目的和达到的要求，并落实实验的时间和具体内容，做到心中有数。

二、强化安全意识，确保实验室安全。

明确实验室职责，定期检查电器开关、电源插座及其他设备。强化安全意识,实验教师配合、学生配合，确保实验室全年不出现各种安全事故。

三、严格遵守验室各项规章制度,落实实验仪器的保管、安全、维护及登记制度。

1、落实实验室各项规章制度，加强实验仪器的保管、维护、借出、收回、使用等方面的规范化管理，做到出入有据。

2、做好仪器的清理、放置和造册登记，做到整洁、规范，项目清楚。在实验前后对仪器性能进行认真检查，做完实验后及时收回、上架归位。加强对仪器设备的管理、维护、修理，做好仪器的存放和整理，所有实验仪器分类存放，专柜定位。

3、熟悉仪器的基本性能和使用方法，做好仪器的保养和维护，按照要求进行安全放置，并做好防尘、防火等防患措施。

4、做好易耗品和仪器破损登记。对易耗品及时补充，对仪器破损及时登记、维修。

5、添置新仪器设备时及时造册登记，及时安装调试交付使用。

四、认真作好实验室日常工作

1、加强对仪器设备的管理、维护、修理，做好仪器的存放。做好日常卫生工作，做到每天一小扫，一周一大扫。做好对低值易耗品的管理。健全报损制度、仪器的领用、登记制度。结合学校的综合实践活动，定期开放实验室，让学生进行实验操作，并加以指导。

2、做好实验室台帐资料的建立管理工作

收缴并整理、归类《实验通知单》、《实验记录单》、《实验仪器使用登记表》等各项资料，准备好各项待查材料，填写好各项报表，做到有据可查，条理清楚，并接受有关主管部门检查。虚心接受意见和建议，总结经验，改进实验室管理工作。为学校检查工作做好准备。

五、为演示实验及学生分组实验教学服务。

1、配合科任教师准备好各个演示实验及学生分组实验，为实验教学提供方便。协助教师进行仪器调配、改进、布置，以适合实验需要，提高课堂实验教学质量。

2.认真完成了大纲及教科书所要求的各个年级实验课教学内容：高一年级：准备演示实验28个，共计演示616个班次；学生分组实验7个，共计154个课时。

高二年级：准备演示实验45个，共计演示990班次；准备分组实验11个，共计242个课时，文科班3个，共计12个课时。

高三级做分组实验2个，共计32个课时；演示实验13个，共计208班次；放学生实验录像共计96课时。

物理实验的开出率达100%。

3、坚持出勤值班，维护教学秩序，为教师、学生及学校有关方面使用实验仪器及实验室提供方便。实验室工作人员积极配合上课教师，精心准备实验，保证实验教学任务顺利完成，做到实验现象明显、准确、可见度高，教学效果良好。

六、以实验教学为基础，充分发挥仪器的作用

在物理教学中，让实验室所有的器材充分发挥它的作用，重视每一个演示实验，重视每一个学生实验，及时整理，按时到位，坏的自己修理，确保每一个实验都能够及时、准确地投放，做到不坏、不缺、高效。一学期来学生在物理学习上提高了学习效率，培养了学习兴趣，提高了动手能力，树立了科学思想。

七、寻找差距，不懈努力。

1、协同有关实验装备、仪器站等职能部门，加强实验室的硬件建设，力争使实验室的现有装备水平适应学校现代化教育教学规模及发展的要求。

2、不断加强学习，提高自身业务素质，改善实验室的管理工作，向管理要质量、求效益，更好地为学校教育教学服务，为师生服务。

光阴似箭，20XX年即将过去，转眼在恒兴钢业公司迎来了第二个春天，我作为恒兴钢业的一名员工，在公司领导的带领下，围绕着健全管理制度，较好地完成了公司所交付的各项工作任务，个人的工作技能也有了明显的提高。

一、20XX年主要工作内容如下：

1、保证完成了公司交付的各项工作任务

我在恒兴钢业公司成品库工作，是一名成品库发货员，主要负责倒货发货。这一年来在公司领导的带领下我和同事的配合下顺利的完成了公司交给的所有任务，将公司这一年生产的成品及时的倒出生产线，进入仓库发给各个客户。保证了公司的三条生产线的临时储存库没有成品积压，公司的三条生产线没有因为成品堆积而停车。也同时保证了各个客户能够及时提到货。

2、服务好每一位客户

由于成品库是公司的门面，门面的好坏将直接影响着公司的形象。所以我们成品库必须有个良好的形象。面对每一位提货的客户，我们的形象只能建立于更好的服务。在这一年里我深刻的认识到了这一点，所以在工作当中我认真的面对每一位客户，精心的沟通，合理的服务，在公司财产不被侵害的前提下为各个客户提供最大的方便。做到了让客户高兴而来，满意而归。为公司创立良好的形象。

3、认真学习公司安全知识，做到安全第一。

公司每周二都会开安全会议，我作到了按时参加，认真学习。对安全知识案例认真总结，吸取教训。在工作当中高度重视，安全第一，做到自我不受伤害，不伤害别人。

二、存在不足

一年来的工作虽然取得了一定的成绩，但也存在一些不足，主要是沟通能力上还略有欠缺，和有经验的同事比较还有一定差距，需要学习。二要在不断的学习过程中改变工作方法，不断创新完善。在今后工作中，我一定认真总结经验，克服不足，努力把工作做得更好。

三、明年工作计划

1、认真学习，努力提高自身素质及工作能力，更好完成公司交给的每一项任务。

一、提高教学质量，重点抓好四个环节。

1、认真钻研教材，对教材的基本 思想、基本概念，每句话、每个字都弄清楚，了解教材的结构，重点与难点，掌握知识的逻辑，能运用自如，知道应补充哪些资料，怎样才能教好。

2、了解学生原有的知识技能的质量，他们的兴趣、需要、方法、习惯，学习新知识可能会有哪些困难，采取相应的预防措施。

3、考虑教法，解决如何把已掌握的教材传授给学生，包括如何组织教材、如何安排每节课的活动。

4、组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，注意信息反馈，调动学生的有意注意，使其保持相对稳定性，同时，激发学生的情感，使他们产生愉悦的心境，创造良好的课堂气氛，课堂语言简洁明了，克服了以前重复的毛病，课堂提问面向全体学生，注意引发学生的兴趣，课堂上讲练结合。

二、提高学生素质，力抓课后辅导工作。

现在的小学生还是爱动、好玩，缺乏自控能力，常在学习上不能按时完成作业，有的学生抄袭作业，针对这种问题，我在抓好学生的 思想教育上狠下功夫，并使这一工作贯彻到对学生的学习指导中去。首先是做好对学生学习的辅导和帮助工作，尤其在后进生的转化上，对后进生努力做到从友善开始，从赞美着手，故此，还进一步抓住学生的心理状态，有针对性地对学生进行教学，激发学生的积极性及学习兴趣。

在教学过程中，充分利用已有的知识基础，引导学生思考课文中提出的问题和现象，并自行设计或补充一些学生较熟悉和感兴趣的问题和事象。

三、提高工作效率，用先进的教学方法出成绩。

在自己 总结教育工作的同时，积极参与听课、评课，虚心向同行学习教学方法，博采众长，提高教学水平。

首先，引导学生正确认识掌握语文基础知识与学好其它学科的关系，从而改进了教学方法，收到了较好的效果。

其次，在教学过程中，指导学生阅读课文，并经常督促检查，养成学生很好的学习习惯。

再次，认真组织开展复习、测验、考试组织课外活动等。我还争取多听课，从中学习别人的长处，领悟其中的教学艺术。每上一节课，我都做好充分的准备，我的信念是决不打无准备的仗。在备课过程中认真分析教材，根据教材的特点及学生的实际情况设计 教案。培优辅差是今年教学工作的重头戏，因为一个班级里面总存在尖子生和后进生。对于后进生，我总是给予特殊的照顾，首先是课堂上多提问，多巡视，多辅导。然后是在课堂上对他们的点滴进步给予大力的表扬，课后多找他们谈心、交朋友，树立起他们的信心和激发他们学习的兴趣。通过尖子生来带动、促进后进生的提高。经过自己的不懈努力，学生得到了全面的发展。

在班主任工作方面，我非常重视学生的 思想教育工作。通过班会、晨会、 思想品德课及结合各科教材对学生进行爱祖国、爱人民、爱集体、爱老动、爱学习等的 思想教育。使学生能养成良好的班风、学风。班干部是老师的左右手，所以我把培养得力的班干部作为班主任工作的一项重要内容。我还常给班干部定时开会，了解他们工作的情况，鼓励他们大胆开展工作。使班干部能在同学中树立起威信，成为同学学习的榜样。

尽管在这学期的教学工作中取得了一定的成绩，但是与现代教学质量的要求还有不小的距离，自身尚存在一定的不足，尚需在今后的教学工作中不断改进和完善。

时光如流星般飞逝。我已经在公司工作四个月了。我记得我是在炎热的夏天七月底进公司的。当时对工作流程不熟悉，业务差，环境不熟悉。但是，经过几个月的训练，在领导和同事的细心指导和帮助下，我取得了很大的进步。

虽然这份工作不是技术性的，但需要勤奋和细心。每天都有很多新问题，需要不断研究，在第一时间解决。所以要虚心向有经验的同事学习，总结经验，不断提高业务水平和专业技能。要借助相关书籍不断“充电”自己，增加库管员管理知识，并在日常生活中认真执行，以备后用。现将我入职以来的工作总结如下：

一、主要工作总结。

1、明确目标，明确思路，做好工作。

作为仓库保管员的工作可以总结为三个字：收货、管理、发货。这三个字看似简单，但应该是真实的，完整的，完美的。每个仓库管理员在工作中都需要保持清醒的头脑，认真仔细地核实每份文件上的信息，并根据文件进行准确的检查，以确保文件一一对应真实的对象。为此，杨主任每天对我们进行仓库技能培训，以提高我们的仓库管理技能。为了能更快更好的做好这方面的工作，我们每次都是亲自以身作则，现场指导，让我们随时整理清点所有实物，所有的材料都分区域摆放，按要求分类，特别关注发货过程中的相关问题，让我们快速准确的找到实物，提高我的工作效率。确保所有材料都有账目可查，有证据可循。我们被要求随时检查安全库存。为了随时了解货物，我们应该随时回答任何钢模的数量和数量，并指定存放在哪里。随时做好盘点工作，数据准确记在心里，方便工作。

2、遵循原则，坚持先装后卸、先进先出的原则。

这两个原则始终贯彻在我们的日常工作流程中，也是我们每个人必须遵循的原则。当然，为了工作需要，我们也可以在这个历史时刻灵活应变。对于有货场的货物，我们总是先完成先进的货物，然后根据新旧程度依次交付新的货物。

3、履行职责，坚持高标准，提高服务质量。

装卸货物时，我们必须检查各钢厂的文件，核实文件上的每一项都与发送的实物相对应，并且公司的公章和经理的签字齐全，然后才能进行下一步工作。在装卸货物之前，一定要指定货物的位置、型号和数量。为了在调度起重机时有一个明确的目标，装卸时货物会井然有序，要明确告知客户装卸货物的具体情况，以便客户能够很好地了解。装卸后，检查文件上的装卸程序是否完整。如果所有的盖章和签字程序都完成了，就可以交给客户安全离开。让客户开心满意。

二、经验教训。

1、总结每天的工作。

这个很重要。记得刚来的时候，每天对工作很迷茫很迷茫，所以主管推荐我每天写日记，总结每天的工作流程和不足。这个方法真的帮了我很大的忙，也让我从以后的工作中受益匪浅。

在繁忙的工作中，不仅要有忘我精神，还要随时回去做总结。回顾所做的工作，认真检查每一个细节，总结分析工作经验，总结如何有效利用时间，提高效率，使工作程序化、系统化、组织化、流水化。从而取得进步，达到新的境界，进入新的境界，开启新的篇章。为了在以后的工作中帮助自己加快步伐。

2、学会多听，多问，多学，多思考，多交流，学会换位思考。

我们每个人都在一个大家庭里。如果我们想一直快乐地生活，就必须建立良好和谐的人际关系。这也是我们做好每一项工作的关键环节。当事情不公平时，我们可以换位思考，从而达到相互理解与和谐，最终达到心灵与利益的双赢。

3、加强安全意识，随时保持仓库清洁，为自己创造良好的工作环境。

在仓库管理中，一定要做好仓库内货物的保管和安全工作，详细记录货物的进出和库存情况，关注货物销售的大趋势。确保库存货物的安全储存。随时做好人身财产安全检查，保证在安全的环境中工作，工作中注意安全，没有安全保障。

4、工作中还存在很多缺陷，比如优柔寡断，不够果断，不够细心，不够警惕。

因为粗心，我犯了很多错误，比如开门不带钥匙，锁门不关窗。得不到的东西没有及时咨询领导，错误层出不穷。专业知识欠缺，综合潜力较弱。以后我会努力学习改正，努力创造一个完美的自己。

第三，明年的主要工作计划。

1、未来，我会继续贯彻公司的各项管理制度，继续脚踏实地，勤奋认真，努力完成各项任务。

自觉主动地做好每一项工作，正视自己的工作，勇于承担责任，提醒自己无论是忙还是闲都不要及时忘记自己工作的职责。平时团结同事，维护公司利益。每天，一个朝气蓬勃的精神面貌继续应付着工作。

2、继续学习，提升自己。

学习专业知识，不仅要请教有经验的同事，还要通过书本知识掌握更多的理论知识，并付诸实践。打破单一的学习方式，向多元化、综合性的高素质人才发展，以适应社会现代化的需要。

总之，回顾过去是为了更好的应对未来。在担任仓库保管员的这段时间里，没有领导的关心和指导，没有同事的大力支持和配合，我是无法得到持续改进的。我会不懈努力，让过去的不足变得更好，我会用行动证明。为了适应企业的发展，努力提高自己的专业技能和业务水平，认真学习公司的各项管理制度，用心做好领导布置的每一项工作，这就是在普通岗位上充分发挥自己的光和热！

毕业论文是本科生毕业前获得学位的最后一个环节。许多高校的毕业论文工作中或多或少存在一些问题，影响了本科毕业论文的质量。我给大家找来了高校毕业论文工作总结，希望能够帮助到大家。

本科研究生一路多年，也多是潜水，尚无在网上发长帖的经验。本人目前正处在博士论文收官阶段，掩卷回望，从选研究方向到开题到中期到现在，坎坷不平，有些经验与诸君分享。

先介绍下本人背景，因专业领域不同论文写作是有差别的（本人一哥们，刑法硕士毕业时，半月即完成毕业论文，让我自叹不如），免得误人子弟。本人自然地理学专业，论文是基于野外实验观测，然后进行室内实验，对数据结果进行分析完成。

下面写的基本是本人毕业论文的写作心得，至于需在刊物上发表的论文，路子基本也是一样的，只是在选择期刊时要慎重，专业领域，学术水准，都要考虑到。

关于综述，论坛里已经有很多帖子，写的挺好，希望正在准备选题开题的认真看看。很多人对综述不怎么感冒，本人在硕士论文时也是如此，东拼西凑些参考文献，罗列下而已。但综述在论文中是占很重要地位的，它体现了作者对研究领域的熟悉程度，也决定了论文可能达到的学术价值高度。在这里强调几个写综述时易犯的错误：

（1）引用文献不是原始文献，也就是说引用某观点时引用的文献不是最初提出这个观点的文献，而是后来应用这个观点，或提到这个观点的文献；

（2）简单罗列文献主要内容，没有分析对比归纳比较；

（3）综述文献与自己的研究内容脱节，没能把综述文献方法结论等与自己的研究结合起来，即没有说明自己的研究在目前研究现状中处于何种地位，如：是新理论的提出者，还是现有理论的应用者，还是原有理论的改进者？另外，综述一般有两部分，一是针对研究方法的综述，即方法的提出，应用及对比；还有是针对研究区的综述，在该研究区进行过哪些相应的研究，取得了什么样的成果。如何综合这两部分综述，就要看研究目的是什么了，是侧重方法的创新，还是研究区实际问题的解决。

关于实验设计（可能很多人论文中没有这个阶段）。如果把毕业论文比作一建筑工程，实验设计就是建筑蓝图。这阶段宁愿多花些功夫，多读些经典文献，多请教下老师师兄姐们，磨刀不误砍柴工。实验设计，简单说，就是为了实现自己的研究目的，设计需要采取的研究手段。实验设计的水平高低，与文献的阅读效果是密不可分的，只有把握了研究领域的研究现状和研究方法，才能设计出好的实验方案。关于论文选题，因为很多时候不是自己能做主的，就不多说了；如果能有选择的话，尽管选自己感兴趣的，没有兴趣，论文写的会比较痛苦。

关于野外及室内实验，如果有条件，尽量自己亲手做，虽然有时候很耗时，但只有自己做了，才会有切身感受，在分析数据时才会能知道可能的误差来源。即使很多资料可能是别人提供的，也尽量要去自己的研究区实地考查一番，即使只是坐着车跑一圈，也可能会避免在分析数据或建立模型时的一些低级错误。

关于数据分析，多数人基本就是数据的统计分析和模型模拟（纯理论科或文科的自然另外）。数据的统计分析和模型模拟方法繁多，不同的专业自然不同，这里也就不好细说。但结果基本是要用图来表示的，这里建议不要用EXCEL来完成论文的数据分析图件，在高水平的期刊文章中，很少有EXCEL图件的，一是不美观，另外图形表现形式也很单一。推荐用Origin或Sigmaplot。在处理数据时，推荐用EXCEL储存和初步处理数据，用SPSS进行数据分析，用Origin或Sigmaplot做图。在涉及的空间地理信息的图件时，一定要用GIS软件去做，不要用CAD或Photoshop。模型调参一般都是个头痛的事，千万不要弄出有违常理的参数或结论。

论文的定作，一是给出自己的研究方法和结论，另外要随时将自己的研究方法和结论与前人的研究进行对比。在对比中肯定自己的方法和结论，并找出差异，从而体现出创新。

一、选题要准确。

俗话说，良好的开头是成功的一半。论文写作也是一样，选一个恰当的题目是写好论文的关键之一。万事开头难，就是在选题的时候，要考虑好多的因素，既要符合理论的发展趋势，紧跟时代的步伐，有一定的新意，有一定的学术价值；又要符合自身的实际情况，自己有一定的专业知识的沉淀，或自己感兴趣。在选题时一定要进行深入的论证，选题要适中，既不要太难，自己没法写下去，又不能过于肤浅，研究价值不大。这就是要结合自身情况，量体裁衣，在导师的指导下，选一个符合自己实际的题目。题目一旦论证确定，就要树立目标和信心，坚定的写下去，在写作过程中遇到困难在所难免，我们只有进一步调查研究，寻求解决困难的办法，切忌朝三暮四，犹豫不定，切忌中途换题，临阵换将，就是在万不得已的情况下，不要中途换题，这样会分散自己的精力，一定要相信自己，选定的题目是有科学依据的，自己有能力有信心写下去，这一点，信心最重要，这是我们论文写作的动力和支撑。

二、研究思路要清晰。

题目选定了，我们就围绕论文进行深入的论述，思路最重要，思路决定出路。论文写作，总有一个思路，是按时间顺序，历史发展顺序，战斗行动顺序，还是逻辑顺序，这根据自己论文的实际情况而定，只有做到研究思路清晰，才能围绕主体开展论述，这也是从总体上对论文的一个把握，不会让论文写作偏离主题，做到形散神聚。根据研究的思路，我们可以列出论文的各级标题。

三、观点要鲜明。

论文写作过程中，要善于用简明扼要的话总结自己的观点，要敢于亮出自己的观点，就是在论文的三级标题之间对自己的观点要有所体现，切忌把观点隐藏在正文中间，要做到读者看了你的纲目，就知道你写了什么，表达了怎样的观点。切忌人云亦云，泛泛而谈，说了半天，不知道要表达什么意思，我们所有的工作都是为我们的中心论点和分论点服务的。

四、论据要充分。

论文论文，重在论证。这与我们编写教科书有很大区别，教课书的重点在于解决“是什么”，而论文的重点在于解决“为什么”。论文不需要像教课书一样面面俱到，可以不完整，但一定要亮出自己的观点，把道理讲明白，为什么是这样的观点，论据一定要充分，我们可以采取讲道理，摆事实，举例子进行论证，古今中外，历史的，现在的，未来的，都可以用来论证，论据充分了，我们的论文才显得丰满，论点才能站得住脚。

五、找准自己论文的创新点。

论文的创新点或进步点，就是你论文的闪光点，也是你论文中最核心的地方，硕士论文的创新点一般为3—5个即可，这必须站在一定的高度，进行深入的思考，要提出新的思路、新的方法、新的举措，创新点的优劣，从一定程度上也决定了你的学术研究水平和论文质量，也是你论文答辩时必须重点汇报的东西，这也是吸引专家教授眼球的东西。

六、合理借鉴和引用他人的成果。

他山之石，可以攻玉。我们就是在占有资料和文献的同时，要借鉴他人的强处，进一步进行研究。牛顿说过，我之所以看的更远，是因为站在巨人的肩上。我们在论证的时候，一般可以采用归纳、总结和演绎的方法，当看到几个相似的观点时，我们可以进行归纳和总结，找出它们的共性，得出它们的规律，那就是自己的观点。从他人研究的一个内容，我们可以进行联想和演绎，是不是对我研究的东西也可以引申，可以借鉴。在引用他人的研究成果时，一般要遵循一个原则，引用了人家的论点，就不能引证人家的论据，引用了论据，就不能引用论点，这样可以避免不必要的麻烦。

七、详略要恰当。

山不在高，有仙则灵，水不在深，有龙则灵，文章篇幅不在长短，有新意就行。在论文写作中，千万莫以字数论英雄，字数只是个门面，关键是内容，在论文创新的地方，应该重点论述，论文中其它部分要恰如其分，详略恰当，有张有弛，重点内容，浓墨重彩，相关内容，蜻蜓点水，切忌一碗水端平，我们要学会弹钢琴。真正一篇好的`论文，就像你见到的一个美女一样，添之一分太肥，减之一分太瘦，恰到好处。而不是在凑字数，可要可不要的东西，坚决删除，别留着占版面，浪费读者的时间。

八、定性与定量分析结合。

大多数军事学学论文，基本上具有理工科论文的特征。有了定性的研究往往是不够的，就是讲的天花乱缀，它的说服力是不够的，我们要借用数学的、计算机的相关知识，对其进行定量的分析，计算和模拟出结果，这也是自然科学研究的精神，用事实说话，切忌伪造数据，篡改数据，这是学术道德不允许的。

九、巧妙运用图表。

图标的功能就是简明扼要，能形象的反应出研究的问题，让人看了一目了然，赏心悦目。把我们的论文比作一部电影的话，那么图标就是电影的插曲，是相当重要的，没有图标的论文，通篇纯文字的论文，让人看了就是有点不过瘾，就像只有一种纯颜色，没有色彩，就像看黑白电视一样，显得有点沧桑，论文中的图表的作用相当重要。

十、文中脚注和参考文献要全面。

在论文写作中，不可能不引用别人的观点，不过论文写作中标注出来了，这是研究的需要，不能算抄。但一定要有下注，要标明文献的出处，具体到页码，不然很容易有抄袭的嫌疑。一般在引用中，不能出现大段的引用，最好是转化为自己的语言，把意思表达出来。文章千古事，得失寸心知。论文撰写没有捷径可走，只有一步一个脚印，认认真真的去完成，在论文的字里行间凝结着导师和作者的心血，一份耕耘一份收获，预祝在一起并肩战斗的兄弟姐妹顺利通过！

说那么快，悄无声息的，这个学期的一半过去了，论文写作课也即将结束了。

在写学习心得之前，跟同学们聊起论文写作，不知道怎么说起的，我们说起了高考作文。高考作文的那些三段论套路，文章要什么“凤头、猪肚、豹尾”，怎么当初的八百字要那么痛苦地挤出来？上到大学，随便来篇文章，自由发挥，轻而易举。

我想在生活上，懂得怎么写文章的人也应该是一个很懂的生活的人，而且他们的生活一定很多姿多彩，他们的人生阅历一定很丰富。在学术上，懂得怎么写好论文的人，必定是一个学识很渊博，思想很深刻，善于思考的人。

说说论文写作课所获吧。

记得季老师刚上这门课的时候就说过我们的一些师兄师姐上完了这门课也不知道讲了什么学到了什么。我个人的实际情况不是这样的，论文课还是有一些收获的，自己以后在写毕业论文时候，起码知道要在内容与格式这两大方面抓好。写一篇好的毕业论文不容易啊，必须要认真对待，这也是我们积极学习的态度的表现。

季老师谈及论文写作，给我印象最深的就是他多次强调论文的格式。的确，先不说我们的内容是否新鲜，观点是否创新，建言献策是否有建树，但论文格式的要求是基本的要求，是每个同学都可以做好的。这些基本的格式我们要做好弄好，基本的东西没做好，留给指导老师给你做，这合适吗？季老师说他自己指导学生论文的时候，老对学生说的一句话就是“拿回去吧”。我想老师要同学们拿回去的不仅是修改格式的论文，更重要的是把对待毕业论文写作那种懒散不认真的态度拿回去吧。今天面对的是一篇本科论文，明天也许就因为这种不认真的态度而错失很多很好的工作机会。细节决定成败，虽然这是一句话很俗套而且老生常谈，但是十分有理。

老师说到现在的大学生论文没有多少是有水平的，想找几篇优秀的论文给大家学习学习都没有。这是一个不争的事实，现在大学生可是量多质差，真正好好学习自己本专业的同学很少。大家都忙于考取各种证书，考取英语四六级，忙于各种社会实践，对于自己的专业学习就只是浅尝辄止了。所以写出一篇高质量的毕业论文想必是一件很困难的事情，因为我们肚子里没有真材实料，脑子里没有创新的灵感。

课上老师给我们点评了一些师兄师姐的毕业论文，印象中听到老师批评的声音较多，没有哪些赞许的话。季老师是一个会说真话有要求的人，老师的评价是中肯的。学习这些论文，连我这个没什么水平的都看出一大堆问题。最为印象深刻的就是师兄师姐的论文几乎是一大片的文字，图表数据分析极少，似乎空口说白话。有图有表有真相，没证没据，太难令人信服，文章太苍白了。论文最后是文献，文献资料来源太少，缺少精确。有的甚至来源我们教材，这是不太可取的。论文的参考文献很重要，想写好一篇论文，必须要广泛地阅读大量的文献资料。

在展示一些论文也包括他自己的，老师强调得比较多的就是论文要勾勒架构、建立模型。老师的论文水平非常高，我们望尘莫及，能看懂就已经不错了。冰冻三尺，非一日之寒，老师在学术上面的造诣必定源自于长期不断的学习与积累。

季老师建议我们多去图书管的阅览室走走，多阅读网上一些名人博客，多去收集一些学习资源。在大学，有老师能够指引我们要懂得如何去学习，比在课堂上授予我们更多的专业知识更重要。记得上一年级的时候，李春英老师给我们上《计算机应用基础》这门课，李老师说了一句话，我现在还记着：“关于大学的学习，你收获的应该是学会学习！”学会学习，在大学，这是很弥足珍贵的。授之以鱼，仅供餐饱；授之以渔，则一生受用。我想学会学习也就是这么一个道理吧。

课上向老师提过这么一个问题：怎么样才能够让写出来的文章有深度有思想有意义而且深刻的？老师的回答很认真很全面，我是有收获的，但是老师很谦虚，最后还说：“不知道有没有很好地回答你的问题？”老师学识渊博，但他对学生不骄不纵，低调的为人与谦虚认真的态度让我打心底里尊敬他。想想我们身边有些人吧，学识甚少眼光短浅，还骄傲自大，把自己摆在高高在上的位置。说实在的，万千世界，每个人都是那么的渺小，没什么好骄傲的。每个人都觉得自己不一样，其实大家都一样的，把自己高高的姿态放下，多多向身边的人学习。

工作任务完成情况

包括任务书中规定的工作内容、研究目标等，如未能完成须说明原因）在整个毕业设计过程中，根据老师提出的要求，独立、完整地完成老师布置的工作任务，提交相关的资料和规范的设计成果。

首先，根据选定的题目，搜集相关资料，进行前期的调研，对所要研究的课题有一个比较全面的认识，明确研究目标，写出规范的开题报告。

其次，在调研阶段，通过现场踏勘，听取甲方意见，更加广泛地、有针对性地搜集资料并进行整理，理顺整个设计的思路。

再次，在设计阶段，能够充分地利用各种规范及参考资料，结合现状条件及自己的观点和认识形成设计方案，并在以后的过程中按时参与小组讨论，根据指导老师、同学的建议和意见不断进行修改，在规定的时间内提交规定的设计成果。

最后，在毕业设计成果整理阶段，按照标准、规范，自觉严格审查修改，并将相关资料整理、装订、提交。进一步熟悉毕业设计内容和相关知识，准备好答辩。

主要创新点

1、尽可能地尊重现状，利用现有道路，并对村内的丁字路进行适度优化。

2、借鉴淄博市世纪花园的设计手法，采用一侧停车的方式，解决停车难问题。

工作状况

毕业设计前期，通过老师的通知及自己了解，就对毕业设计的重要性和规范性有了基本的了解：毕业设计不仅是对我们现有的知识积累、学习能力的运用，同时也是对我们学习态度的一次检验，也是对大学期间知识积累的升华。因此，我首先从思想上提高了认识，端正了态度，不仅仅把它作为一项任务来对待，更重要的是培养、锻炼自己踏踏实实、认真负责的学习和工作态度。

其次，由于本次毕业设计的工作量大，设计两个社区的建设规划，任务重，加之这是实际建设项目，因此不敢有丝毫的大意。从基础资料的搜集，到最后毕业设计的完成，每一步都紧锣密鼓，认认真真，把大部分的时间和精力都用在了设计上，虽不至于废寝忘食，但也体会到了什么是夜以继日，紧锣密鼓。

同时，在毕业设计过程中，虽然自始至终强调要独立完成，但我也非常重视与指导教师之间的交流。我们经常沟通，共同研究设计中遇到的问题，在存在分歧的问题上加强讨论。在整个毕业设计结束之际，通过毕业总结，找出自己的不足，为以后参加工作、自我学习提供参考。

收获、体会及建议

通过这一段时间的毕业设计，感触颇多，也确确实实的学到了很多东西。从毕业设计本身来说，学习到了一个规范的农村建设规划的设计过程，对规划所涉及的问题也有了一个比较全面的认识。

同时，也学到了很多设计以外的东西。首先是态度问题，不管做什么事都要先端正好态度，没有一个好的态度，学习学不好，做事也做不好，始终要保持有一个善始善终的态度。

其次，还要在踏实认真的基础上，尽自己最大的努力，充分利用每次学习和交流的机会提高自己。此外，做事情应有计划性，这样才不至于手忙脚乱。

当然，在这个过程中也遇到了很多难题，通过及时虚心地向指导教师请教，跟同学交流，将难题及时解决掉。因此，我也看到团队协作的重要性。现在已不是一个崇尚个人英雄主义的年代，所以做什么事情应该加强沟通和协作，合众人之力，集思广益把事情做好。同时谢谢在毕业设计过程中，帮助过我的老师和同学。学生签字

Firstly, I am very interested in the study of ambiguity. Ambiguity is a common phenomenon in all natural languages. As is known to all, in our daily conversations, ambiguity is often employed to achieve the effect of humor, thus creating a relaxing atmosphere and letting people feel at ease. Some jokes caused by ambiguity is very interesting.

Secondly, I have read several articles about ambiguity written by linguistics and scholars. I found my knowledge of ambiguity is very limited, superficial and nonsystematic. What I knew is just the tip of the iceberg. So I plan to learn more about ambiguity by this research.

Thirdly, I found many scholars have carried out numerous studies of ambiguity, but a majority of these studies are focused on single language separately. Articles about comparison between English ambiguity and Chinese ambiguity are not sufficient. So it is necessary to make further study.

For the above facts, I select this title.

Next, I will present the outline of my thesis. It consists of 7 parts.

The first part gives a brief introduction to the ambiguity and structure of the thesis.

The second part is literature review, briefly introducing the development of study of ambiguity and some scholars’s main views.

The third to fifth parts focus on three types of ambiguity in English and Chinese: phonological ambiguity, lexical ambiguity, syntactic ambiguity. In every broad type, I respectively list some detailed branches and cite some vivid English and Chinese examples to explain these ambiguity phenomena. But I put more focus on the third part and point out two differences of ambiguity between English ambiguity and Chinese ambiguity.

The part six will point out positive results by using ambiguity deliberately in daily conversations, advertisements and literary works.

The last part is the conclusion.

I hope by this contrastive research, we will have a better understanding of ambiguity in English and Chinese and apply it to our life and study.

The title of my paper is On the Significance of Drama Method in the Improvement of English Learning in Chinese Rural Junior High School. I choose this as my topic due to the following reasons. First of all, I really want to be a teacher, so during the four years, I have read many books about how to become a good teacher. Secondly, when I was a freshman in the summer of 2008, I was chosen as a teaching assistant of the summer camp which was organized by the New Oriental English School in Shijiazhuang. In the summer camp, I rewrote a script of an English drama to be one of the programs of the open ceremony. It was very popular among those students. They thought it was very interesting. In 2010, I was practiced as an English teacher at Chenguantun Middle School in Qinhuangdao, I found that the students have little interest towards English learning, so I hoped I could help them. So I use the Drama Method as my teaching method. Almost all of the students were highly motivated by the interesting teaching method and they have made great progress in the exam one month later. So the research proved that the Drama Method can be used as an effective teaching method.
