firstly 1.research methodology：it includes three aspects: data variables and methodology date: this study investigates the significant corporate governance attributes that may affect the capital structure of non-financial firms listed on the karachi stock exchange pakistan during 2004-2008. and the final sample set consists of 775 observations for 155 firms over a period of five years.
this study employed panel data methodology(面板数据方式) because sample contained data across firms and over time

boards with more independent directors can take on more debt on favorable terms due to effective monitoring ;
block holders have more ability than dispersed shareholders to force management to take those actions that maximize the shareholder wealth.

The most serious harm of computer games come from their contents, which affects teenagers ' mental health. Many games involve violence, such as fighting and killing. 自从20XX年11月开始毕业论文选题以来，截止到20XX年4月，我主要完成了以下工作：
一、认真做好毕业设计的前期准备工作
1、透过检索文献，阅读了超多参考文献，撰写了文献综述；
2、透过阅读和比较文献综述后我找到了适宜的测试方法，并在导师聂翔老师的引导下找到了毕设的切入点；
3、再次搜索了相关文献资料，与导师不断探讨，确定了论文方向；
4、准备开题论证报告，并得到了老师们的初步肯定，并根据意见和推荐再次修改了开题报告，完成了最终的开题报告，并透过了审核；
5、透过研究与分析，需要选取适宜的驻波比测量方法，并以选定了几种方法；
6、透过多次与老师的商量，确定了毕设的测试方法；
驻波测量线法：
当电磁波能量传输到屏蔽材料表面时，由于阻抗失配造成部分能量反射，剩余能量透过屏蔽材料样品继续向右侧传输。设入射功率为Pi，反射功率为Pr，透过材料之后的传输功率为Pt，根据传输线理论得：
P吸=Pi—Pt—Pr=Pi（1—︱Γ︳2）—Pt
吸波特性：L吸=Pi—P吸（dB）
屏蔽效能：SE=Pi—Pt（dB）实际测试系统如下图所示，测试步骤如下。
（1）驻波测量线终端接匹配负载，接通信号源电源，调整测量线系统；
（2）去掉匹配负载，换接功率计，测量信号源输出功率Pi；
（3）将材料样品插入驻波测量线和功率计之间，从功率计上读取此时的功率读数，即Pt；

5、广泛、仔细阅读相关专业文献，规范学术用语。
6、补充搜集数据资料，争取引用最新权威论证方法得出结论。
7、查阅本论题专业范围内的相关实例，并运用实例进行更详细和深入的论证。
8、认真仔细的阅读文章，改正错别字、标点符号，对文字进行润色，加入过渡呼应的语句，增强文章的逻辑性。
一切准备就绪，就等实验室开门和被测材料的到来，完成测试后能够尽快对论文进行定稿进行下一步。
目前已完成任务
1、收集整理资料，包括中日文的文献，对论文命题有了初步认识。
2、与指导老师进行商榷讨论，结合已有的研究资料，确定论文题目。
3、透过研究各项资料和与指导老师的探讨，对论文列出大致提纲，经指导老师改正指点，大致确定论文的基本思路。
4、透过文献研究和实践研究，对论文命题有了较为全面的理解后，结合前人的研究成果，完成论文初稿的撰写。
尚须完成的任务
1、日文文献资料不够充实。
2、论文思路不够严谨清晰，需要调整。
3、初稿还没彻底修改正确。
4、在修改初稿的基础上，完成第二、三稿，并尽快完成终稿。
存在的问题
1、提纲有些凌乱，有些地方条理不够清晰。
2、有关该研究的日文资料比较少，较难找，图书馆内相关文献少。
3、用词不当，出现语法错误。
4、论文要求格式较复杂，格式出现错误。
拟采取的办法
1、结合指导教师意见，透过与同学进行讨论，调整结构。
2、继续查阅相关资料，完善论文资料。
3、找出错词、语法不当之处，进行修改，并对论文语言进行润色。
4、找出格式错误，进行修改。
到目前为止，在论文的写作中主要有以下几个问题：
1、对论文所涉及的知识认识得不够深刻，所以对命题的探讨但是深入。
2、研究中引入的数据不够，对相关问题的支撑程度不足。
3、论文的各部分之间的衔接不够强，有的地方缺少逻辑。
导致上述问题主要有两个原因，一是研究不够深入，二是撰写不够严密。针对这两个原因，解决方法有：
1、对论文所涉及的知识以及前人的研究成果理解程度需要更加深刻，在这个基础上才能得到有深度的结论。
2、需要对已完成的资料进行多次审阅，从资料、结构及用语等方面给予调整。
3、对于写作过程中遇到的具体难题要多向指导老师请求援助。
下一步的主要研究任务、具体设想与安排
在往后的论文写作中主要研究任务是在已完成的基础上给予完善，具体的方法是参阅更多的相关研究文章，尤其是研究较为完整系统的书籍，深度提取其成果，结合本文的研究方向与思路来引用，其中具体资料包括前期研究不足的怎样将crm与erp在财务、制造、库存、分销、物流和人力资源等连接起来方面的问题。针对此问题，需要更加具体的探索crm与erp的共性，如共通性与有机结合等问题。
另外，论文的进度方面，在初稿基础上进行修改，争取在六月初完成论文终稿。
1、毕业设计进展状况
毕业设计开题之后，透过先前查阅的资料我初步了解了纳米纤维的定义及用途和静电纺丝装置，进一步地进行了溶液的配置、纺丝装置的搭建、静电纺丝实验。在这个过程中，我一向在不断地做实验，在做实验过程中，发现问题，并不断地进行比较分析，然后合理的修改相关参数。就一些实验中出现的问题，针对性做二次参照比较实验。在实验过程中，我也同时在进行相关性能测试。目前已基本完成了任务书中所要求纺丝任务。后序任务就是组装电池和测试电池性能，虽然后序工作量较小，但耗时较长，仍需要抓紧时间。
2、已获得阶段性成果
1－3周：进行资料查阅、翻译资料，提交开题、实习报告和相关的译文；
4－6周：参照论文设计实验方案，分析比较并制定可行的工艺参数，改善制备工艺；完善实验资料，做预实验，构建静电纺丝装置；
7－9周：在实验室进行纺丝制备纤维毡，氧化炭化制备电池负极材料，进行电池组装测量等相关工艺。
3、存在的问题（或遇到的困难）
存在问题：
静电纺丝机装置构建比较复杂；
纺丝前驱液性质不稳定容易堵塞喷头或喷丝间断且都不宜毡化成网；
纺丝实验比较危险需要使用高压电、供液供气装置；
解决方案：
在老师及同学的帮忙下构建了比较完善的静电纺丝装置；
更换了实验材料、探索了适宜的溶液浓度、改善了配置溶液的条件、喷头上安装过滤装置；
对所有的实验装置用绝缘纸包装、对金属装饰用塑料隔离、尽量采用质量和安全性能高的产品构建实验装置。
4、下一步的计划安排
10—12周：探索适宜的静电纺丝工艺参数，根据纺出的纳米纤维直径，对纺丝液浓度、电压、接收距离、气量、流量、温湿度等工艺参数进行调整。组装并测量电池相关性能指标。
XX－XX周：处理实验数据、撰写毕业论文及准备答辩；
15周：答辩。
16周：完善论文。
5、实验收获和体会
透过近一个月的实验，我收获了许多，不仅仅巩固了自己的专业知识，而且锻炼了自己的动手操作潜力。此外，也学会了透过网络和检索查阅相关资料的潜力，同时还加深了同学彼此之间的友情，提高了团队的协作性。
当然，在实验的过程中，我们也难免遇到一些困难和挫折。此时，我们都尽量自己解决，少麻烦老师，这也就教会了我们独立处理和解决问题的潜力。有时碰到不懂或不理解的地方，我们同学几个也会互相商量，直到最后把这些疑问都解决掉，我们几个人都会因问题的解决而感到无比高兴和开心。但有时我们也会碰到专业方面的问题，解决不了的就翻看和查询相关资料，透过这些我们也增长了很多知识，拓宽了自己的知识面。在实验期间，老师也给了我们很多细心的帮忙和指导，让我们不至于有时手足无措。正是在老师的指导下，我们的实验才能这么顺利而有序的进行，真的很感谢老师的指导。
总的来说，我们确实从实验中受益匪浅。毕业设计真的给了我们大家一个很好的锻炼机会，不仅仅让我们学到知识，也锻炼了实验动手潜力。所以，我很感谢这次机会，同时也感谢老师的关心、帮忙和指导，我会继续努力做好实验，最终写出让人满意的毕业论文，从而顺利毕业，为自己的大学生活画上一个圆满的句号！
一、透过设计，到达以下目的
1、从直观的产品入手，正确确定产品的成型方法和分型面，选取合理的成型设备和参数。
2、确定成型方法后，能合理选取相应成型的模具，并确定合理的模具结构。
3、能利用有关设计软件，正确设计模具。
4、熟悉并应用模具标准，以及国家相关技术标准。
5、综合应用所学知识，以及提高理论与实践相结合的应用潜力。
二、设计的进展状况
1、分析零件的成形工艺性。透过对几种塑料进行性能比较，最终确定使用ABS塑料
2、注塑机的选取和参数校核。根据所设计塑件的特性选取注射机，初步确定选用国产注射机SZ—60/630。
3、模具类型及结构的确定，及有关零件的必要计算和校核。
（1）分型面的选取。选在塑件截面最大的部位。
（2）型腔数目的确定。使用一模两腔。
（3）浇口的确定。使用侧浇口。
（4）模架的选用。选用315×315标准模架。
（5）浇注系统设计。包括主流道、分流道、浇口等。
（6）顶出系统设计。采用推杆脱模机构。
（7）温度调节系统设计。确定冷却方式以及冷却水道的位置和数目。
4、绘制完成了模具装配图的大部分结构。
三、存在的问题及解决措施
在设计过程当中，我深感部分资料和知识的缺乏，尤其是其中注塑机选取校核和部分机构的计算部分，资料中不是一笔带过就是笼统的泛泛而谈，很少有专业细致的探讨。但最后决定弃异存同，将其共性作为本次设计的重点，选取基础结构进行设计。
另外，我还就应多阅读模具设计的有关资料，使设计的模具更有适用性。同时，还就应再加强与指导老师的交流和沟通，加深对本次设计的认识和理解。总之，我相信自己会继续持续用心的态度，在指导老师的悉心点拨下，能够快速有效展开接下来的设计流程，顺利完成毕业设计工作。
四、后期工作安排
1、用两周时间绘制模具各主要零部件的零件图及总体装配图。
2、用两周时间用Pro/Engineer绘图软件对主要零部件进行三维建模。
3、用两周时间整理相关资料，撰写毕业论文，准备毕业答辩。
本毕业设计的主要资料是在实验测量的基础上透过ABAQUS软件选取适合橡胶类超弹性材料的本构模型，在这段时里已完成工作及进展、存在的问题及解决措施、后期工作安排如下：
一、已完成工作及进展
1、学会透过校园网站检索课题相关的文章，查找并阅读橡胶类超弹性材料本构模型的相关文献，了解课题的研究背景与好处。
2、在导师的指导下学习有限元软件ABAQUS，完成基础算例，然后根据已有的橡胶单轴压缩实验建立有限元模型，将实验数据导入ABAQUS模型中进行拟合评估，从而最终确定适宜的本构模型并计算出相应参数。
3、完成与毕业设计相关的英文文献翻译。透过对文献的翻译，对数字影像分析法有了初步的认识。
二、存在的问题与解决措施
透过对ABAQUS软件的学习，使自己对超弹性材料的本构有了更加深入的学习，但此刻还存在对软件使用不熟练、独立处理问题不强等问题。在以后的毕设进程中必须加强学习，并独立自主并熟练使用ABAQUS软件。
三、下一步工作安排
第八、九周：对论文格式、注意事项进行学习，然后编写并生成论文初稿，让指导老师审阅。
第十、十一周：根据导师指点修改论文，并透过导师审核通，最后生成答辩前的最终毕业论文。

What suprised her most,beyond her wildest imagination, is that almost all the male in this country took their head out of the window.Admittedly,Lucy made a mistake here .The word spitted means Mandy is totally naked to the reason that male looked out of the window.The right sentence shall be,put your clothing on.The story inspires you to take a careful look on the vast difference between eastern and western culture.

First of all, the Internet has brought people great convenience in getting information, entertainment and contact with each other. As for our students, it is a useful tool when we meet problems. When we are tired, a piece of light music will help us relax. If we have free time, we can enjoy movies or interesting cartoons. What’s more, we can also watch live programs on the internet or see it later if we are not available at that time.
But there is also bad influence. Some of the young teenagers are addicted to computer games, and some even play games all night. Because of lacking in sleep, those students can not focus on in the class . As a result, they may fail in the exam. When they realize it is wrong to spend too much time playing games, it’s already too late.
I have remembered such a piece of news . An excellent student flunked (考试不及格) because he could not concentrate on his study for being too indulged in computer games. He spent nearly all the money on games, which was earned by his father's selling blood. When his father knelt down to beg him to return to school, he was too numb to show any regret.
The most serious harm of computer games come from their contents, which affects teenagers ' mental health. Many games involve violence, such as fighting and killing. When they enjoy the pleasure of success, a violent turn of mind is developed and rooted in them, which may induce future violent behaviour in their life.
So when computers' entertaining function is highly spoken of ,such a problem does deserve our serious concern.
In addition, long time's working before computer also does harm to health. The radiation from the computer can arose many uncomfortable feelings., like a headache, poor eyesight.
At last, people who are fond of making friends on line should also be careful. Many convicts use Internet as a way to cheat. Although it has many disadvantages , Internet has become an indispensable part of people's life in recent years. In my point of view, it’s wrong to blame Internet itself, it’s all depend on the way we use it. If we use it in a right way, it can be one of the best friends in our life.

Besides the blacks and whites, an amazing splash of yellow is under its neck. So elegant that I couldn’t help loving it at first sight.
With a big and spoon-shaped beak, it can clasp fishes easily, which makes it a powerful hunter in birds.
Like the eleven swan princes in Andersen’s Fairy Tale, the Black Faced Spoonbills have always been struggling to find a tiny rock which can offer them a momentary tranquility. Fortunately, they have found one in my beloved home. I would always hold them dearly to my heart and wish they would return with flocks of chicks in the following years, and singing

1、 自我介绍 ：自我介绍作为答辩的发言稿，包括姓名、学号、专业。介绍时要举止大方、态度从容、面带微笑，礼貌得体的介绍自己，争取给答辩小组一个良好的印象。好的开端就意味着成功了一半。
2、答辩人陈述：收到成效的自我介绍只是这场答辩的开始，接下来的自我陈述才进入正轨。自述的主要内容包括论文标题;课题背景、选择此课题的原因及课题现阶段的发展情况;有关课题的具体内容，其中包括答辩人所持的观点看法、研究过程、实验数据、结果;答辩人在此课题中的研究模块、承担的具体工作、解决方案、研究结果。 文章 的创新部分;结论、价值和展望; 自我评价 。
3、提问与答辩：答辩教师的提问安排在答辩人自述之后，是答辩中相对灵活的环节，有问有答，是一个相互交流的过程。一般为3个问题，采用由浅入深的顺序提问，采取答辩人当场作答的方式。
4、 总结 ：上述程序一一完毕，代表答辩也即将结束。答辩人最后纵观答辩全过程，做总结陈述，包括两方面的总结：毕业设计和论文写作的体会;参加答辩的收获。答辩教师也会对答辩人的表现做出点评：成绩、不足、建议。
5、致谢：感谢在毕业设计论文方面给予帮助的人们并且要礼貌地感谢答辩教师。

（一）论文名称论文名称就是课题的名字第一，名称要准确、规范。准确就是论文的名称要把论文研究的问题是什么，研究的对象是什么交待清楚，论文的名称一定要和研究的内容相一致，不能太大，也不能太小，要准确地把你研究的对象、问题概括出来。第二，名称要简洁，不能太长。不管是论文或者课题，名称都不能太长，能不要的字就尽量不要，一般不要超过20个字。（二）论文研究的目的、意义研究的目的、意义也就是为什么要研究、研究它有什么价值。这一般可以先从现实需要方面去论述，指出现实当中存在这个问题，需要去研究，去解决，本论文的研究有什么实际作用，然后，再写论文的理论和学术价值。这些都要写得具体一点，有针对性一点，不能漫无边际地空喊口号。主要内容包括：⑴研究的有关背景(课题的提出)：即根据什么、受什么启发而搞这项研究。⑵通过分析本地（校）的教育教学实际，指出为什么要研究该课题，研究的价值，要解决的问题。（三）本论文国内外研究的历史和现状（文献综述）规范些应该有，如果是小课题可以省略。一般包括：掌握其研究的广度、深度、已取得的成果；寻找有待进一步研究的问题，从而确定本课题研究的平台(起点)、研究的特色或突破点。（四）论文研究的指导思想指导思想就是在宏观上应坚持什么方向，符合什么要求等，这个方向或要求可以是哲学、政治理论，也可以是政府的教育发展规划，也可以是有关研究问题的指导性意见等。（五）论文写作的目标论文写作的目标也就是课题最后要达到的具体目的,要解决哪些具体问题，也就是本论文研究要达到的预定目标：即本论文写作的目标定位，确定目标时要紧扣课题,用词要准确、精练、明了。常见存在问题是：不写研究目标；目标扣题不紧；目标用词不准确；目标定得过高, 对预定的目标没有进行研究或无法进行研究。（六）论文的基本内容研究内容要更具体、明确。并且一个目标可能要通过几方面的研究内容来实现，他们不一定是一一对应的关系。大家在确定研究内容的时候，往往考虑的不是很具体，写出来的研究内容特别笼统、模糊，把写作的目的、意义当作研究内容。基本内容一般包括：⑴对论文名称的界说。应尽可能明确三点：研究的对象、研究的问题、研究的方法。⑵本论文写作有关的理论、名词、术语、概念的界说。（七）论文写作的方法具体的写作方法可从下面选定： 观察法、调查法、实验法、经验总结法、 个案法、比较研究法、文献资料法等。（八）论文写作的步骤论文写作的步骤，也就是论文写作在时间和顺序上的安排。论文写作的步骤要充分考虑研究内容的相互关系和难易程度，一般情况下，都是从基础问题开始，分阶段进行，每个阶段从什么时间开始，至什么时间结束都要有规定。课题研究的主要步骤和时间安排包括：整个研究拟分为哪几个阶段；各阶段的起止时间。
