如果不重新写，那就是一稿多投了，sci的审稿周期可能会长一些。要不再等等，要不就通过联系方式问问。。。要不就重新写一篇。

可以的。很多会议获奖的论文，投稿到杂志时，都是注明了文章曾获得**奖！这不算一稿两投。会议上发表的论文理论上还无法算做公开发表的文章。这就好像，发表的论文可以拿去评奖，评奖的论文也可以再拿去发表。——山东期刊采编中心 答复。（百度搜索我们）
