问这个问题的人英语水平估计很一般，但有改善的愿望。据我的经验，先学好课本在学其他。不过课外读物也是生活的调味料。一般较流行的中等的英语杂志有疯狂英语。英语很地道。但有点贵。英语沙龙内容还可以，只是版面有点总而言之，千里之行始于足下。无论看什么都好，进步才是硬道理。

如果你看杂志或者报纸目的是为了应付英语考试的话，《英语辅导报》挺不错的。如果是为了增长英语阅读知识，扩大视野，我觉得《英语沙龙》或者《英语世界》《英语周刊》挺好的。可能这两种杂志你刚开始看得时候会有一点难，不过你坚持看上一段时间就会感觉自己的收获。但愿我推荐的杂志你喜欢！
