《中文科技期刊数据库（文摘版）工程技术》简称《工程技术》是国家新闻出版广电总局2009年4月8日批准的国家级电子学术教育期刊。国内统一刊号：50-9210/TB，国际标准刊号：1671-5586。由科技部西南信息中心主管，重庆维普资讯有限公司主办。

属于非法期刊，没有国家新闻出版广电总局的备案，没有正规出版机构和主流数据库的收录。唯一接近的只有连续电子出版期刊一栏能找到的比如中文科技期刊文摘版-工程技术之类的，算是电子刊吧，但是你还是得打电话到出版社那里确认是否还在经营该杂志，像电力设备这种电子刊，虽然有备案但却是无效的，因为中国电力出版社申明他们不再出版电力设备杂志，总署上的备案只是暂未注销而已。一般淘宝上几百块dai写dai发的都是违规刊印的杂志，即使杂志名字是真的，也不是真的出版社出版的，最后给的文章录用通知，文章索引号什么的都是假的。这类非法出版物一般录用很快，不通过邮局寄刊，文章质量差且多。没有正规的投稿方式和审稿流程。发表出来的文章在主流数据库也检索不到。
