《俄罗斯方块》确实很容易上瘾，经常玩着玩着时间就过去了。但要深究它能让人上瘾的原因，我觉得有两个方面吧，一个是心理方面，另一个得从这款游戏的游戏性来分析。

一、从心理方面来说

其实人都有强迫症，例如会去藏手机屏幕或者擦眼睛，都是为了能让自己看过去的时候感觉顺眼一些。而这款游戏就是利用了人们的心理。在我们打开游戏后，不同形状的方块随即落下，将屏幕弄得很乱，我们就会不知不觉的想去消除这些方块，让屏幕变得更加整洁一些。这其实是给了我们一种心理暗示，让我们不知不觉中对这款游戏上瘾。

二、从游戏性来说

《俄罗斯方块》的操作很简单，规则也很简单。但就是因为这样的简单规则造就了高自由度，即便是落下同样的方块，在不同玩家手里也会堆积成不同的形状。所以，这种比较自由的模式也符合玩家们的心理，很多时候玩家在玩腻了那些条条框框太多的游戏后，对这种简单直接的游戏反而会没有抵抗力，这也是为什么《俄罗斯方块》能让人越玩越上瘾。

此外，我觉得这款游戏做得做好的一点就是它能进行额外的扩展，像什么各种奇形怪状的方块啊，双人对战或者多人对战啊等等，可玩性非常高，自然玩到停不下来。
