Digital products popularized rapidly ,and people use Lithium batteries more and more frequently,so the battery become more important than ever. On the other hand,any battery's sustain ability is limit,so to charge batteries in time has become primary commitment for using variety of digital products.It is often use 220v alternating current as the power supply,however,by the limit of practical conditions,we can't realize to charge the battery anytime anywhere we want. Wind power generation is a new way to produce energy which is causeing no polution.that is to turn the kinetic energy carried by the flow of air into electric energy by the rotating of aerogenerator fan.It is not only convenient and handy,but also power saving and pro-environment to make use of wind power generation to charging. To analyse the current situation of the usage of wind power generation emergency charger,to demonstrate the possibility and meaning of the portable wind power charger.To design a complete practical design proposal,and making a simply sample for testing and experiment,and analyse the testing result, and then to improve the design proposal.
