Excellent enterprise culture, will greatly promote the development of enterprises, and will weaken the organizational function.This paper firstly introduces the related theory of enterprise culture, and the north Taiwan iron and steel group co. This paper adopted the method of theory and practice, systematically and comprehensively expounded by intellectual property protection of traditional knowledge model of feasibility and concrete measures, and existing problems in the law is proposed. The article consists of five parts: The first part is introduction, the paper studies systematically introduces the background, the study of meaning and purpose, research methods and processes. The second part is related to clear this theory, the theoretical basis. First to traditional knowledge related terms, the study aims to clarify, protection, Secondly the urgency of the protection of traditional knowledge clearly, the importance and significance of the study to clarify.
