springeropen是springer新推出的一类期刊，也就是我们所说的open accesss期刊，期刊文章随便下，不要求订阅，为的是增加文章的引用率。目前来说，springeropen期刊一般都是新创办的期刊，所以还没有被SCI收录，但不保证以后不会收录。
投稿SpringerOpen的一个期刊，投稿过程中，需要选择支不支付processingcharge,但是我们申请不支付之后，杂志社没有通过，需要说明不支付的原因，并要书面证明，这要怎么解决啊求大神帮忙解决。。。。。。。急急急！
