After losing his leg, he determined to revenge Moby Dick and tried to kill it. In order to revenge, Ahab ultimately dooms the crew of the Pequod (save for Ishmael) to death by his obsession with Moby Dick. By taking the comprehensive analysis perspective of Moby-Dick, this thesis will point out that the main characteristics of Ahab.
This paper consists of three parts. The topic of my thesis is 《Angela carter to mythology research - the female archetype in “new eve passion”, for example》. I choose this as my topic due to the following reasons.
Angela Carter (1940-1992) is an outstanding feminist writer whose influence on Britishwomens writing was “pivotal in this opening and transformation”. The year 2014 represents the 22” anniversary of Angela Carters death. In those twenty-two years, her works have been widely taught internationally and brought about much critical debate. In a survey conducted by Cristina Bacchilega and Danielle M. Roemer [2],Carter is one of the most commonly taught women writers on North American programs. She has endowed us with an amazingly large number of legacies in her comparatively limited life, setting foot in various fields such as novels,short stories,children stories, dramas, non-fictions and so on. The acute observations with great insights,as well as the devastating wit and poignant mockery in Carters works have made her stand out as an iconic figure in English literature. Many scholars and critics have devoted themselves to the research on Angela Carter from many perspectives,including gothic, magic realism, feminism,post-modernism and so on. As a prolific writer who is always ready to blur the boundaries between different genres, Carter has left us a wonderful world to delve into.
With the emergence of western womens movement as well as the development of feminist criticism in the 1960s,the feminist approach has become a potent weapon for those who are concerned with the emancipation and legal rights of women. Carter, with her versatile and avant-garde reputation, is best known as a feminist writer. The Passion of New Eve, as one of Carters most representative works, is of great value in the research of her feminist thoughts and propositions.

The title of my paper is On the Significance of Drama Method in the Improvement of English Learning in Chinese Rural Junior High School. I choose this as my topic due to the following reasons. First of all, I really want to be a teacher, so during the four years, I have read many books about how to become a good teacher. Secondly, when I was a freshman in the summer of 2008, I was chosen as a teaching assistant of the summer camp which was organized by the New Oriental English School in Shijiazhuang. In the summer camp, I rewrote a script of an English drama to be one of the programs of the open ceremony. It was very popular among those students. They thought it was very interesting. In 2010, I was practiced as an English teacher at Chenguantun Middle School in Qinhuangdao, I found that the students have little interest towards English learning, so I hoped I could help them. So I use the Drama Method as my teaching method. Almost all of the students were highly motivated by the interesting teaching method and they have made great progress in the exam one month later. Firstly, I am very interested in the study of ambiguity. Ambiguity is a common phenomenon in all natural languages. As is known to all, in our daily conversations, ambiguity is often employed to achieve the effect of humor, thus creating a relaxing atmosphere and letting people feel at ease. Some jokes caused by ambiguity is very interesting.
Secondly, I have read several articles about ambiguity written by linguistics and scholars. I found my knowledge of ambiguity is very limited, superficial and nonsystematic. What I knew is just the tip of the iceberg. So I plan to learn more about ambiguity by this research.
Thirdly, I found many scholars have carried out numerous studies of ambiguity, but a majority of these studies are focused on single language separately. Articles about comparison between English ambiguity and Chinese ambiguity are not sufficient. So it is necessary to make further study.
For the above facts, I select this title.
Next, I will present the outline of my thesis. It consists of 7 parts.
The first part gives a brief introduction to the ambiguity and structure of the thesis.
The second part is literature review, briefly introducing the development of study of ambiguity and some scholars’s main views.
The third to fifth parts focus on three types of ambiguity in English and Chinese: phonological ambiguity, lexical ambiguity, syntactic ambiguity. In every broad type, I respectively list some detailed branches and cite some vivid English and Chinese examples to explain these ambiguity phenomena. But I put more focus on the third part and point out two differences of ambiguity between English ambiguity and Chinese ambiguity.
The part six will point out positive results by using ambiguity deliberately in daily conversations, advertisements and literary works.
The last part is the conclusion.
I hope by this contrastive research, we will have a better understanding of ambiguity in English and Chinese and apply it to our life and study.

The topic of my thesis is 《Angela carter to mythology research - the female archetype in “new eve passion”, for example》. I choose this as my topic due to the following reasons.

1、自己为什么选择这个课题？ 2、研究这个课题的意义和目的是什么？3、全文的基本框架、基本结构是如何安排的？4、全文的各部分之间逻辑关系如何？5、在研究本课题的过程中，发现了那些不同见解？对这些不同的意见，自己是怎样逐步认识的？又是如何处理的？6、论文虽未论及，但与其较密切相关的问题还有哪些？7、还有哪些问题自己还没有搞清楚，在论文中论述得不够透彻？8、写作论文时立论的主要依据是什么？ 对以上问题应仔细想一想，必要时要用笔记整理出来，写成发言提纲，在答辩时用。这样才能做到有备无患，临阵不慌。二、答辩技巧 学生首先要介绍一下论文的概要，这就是所谓“自述报告”，须强调一点的是“自述”而不是“自读”。这里重要的技巧是必须注意不能照本宣读，把报告变成了“读书”。“照本宣读”是第一大忌。这一部分的内容可包括写作动机、缘由、研究方向、选题比较、研究范围、围绕这一论题的最新研究成果、自己在论文中的新见解、新的理解或新的突破。做到概括简要，言简意赅。不能占用过多时间，一般以十分钟为限。所谓“削繁去冗留清被，画到无时是熟时”，就是说，尽量做到词约旨丰，一语中的。要突出重点，把自己的最大收获、最深体会、最精华与最富特色的部分表述出来。这里要注意一忌主题不明；二忌内容空泛，东拉西扯；三忌平平淡淡，没有重点。 在答辩时，学生要注意仪态与风度，这是进入人们感受渠道的第一信号。如果答辩者能在最初的两分种内以良好的仪态和风度体现出良好的形象，就有了一个良好的开端。有人将人的体态分解为最小单位来研究（如头、肩、胸、脊、腰等）认为凹胸显现怯懦、自卑，挺胸显示情绪高昂—但过分则为傲慢自负；肩手颈正显示正直、刚强，脊背挺拔体现严肃而充满自信。但过于如此，就会被人看作拘泥刻板保守，略为弯腰有度，稍稍欠身可表示谦虚礼貌。孙中山先生曾说过“其所具风度姿态，即使全场有肃然起敬之心，举动格式又须使听者有安静详和之气”他的这番金玉良言，对我们确实有很大的启发。在听取教师提问时所要掌握的技巧要领是：沉着冷静，边听边记精神集中，认真思考既要自信，又要虚心实事求是，绝不勉强听准听清，听懂听明 在回答问题时所要掌握的技巧是构思时要求每个问题所要答的“中心”“症结”“关健”在哪里？从哪一个角度去回答问题最好？应举什么例子来证明？回答问题的内容实质上是一段有组织的“口头作文”。这就要一、文章应有论点、论据。二、有开头主体与结尾。三、有条理、有层次。四、应用词确当，语言流畅。五、应口齿清楚、语速适度。开头要简洁：单刀直入，是最好的开头，开门见山地表述观点，在答辩中是最好的办法。主体部份的表述可条分缕析，即把所要回答的内容逐条归纳分析，实际上是对自己掌握的材料由此及彼，由表及里地做整理。这样的表述就不会流于表面，而能深入本质。条分缕析可以把自己掌握的一些实际例子合并，整理成若干条目，列成几个小标题：分成几点，一点一点，一条一条地说出。满碗的饭必须一口一口吃，满肚子的道理也必须一条一条讲出来，环环相扣，条条相连，令人听完后有清楚的印象。假如在准备的时候已经准备了一个较完整的提纲，那么沿着回答问题的主线，再穿上一些玉珠（举例子）就可以做到中心明确，条理清楚，有理有例了。作为将要参加论文答辩同学，首先而且必须对自己所著的毕业论文内容有比较深刻理解和比较全面的熟悉。这是为回答毕业论文答辩委员会成员就有关毕业论文的深度及相关知识面而可能提出的论文答辩问题所做的准备。所谓“深刻的理解”是对毕业论文有横向的把握。例如题为《创建名牌产品发展民族产业》的论文，毕业论文答辩委员会可能会问“民族品牌”与“名牌”有何关系。尽管毕业论文中未必涉及“民族品牌”，但 参加论文答辩的学生必须对自己的毕业论文有“比较全面的熟悉”和“比较深刻的理解”，否则，就会出现尴尬局面。二、论文答辩——图表穿插任何毕业论文，无论是文科还是理科都或多或少地涉及到用图表表达论文观点的可能，故我认为应该有此准备。图表不仅是一种直观的表达观点的方法，更是一种调节论文答辩会气氛的手段，特别是对私人论文答辩委员会成员来讲，长时间地听述，听觉难免会有排斥性，不再对你论述的内容接纳吸收，这样，必然对你的毕业论文答辩成绩有所影响。所以，应该在论文答辩过程中适当穿插图表或类似图表的其它媒介以提高你的论文答辩成绩。三、论文答辩——语流适中进行毕业论文答辩的同学一般都是首次。无数事实证明，他们论文答辩时，说话速度往往越来越快，以致毕业答辩委员会成员听不清楚，影响了毕业答辩成绩。故毕业答辩学生一定要注意在论文答辩过程中的语流速度，要有急有缓，有轻有重，不能像连珠炮似地轰向听众。四、论文答辩——目光移动毕业生在论文答辩时，一般可脱稿，也可半脱稿，也可完全不脱稿。但不管哪种方式，都应注意自己的目光，使目光时常地瞟向论文答辩委员会成员及会场上的同学们。这是你用目光与听众进行心灵的交流，使听众对你的论题产生兴趣的一种手段。在毕业论文答辩会上，由于听的时间过长，委员们难免会有分神现象，这时，你用目光的投射会很礼貌地将他们的神“拉”回来，使委员们的思路跟着你的思路走。五、论文答辩——体态语辅助虽然毕业论文答辩同其它论文答辩一样以口语为主，但适当的体态语运用会辅助你的论文答辩，使你的论文答辩效果更好。特别是手势语言的恰当运用会显得自信、有力、不容辩驳。相反，如果你在论文答辩过程中始终直挺挺地站着，或者始终如一地低头俯视，即使你的论文结构再合理、主题再新颖，结论再正确，论文答辩效果也会大受影响。所以在毕业论文答辩时，一定要注意使用体态语。六、论文答辩——时间控制一般在比较正规的论文答辩会上，都对辩手有答辩时间要求，因此，毕业 论文答辩学生在进行论文答辩时应重视论文答辩时间的掌握。对论文答辩时间的控制要有力度，到该截止的时间立即结束，这样，显得有准备，对内容的掌握和控制也轻车熟路，容易给毕业论文答辩委员会成员一个良好的印象。故在毕业论文答辩前应该对将要答辩的内容有时间上的估计。当然在毕业论文答辩过程中灵活地减少或增加也是对论文答辩时间控制的一种表现，应该重视。七、论文答辩——紧扣主题在校园中进行毕业论文答辩，往往辩手较多，因此，对于毕业论文答辩委员会成员来说，他们不可能对每一位的毕业论文内容有全面的了解，有的甚至连毕业论文题目也不一定熟悉。因此，在整个论文答辩过程中能否围绕主题进行，能否最后扣题就显得非常重要了。另外，委员们一般也容易就论文题目所涉及的问题进行提问，如界能自始至终地以论文题目为中心展开论述就会使评委思维明朗，对你的毕业论文给予肯定。八、论文答辩——人称使用在毕业论文答辩过程中必然涉及到人称使用问题，我建议尽量多地使用第一人称，如“我”“我们”即使论文中的材料是引用他人的，用“我们引用”了哪儿哪儿的数据或材料，特别是毕业论文大多是称自己作的，所以要更多使用而且是果断地、大胆地使用第一人称“我”和“我们”。如果是这样，会使人有这样的印象：东西是你的，工作做了不少！（摘自：《青年科学》，原文：“毕业论文答辩应注意的几个问题”

论我国企业物流运输效率的提高 摘要：在分析我国物流运输业现状的基础上，着力对影响我国物流运输效率的基础设施、管理部门、物流观念、专业人才等因素进行深入探讨，并对如何提高我国物流运输效率提出了对策和建议。 关键词：物流；运输；效率；因素 物流运输是整个物流系统的支柱，物流运输效率的提高是降低社会物流总成本的主要途径。目前，我国的物流运输市场刚刚走出萌芽阶段，但物流运输效率低下仍属于一个悬而未解的问题，找出影响运输效率的主要因素，弥补其不足之处，对促进我国物流业的快速发展具有积极作用。 一、我国物流运输业的现状 1．物流运输成本高 运输成本在物流总成本中占较大的比例。即便是在欧洲发达国家，运输成本一般也要占到物流总成本的三分之一以上。而我国的物流运输成本更是一直居高不下。根据中国物流与采购联合会对2004年全国物流运行情况的统计核算，2004年，全国社会物流总费用为29 114亿元，物流总费用相当于GDP的21．3％ ，比发达国家的平均水平高出1倍，其中运输费用为16 558亿元，占社会物流总费用的56．9％。目前，我国很多的商业企业要比美国的商业企业多花费高达40％～50％的成本用于物流运输。2007年，意大利调查机构“亚洲观察家”组织开展的一项调查显示，中国是世界物流运输成本最高的国家之一，每年用在物流运输上的资金高达2 000亿美元，是美国的两倍。 2．物流运输时间长，资金周转率低 据统计，近年来我国制造企业用在物流上的时间约占90％ 。而生产只占10％左右。运输时间较长导致我国流动资金周转率较低，我国流动资金周转率分布从国有工业企业的1．2到国有商业企业的2．3不等，美国平均为15～20，一些大型跨国企业可以实现30。 3．物流运输企业运作水平不高 目前我国的大多数物流运输企业都是由传统的仓储、运输企业转型而来，在管理水平、技术力量及服务范围上尚没有质的提高，此外，从整体上看，我国的物流企业普遍存在着经营规模小，市场份额少，服务功能单一、运作经验不足、信息化程度低、高素质人才缺乏等现象，企业的整体运作水平较低，缺乏先进的管理理念和模式。 通过上述分析，可以看出我国的物流运输业与一些发达国家相比，整体成本高、效率低。要解决这一问题，首先必须对影响我国物流运输效率的因素进行分析。 二、影响我国物流运输效率的因素 1．基础设施 近年来，我国政府已经投入大量资金用于基础设施建设，尤其是中西部地区的基础设施建设不仅需要耗费大量的资金并且需要耗费较长的时间，因此，我国的基础设施建设仍然落后于经济发展的需求，尤其表现在物流产业的交通运输方面。目前我国最普遍的运输方式是公路，再次是铁路、海运、空运。 公路运输成本一般高于铁路运输、海路运输，但公路运输仍然是很多企业优先考虑的运输方式。这是因为公路运输可以控制发运时间及弹性，同时最大限度地保障货物的运送状态。当前，我国已经投入了上百亿美元用于升级公路运输网络，截至2006年底，全国公路总里程达345．70万公里，全国新增高速公路通车里程4 334公里，主要的经济区域和四个经济中心省份已经连接起来，并将实现沿海岸线和长江的公路线，实现从兰州到连云港，北京至广州的公路线。但是，我国公路运输存在着超载运输，服务质量差，预防性维护不足，质量控制空缺，以及价格协议不合理，空载率高等诸多问题，从而导致我国物流运输业每年的损失高达80亿美元。 铁路运输在1997年以前担负着我国绝大部分物资的运输工作，但在1997年以后，尤其是在近几年，随着公路运输的不断发展，零担货物基本上由公路运输代替，但是对于谷物、煤炭及大型的超重超长的设备等物资来说，采用铁路运输仍是一种最经济的运输方式。现如今铁路运输方式很少被优先考虑，除了铁路运输经常存在着大量的货运能力短缺和服务质量等问题以外，最主要的原因是铁路建设不够完善。这不单是我国物流运输业存在的问题，埃森哲公司研究报告表明，铁路货物运输大约存在25％ ～30％的短缺，因为世界上大约2 000个城市没有铁路。这些问题归结于一点就是缺少铁路线路的铺设。举个例子，港口和工厂通常缺少联合运输的连接口和铁路支线，没有联合运输，集装箱不能从火车上直接转载到货车上，没有铁路支线，货物必须在装运点和卸货点进行两次操作，增加了破损的几率，这就使选择铁路运输变得不可行。 目前，海运运输是进出口贸易活动中经常采用的一种运输方式。但是海运不适合时间敏感性货物和成品货物的运输，它适合大宗货物、需长距离运输的货物，但这仍然需要更完备的基础设施，否则这种方式很难高效地发挥作用。空运运输成本比较高，但时间短，适合有较短时效的物品、急需使用的商用或救灾物品的运输。目前的航空货运行为依然存在以下的问题：高价位、线路少、发货人和航空公司之间信息阻滞、航线的网络分布不均衡、航线凌乱、规划性差。 2．物流管理部门 我国物流管理部门各自为政，物流运输合力难以形成，例如，铁路、公路、水运、航空等运输资源，分别直属铁道部、交通部、航空总局等管辖，各部门从上到下一统到底，都有自己的物流体系、物流设施和资源，各部门为了各自的利益而难以形成物流合力，不能做出物流运输整体发展的战略考虑。物流管理和资源的分散使物流本应具有的整体功能被大大削弱，阻碍了物流运输业的发展，难以形成社会性的物流配送体系。这种条块管理体制，形成了自上而下的纵向隶属和管理格局，严重制约着在全社会范围内合理地对物流运输进行整体统筹和规划，阻碍了物流运输的社会化进程，不能发挥物流运输的整体效率。 3．物流运输观念 在一些物流运输企业管理者的思想中，目前仍有三种意识在他们的思想中占据着一席之地，也正是因为这三种陈旧的观念导致物流运输效率低下。第一，“重利轻义”。在与客户进行方案议定时，总是从成本、价格方面考虑，而不从服务质量方面考虑，交易的一次性现象较多，缺乏稳定的客户关系。第二，“闭关自守”。一些物流企业将业务信息看做是企业的机密、盈利的源泉，不轻易泄漏，也不进行信息共享。这种意识将导致有的物流企业因为运输能力有限而不得不暂时储存待运货物，而另一些物流企业则闲置大量的设备、人员，造成资源严重浪费。第三，“各自为政”。目前，物流运输业中“单打独斗”现象比较严重，企业之间联合运输的思想非常薄弱，而往往正是各种不同运输方式的结合才能发挥联合运输的最大效用。 4．物流专业人才 在过去，人们由于过分注重生产制造过程中价值的增长，而忽视了由于物流运输的高效所带来的丰厚利润，从而致使国内有关物流方面的研究和教育落后于时代发展的需要。当前，我国物流方面的人才还比较短缺。据调查数据显示，目前我国物流从业人员当中拥有大学学历的仅占2l％ ，高中及中专、中职学历的占了50％以上。事实上，我国最缺的不是具体从事物流运输操作的人员，而是具有比较扎实的物流、运输理论基础，又懂得管理和经营的高素质人才。

当前我国经济发展遇到不少困难，主要有物价上涨，人民币升值引发的外向型企业困境，高额外汇储备损失问题，从紧的货币政策对企业的冲击等。本文主要讨论以降低物流费用方式来抑制物价，减免过路费是核心。 1 降低以过路费为核心的物流费用是平抑物价的有效市场化手段 尽量使用市场化手段，遵循市场规律是一条应尽量坚持的政策原则。我们不能够长期人为降低企业原材料和能源价格，也不能限制人力成本增长，那么，我们能否转变思维，把降低企业生产成本的重点放到降低物流成本上？物流成本降低也将使产品最终销售价格降低，这将从生产和产品运输两个方面来共同降低商品价格。当前我国公路运输物流费用的两个主要构成部分，一是燃油，二是公路通行费，燃油价格调整应遵循市场化原则，除此以外可以加以干预并且有效的就是降低公路过路费，尤其是高速公路的通行费了。运输成本占社会物流总费用的比重超过50％，而在整个产品运输成本中，过路费的比例一般占到30％～40％，有很大的下调空间。因此，降低公路过路费是有效降低物流费用的核心，下面针对我国公路收费存在的主要问题分析减免过路费的必要性和可行性。 2 我国公路收费存在的主要问题 从发达国家经验来看，流通产业越发达，区域经济就越具有生命力和竞争力。1984年国务院做出的“贷款修路，收费还贷”的决定，目的是为了加快公路建设。2004年开始实施的《收费公路管理条例》规定，国家确定的中西部省自治区、直辖市的经营性公路收费期限，最长不得超过30年。我国公路的发展模式越来越受到人们质疑，争议的焦点主要集中在如下三方面： 高额收费阻碍了经济发展与地区交流 如世界银行报告认为，中国高速公路通行费和国际相比偏高，更重要的是，中国高速公路通行费的可承受性是全世界最低的几个国家之一。通行费可承受性，是私人汽车行驶1600公里所付通行费在车主收入中所占的比例。美国的通行费可承受性远低于，中国的这个数字超过了2%。例如一辆小轿车，从北京到上海的过路费为570元，往返1140元；而2008年7月16日新开通的北京至天津的第二高速，收费标准为小型车元/公里，从北京到天津市界，收费76元，往返152元，加上天津极富地方特色的“进津费”20元，一共172元，燃油费用在130元左右，合计约300元，过路费占50％。一旦燃油价格再行提高或者燃油税开征该怎么办？昂贵的道路费，怎么能带来良好的效益呢？怎能不做调整？ 高额收费有碍社会公平 高额过路费造成了重大社会经济成本，妨碍了社会公平，有损营商环境，对成本消化能力有限的农业和中小企业来说负担更加沉重。如2008年春季南方遭受冰冻灾害，柑橘产区大量柑橘等待运出，价格非常低廉；再比如2007年海南香蕉，当地收购价格甚至低于一毛钱一斤。这些价廉物美的农产品，拿到任何地方去销售都有很强的竞争力，但加上运输费用之后就难说了。商贩为了生存，必然不断压低收购价格。中央财政2008年7月起对整车运输的蔬菜、生猪等鲜活农产品，过路、过桥费一律予以免除。这样好的惠民政策希望能够长期坚持下去。5�6�112四川大地震之后，所有救灾运输车辆免除过路费，体现出了人性光辉，必须持续执行。 收费期限问题 2005年北京市人代会上，人大代表李淑媛要求北京市审计局对京石高速公路北京段收费情况进行审计。审计局回复，京石高速公路北京段，已累计收费17亿余元，偿还贷款等款项后还剩余近6亿元。这样的情况在全国不知道还有多少。为保证通行能力，有的公路在收费偿还完贷款后可继续收费，比如机场高速，但收费必须降低标准并严格监管，或者由第三方机构来收费或监管，收益归社会所有。而一些久已开通的成熟公路下调收费标准应该是可以做到的，关键的问题是破除背后的利益链。 3 适时减免高速公路通行费的可行性 控制物价上涨是当前全社会的共识，相关政策推出后能够得到各方配合、理解与支持。收费公路大大提高了区域经济间的物流成本，它阻碍了区域间经济的互补,影响了公路的利用率和运输效率，少数部门或资本的利益获取不能以牺牲全社会利益为代价。有学者指出公路特别是高速公路在我国经济社会发展中越来越具有杠杆性作用，降低收费标准可以采取延长收费还贷的期限的方式，要针对不同空间，不同季节，不同时段制定不同的收费标准，完善收费的法规体系。这种方式有可行性。 “痛则不通，通则不痛”，面对通货膨胀之痛，让我们用公路的真正畅通来缓解它吧。

摘 要：物流运作和管理不是一个崭新的话题，但在电子商务背景下，存在不同于传统零售业物流的一些特点，文章通过前台物流和后台物流两个概念的提出，对电商物流运作流程的内容和本质进行了深入的分析。电商物流的再认识有助于厘清当前一些模糊的提法如电商“自建物流”，对现实商业实践活动有一定的指导意义，同时提出了一些值得物流和供应链管理领域的专家和学者研究的理论课题。

1 何谓“前台物流”和“后台物流”
中国电商的快速发展使得物流问题日益突出，众多B2C电商纷纷“自建物流”以应对节日订单暴增导致的“物流爆仓”现象，并借以提高自身对物流的主控性，加速货款的资金回流。可以说物流已经成为中国电商企业谋求进一步发展的瓶颈，从某种程度上说，电商企业目前所面临的战略以及管理难题，基本上和物流问题是等同的。B2C电商的典型企业京东商城全力解决其自身物流问题的结果是，业内人士已经把它视作一家物流企业了，事实上这也是京东商城在未来同业竞争中的立足根本。
电商物流不同于传统零售行业的物流体系。一个最突出的表现就是，相对于消费者来说，传统零售业的物流基本上是不被消费者感知的。人们进入商场购物，多数情况下小件商品消费者自提，个别情况下大件商品由商场负责送货上门。如果缺货，消费者要么放弃购买，形成商场的销售损失;要么同意延迟交货，商场需付出延迟交货成本(如降价、送货上门等)，借以挽回销售损失。消费者对于其所购商品以何种管理手段和方法，以及通过何种流转途径出现在商场货架上并无太多了解，实际上消费者对此大多也是持之以漠不关心的态度，虽然知道其所付货款中包含了若干商品的物流成本，也仅此而已。而电商物流则不同，消费者对其网上下单后电商企业的一切订单处理过程，有着不容置疑的知情权。而且，在物权并未真正实现转移前，消费者对其所购商品的流转过程无疑也有着相当高的关注度。目前这些物流信息的流动并无技术上的难题，通常可以电子邮件或手机短信的形式快速反馈至消费者，此外，消费者还能够通过腾讯QQ或阿里旺旺等网络即时通信软件，和电商客服或网店店主线上交流，随时问询和跟踪商品包裹的处理情况。由于商品实际所有权的转移地点不再是集中的商场，而是分散的消费者居所，商品送递的速度和准确率已经成为消费者购物体验中不可分割的一部分。事实上，在网购商品的定价体系中，任何一个电商都不能不把这部分送货上门的物流服务价值考虑进去。
也就是说，站在消费者角度，物流运作过程和信息在传统零售行业中一直以来是隐性存在的，但在电子商务背景下，有一部分物流运作过程必须成为买卖双方之间的共有信息。这种情形非常类似于普通的电脑软件使用者只能感受到或只关注软件的前台操作界面的运行，忽视或不关心软件后台深层次的程序命令调度及响应运行情况。有鉴于此，如图1所示，物流运作流程可分为订货、仓储、拣货、配送、运达五个环节，我们可以将消费者关心的终端商品配送和运达环节称之为前台物流，而将前端的商品订货、仓储、拣货等三个环节称之为后台物流。
2 电商物流运作的再认识
以网购消费者的角度，提出前后台物流的概念，凸显了电商物流运作特点的一个重要方面。围绕这两个概念，加之与传统零售业物流相比较，我们可以深入分析和认识电商物流的若干特点：
(1)电商物流的业务运作重心后移，愈加关注前台物流。无论传统零售企业，还是现代电商企业，物流运作无外乎图1所示的五个环节。但二者的物流管理侧重点有所不同，前者的业务重心是后台物流，尤其是以仓储及库存控制为关注重点，而后者的业务重心则是前台物流，主要关注商品运达(delivery)至最终消费者手中的准确性和及时性。原因很简单，对于传统零售商而言，几乎不存在前台物流，其商品配送和运达的目的地是各个实体卖场，也即零售商和顾客之间完成交易的终结点(如果不考虑售后服务的话)，个别的送货上门服务显然不是传统零售商的日常管理内容，其物流业务的重心必然是库存控制问题(如确定订货量，设置再订货点，制定安全库存策略等)，以应对随时到来的顾客需求;而电商则不同，线上(online)产生需求，达成交易，线下(offline)送货上门，终结交易(货款部分线上支付，部分货到支付)。商品送达至消费者手中是电商与消费者之间网购交易合同的履行终止点，商品送达效率成为消费者购物体验的重要组成部分，因此也是影响顾客满意度和忠诚度的重要因素，而电商也有相当部分的货款是通过商品送达后上门收取的，送达效率也直接影响电商资金回笼和周转的速率。因此前台物流对于电商而言更重要，这也即是通常我们所说的“最后一公里”问题。据国内发布的《网购快递满意度监测》报告显示，网购快递的服务整体满意度仅为，因此这是目前电商和消费者共同关注的焦点问题。
(2)电商的前台物流重管理，后台物流重控制。站在消费者角度，电商物流被划分出前台和后台物流以后，作为电商可以比较清楚地了解到二者之间的管理手段及内容是有所区别的。毫无疑问，前台物流要想运转顺畅必须要投入大量人力。电商如果要“自建物流”，彻底解决前台物流的“最后一公里”瓶颈问题，其结果就几乎是要重新组建一个覆盖全国的快递公司。目前京东商城自有物流配送比例占到70%，2012年自配送城市将达到350座。据《新京报》报道，2012年京东商城招聘员工2万人，其余万名员工以基础型员工为主，例如售后服务、物流仓储人员等，到2012年底京东商城的员工数可达到约4万人。如果京东商城的物流人员占其员工总数的50%，那么也将是2万人这么一个庞大的数字。劳动力密集型的前台物流必须要建立有效的管理机制和体系，同时配合灵活柔性的管理手段和方法，从员工培训、组织架构、考核体系、奖惩制度等等方面入手鼓舞员工士气，打造优秀作业团队，才能真正提高电商企业的服务水平和质量。反观后台物流，以传统零售商的管理经验来看，更多地是对物——商品的管理，我们可以依靠先进的技术、设备、软件等对其实施规划性很强的控制作业，例如可以通过跟踪库存信息在既定的订货点上发布订单，可以依靠先进的商品编码技术和信息读取技术，高效准确地找到顾客订单上的商品等。相比前台物流，后台物流在土地、设备、技术、软件以及人才上的资金投入更高，属于资本密集型。以目前国内电商的经营情况来看，大部分资金都投入到了后台物流的建设当中，并且短时间内可以达到和国外同行同等的运营水平，原因就在于后台物流是以针对库存商品的作业性工作为主的，只要软硬件条件具备，围绕库存控制的作业水平必然可以达到世界先进水平。而针对人的管理的前台物流显然不是这样的，短期内无法见效，必须要有一个较长期的成长过程。 (3)电商物流各环节的内容和本质与传统零售业相比有着显著差异，尤其是前台物流。和传统零售业不同，前台物流的配送和运达环节是直接面向消费者的，高效准确是其价值核心，并且已然构成消费者购物体验的一部分，每个电商都及其重视前台物流的服务质量，所谓电商“自建物流”其实质是“自建前台物流”，希望以此解决电商“最后一公里”瓶颈问题。而后台物流各环节和高效准确的前台物流相配合，其内容和本质更趋向快速反应(quick response，QR)，需求信息直接传递至后台物流，且其传递速度在电子商务背景下大幅提升无疑是主要原因。例如，拣货人员不再面对每隔一段时间由传统零售商提供的补货单来进行拣货作业，而是随时都按照实际发生的需求，把消费者网络订单中的商品拣选出来装配发运。而仓储作业中的库存控制方面，其库存所应对的不仅是当地或本区域的需求，可能还要兼顾其他非当地非本区域产生的需求，库存管理的难度和复杂性变得更高了。从本质上讲，虽然电商的后台物流不被消费者所关注，但和传统零售商相比，其对消费者需求的反应更迅速也更直接。
3 重新认识电商物流运作的意义
前后台物流概念的提出，是对物流运作与管理在电子商务背景下的一次重新梳理和认识，其意义如下：
(1)电商背景下的网购消费者(或消费者满意度)得到了高度关注和重视，电商物流对于消费者需求的快速反应(QR)以及对于网购商品的高效准确送达有着不同于传统物流的要求和标准。消费者在电商物流系统中有着崇高的地位，消费者需求信息的快速即时传递对于整个物流系统的运转有着不可忽视的作用。
(2)揭示出电商“自建物流”的本质是“自建前台物流”，而后台物流是每个电商(尤其是B2C电商)立足市场的必要硬件设施。中国电商要想在激烈的竞争环境中生存，没有可靠的、“自建”的后台物流是不可想象的，后台物流建设可以“短平快”，但电商在无奈之下涉足管理难度极高的前台物流，电商“自建物流”的现状和前景并不乐观。
(3)在现实的商业实践领域，有助于电商制定有效的物流管理决策和物流战略方针。起码电商可以明确其在日常物流管理中的工作重心和难点何在。电商后台物流必须要“自建”，那么就要回答应当以何种方式和何种标准来建设的问题。前台物流建设必然加重电商的人力成本，增加管理难度，就必须回答是否要“自建”以及“自建”后的管理方式和手段等问题。
(4)在物流和供应链管理领域，将要面临许多新的研究课题。例如，是否要考虑重新定义电商物流“服务水平”的概念，不再是传统物流中的“以现有在手库存满足随机需求的概率”，起码要考虑加入后台物流中的商品的送达效率和准确性。此外，电商物流的补货频率和传统物流相比究竟是高还是低?在快速便捷的需求信息传导机制下，传统供应链中的“牛鞭效应”是否依然显著?如何将快速反应(QR)纳入到电商物流的建模分析研究中?诸如此类的一系列问题都值得学者关注和研究。
4 结束语
电商，尤其是中国诸多不依托传统零售业而白手起家的B2C电商，已不是人们固有观念中步伐轻灵的“轻资产”的、靠租赁购置服务器创立网站就可以开张营业的电子商务企业，他们在电子商务的道路上步伐愈来愈沉重，原因就在于其不得不深深地涉足到物流领域，以至于有人说，中国优秀的电商如京东商城的本质就是一家物流公司。电商物流是物流和电子商务的交叉结合，在未来无论是商业实践领域还是理论研究领域，有许多问题值得人们去关注、认识和研究。

【摘要】 现代物流业的发展对城市建设意义重大。本文基于城市物流与物流城市两个角度分析了我国物流业的现状，发展物流业的作用及怎样发展物流业。

国际贸易是一个关于物的流通的学科，物流是国际贸易离不开的重要一环。亚当斯密在国富论中，用这样的话揭示了现代经济学的历史：“劳动生产力上最大的增进，以及运用劳动时所表现的更大的熟练、技巧和判断力，似乎都是分工的结果。”分工和专业化是经济发展的主要原因，因此市场上离不开物流活动。
一、物流的概念
物流是指通过有效安排商品的仓储、管理和转移，使商品在需要的时间到达需要的地点的经营活动，是商品流通――从空间位移和从时间推移，也就是商品从供应地到接受地的实体流动过程。由此可见，物流并不改变物品的大小、形状、外观等物理性质，但是它却克服了需求方和供给方在空间的距离和时间的限制，创造了物品的空间效应和时间效应，在经济运行中起着不可或缺的作用。物流的空间效应是指在商品流动过程中由于商品的空间转换所产生的效应。从需求方的角度来看，空间效应是由于商品的空间转换所带来的效用满足或消费者剩余的增加，体现了“从无到有”或“从小到大”的过程。
二、我国的物流业发展现状
2013年中央政府发布经济工作重点是要加强和改善宏观调控，促进经济持续健康发展。要牢牢把握扩大内需这一战略基点，培育一批拉动力强的消费增长点，增强消费对经济增长的基础作用，发挥好投资对经济增长的关键作用。其中，不少议题特别提出要扶持重点企业的物流建设。
企业现代物流以及服务于社会的第三方物流日益成为人们关注点，而单独对城市物流、物流与区域经济发展的讨论却比较少;同时由于我国物流技术、管理水平发展起步较晚，在国内存在区域发展不平衡的状况。东南沿海城市的企业认识、发展了现代物流，从物流管理中取得了巨大的效益，提升了企业的竞争力，激发了企业的活力，而西部、北方城市的企业由于地域、经济发展速度的差距，企业的物流管理大部分停留在过去粗放型的物资供应、储存、运输、中转、装卸等单一的流程操作管理上，没有对现代物流有一个清晰的认识。
三、城市物流发展定位――城市物流和物流城市
近几年来，中央提出的区域经济发展新战略，将东、中、西部和东北地区作为一个整体，完整地阐述了四大区域的战略布局，完成了全国区域经济的宏观布局。现在不仅是企业之间存在竞争，城市与城市之间也是竞争愈演愈烈。从争做金融中心，争做经济中心，争做产业中心，到现在开始了对物流中心位置的争夺。每个城市都力图成为该省，该地域，甚至全国的物流中心。
一个城市发展物流需要一个清晰的宏观定位，其中有两种定位就是城市物流和发展物流城市。
城市物流，是指为城市服务的物流，或者是城市内的物流。它服务于城市经济发展的需要。它的特点是：属于中观物流领域;城市物流流动的物质资料，有生产资料、生活资料、废弃物等;城市物流的流量比企业物流大。在现今高速发展的中国，每个城市都需要一个完善的物流系统，以满足本市及与周边地区的物流需要。以城市多个物流中心为建立区域物流中心网络，合理组织物流。物流中心网络体系就是多个物流中心合理布局、合理分工、合理衔接的结果，同时也是情报信息网络，城市物流也是发展物流城市的基本条件，是一个城市发展物流的基础。
物流城市，即它是一个物流的城市，即物流占据城市经济发展的重要地位。成为区域的物流中心。如广州、上海、重庆、武汉区域物流枢纽等。当城市物流发展到一定程度，区域内具有地域优势的城市可以发展为物流城市，一个城市，通过出台实施各项政策，加大物流基础设施兴建的力度，加速引进各种具备实力的物流公司，通过建设各种物流中心，发挥本身所具备的如地理位置、经济地位等优势，支持城市物流发展，使该城市的物流能力极大提高，辐射力加强，成为周边城市商品交易的集散地，利用强大的物流能力成为地区内的中心城市、物流中心。城市相继建成各种物流中心，谋划在新世纪站企制高点，成为商品流通的中转集散地，在城市经济推动中加入物流这一充满活力的重要环节。
四、物流与城市发展的关系
1、发展物流对城市的作用
首先，发展城市物流，可以减低城市内物料流通的效率，减低城市的运营成本，减少物耗，有效整合利用城市资源，提高城市运转的速度，并同时提高城市居民的生活水平。其次，发展成为物流城市，成为地区物流中心，就可以更多地吸引商品进入该市享受物流服务，从而使城市的贸易量增加。一个物流区域中心，必然是周转中心，一定会带动仓储、交通、消费方面的增长，增加就业，刺激消费。由此带来的人流的增加，房地产业的发展。一个区域物流中心，供应商或者生厂商或者电商自己，为了节约成本，必然尽量的在物流城市设工厂或者是物流增值服务，例如包装、非主要工序的加工等，这就会带动生产企业进驻。这个乘数效应无疑是巨大的。由此可见，城市竞争力的下降、比较优势的减弱、经济发展的增长要求及物流带来的种种好处，使物流成为城市间的热门话题。
2、城市发展物流的动力
纵观全国经济发展较好的地区，我们发现，城市物流起着至关重要的作用，而物流城市渐渐成为区域经济发展必要环节，即便是占尽发展先机的沿海城市也需要物流作为经济发展的新动力，其原因有三点：首先，当今中国开放程度越来越高，城市间在政策方面的差距越少，沿海开放城市和经济特区在政策方面并无法再凝聚太多的眼球;没有太大的优惠。其次，劳动力廉价的比较优势减弱。以前沿海城市的廉价劳动力是最大的比较竞争优势。廉价的劳动力可以减低企业的生产成本，所以吸引了很多外资企业前来投资。但随着经济的发展，沿海城市劳动力成本越来越高。而劳动力更为廉价的中国内陆城市及其他国家如越南等在这方面开始具备了比较优势，虽然这些地区的劳动力劳作水平不高，但假以时日，他们将同样扮演以前沿海城市所扮演的角色。再次，世界各地区、各城市的发展表明，一个城市如果没有自主创新能力，而一直处于产业链上最低端的加工地位，不仅无法取得更高的利益，更危险的它将失去所有活力，而将城市的发展决定权完全交出去。近几年国家开始在大力强调自主创新，强调城市的转型。那么在当前各城市发展普遍出现瓶颈，找不到新的经济增长点之时，发展物流可以说是不错的选择。 在现有的经济模式中，举广州为例，广州市是中国传统的贸易中心，多年对外贸易的经验和积累，使城市内形成了大大小小的商品集散地，加上陆路、铁路、航空、水路的网路建设，保税园区引进国外知名物流企业，广州城市内的物流发展在全国处于领先地位。在区域概念来看，广州是华南地区，乃至于全国的物流中心，是区域物流城市的佼佼者。在国外市场受全球经济拖累的今天，广州依然可以依靠物流的能力，支撑扩大内需求增长的要求。
3、如何发展区域物流城市
不是每个城市都能成为物流城市，物流城市需要具有先天地域中心的先机，需要有通达的城际网络，省际网络，以及国际网络。首先必须对城市定位，是否能成为物流城市，应该成为哪个级别的城市。这个定位必须考虑几个方面，即地域、行政级别、影响辐射能力、交通辐射、经济发展程度、本地的主要经济类型等。一旦定位为物流城市，必须在软件和硬件上有所完善。
软件上，政策，包括第三方企业扶持政策、税收政策、人才政策、招商引资政策、土地政策、商贸政策。一个区域物流中心城市也必定是区域零售批发中心周转城市，如广州的白马衣服市场，深圳的华强北。因此必须发展现代商贸物流节点，推进集群发展。规划设立一批现代商贸物流节点，建立商贸物流园区发展机制和政策，通过市场运作加强园区基础设施配套，充分发挥园区集聚和带动作用，吸纳同类型的物流企业和商贸经营者入驻，推进商贸物流集群发展。
硬件上，具有地域优势的城市以转化区域优势为导向，加快构建商贸物流、公路、铁路、航空等现代区域服务中心，着力提升城市影响力和辐射力。调整提高、发展占位，适时调整城市经济结构、产业结构和城市空间结构，与区域城市进行产业衔接，提高城市经济实力和区域经济文化中心城市带动作用，加强城市拓展和基础设施建设，构建更加完备的区域现代服务中心。
培育龙头企业，形成产业支撑。建立健全商贸物流产业发展机制，引导企业既兴建现代专业市场，又积极投身商贸物流业发展，促进企业向开发建设与发展产业并重转变，形成“企业+市场+产业”的发展模式。引进战略投资者，以项目带动，建立健全项目带动与产业发展的良性互动机制，开发好高质量的项目、核心项目、前瞻性项目和大项目，通过扩大开放、招商引资，吸引更多的战略投资者发展商贸物流业。支持和鼓励骨干流通企业通过自由连锁、挂大靠优等形式扩大投资，培育一批现代物流企业集团。
在政府层面，消除城市发展物流和区域发展物流城市的障碍。首先，政府的重视不应该在理念上，而应该付诸行动，如在国家允许范围内废除阻碍物流发展的各项规章制度，出台政策法规来支持城市物流发展，加强城市物流的研究与规划。其次，成立专门的物流部门，来统一协调城市的物流发展，改变城市物流无人管理的历史和现状，整合物流资源。如在现有交通主管部门的基础上扩大和延伸其职能，把全市的交通运输、仓储保管、装卸搬运、加工包装、配送服务的能力统筹统管起来。政府对本市的这些物流设施资源，不但要心中有数，而且能够制定政策法规，控制其运作，规划其发展，使其为城市物流的总体优化服务。再次，大力吸引各物流企业，特别是第三方物流。政府创造环境，而经济的主体，经济的活力来源于企业。所以物流的发展，最终还是得这些物流企业来实施。政府只是做好保姆，提高良好的公共服务。最后，人才是21世纪的根本。就世界范围而言，物流发展到今天，其价值的创造已经形成一大产业;其知识体系已构成一门学科;其专业人才正日益成为物流企业家、物流专家和物流学者。然而，在我国这一切的发展距离国际水平的差距还很大，其中，物流知识的普及和物流专业人才的培养是二项重要使命。政府要做好这个工作，吸引培养物流人才，提供人才给企业。在经济受外部市场影响的今天，发展物流城市对区域经济是机遇，对企业是机遇，对政府同样是机遇。

在开始这个课题的研究的时候，我首先收集了超多初中数学课堂的案例以及一些相关的文献，并对这些案例、文献进行分析、研究。之后从收集到的材料中总结出一些我个人觉得其引入是十分高效的一些方法和案例，然后请肖老师给意见，然后对不足的地方进行修改。最后，对总结出来的方法和案例进行分门别类，并再次增加一些案例。从而使得这篇论文资料更加充实。
再次，我谈一谈这篇论文的研究目的和好处：
良好的开端是成功的一半，课堂引入是课堂教学的起步阶段。课堂讲授的引入是学生能否用心主动学习新知识的关键。因此初中数学课堂的高效引入在新课程改革中显得尤为重要。但是在日常教学中，如何科学地做到高效引入是我们一向探究的问题。为了在必须程度上解决这个问题，帮忙广大初中数学教师高效地引入新课，从而吸引住学生的注意力，唤起学生的求知欲望，使学生主动地去学习以到达预期的教学效果，本文对初中数学课堂的高效引入进行研究。
课堂导入是课堂教学的主要环节，它的成与败直接影响着课教学的效果。用心的思维活动是课堂教学成功的关键，而高效的导入能够激发学生学习数学的思维兴趣，所以教师在新课引入时就应注意采用恰当的导入来激发学生的思维，以引起其对新知识新资料的用心探求。
最后，我谈一谈这篇论文的优缺点：
这篇论文的优点：其一是研究的课题还是比较新颖的，对自己以后的从教之路也很有帮忙，其二是课堂引入方法的分类别具一格。
缺点是：由于我自身的水平所限对某些概念和方法的理解还不是很深刻，思考肯定还不够深刻也不够全面。此外虽然我已经很仔细的检查过了，但是依然可能还存在必须的错别字或语句不是很通顺的地方。
虽然我尽可能地收集材料，竭尽所能运用自己所学的知识进行的论文写作和分析，但论文还是存在着不足之处，分析不透彻或者推荐不具体，还有待改善。所以请各位老师提出宝贵的推荐，让我在今后的学习与工作中做到更好。

早上好！
我叫×××，20xx级社会学专业学生。我的毕业论文题目是《社会学视野下金庸小说中的婚恋观》。我的指导老师是xxx老师。从确定选题、拟定提纲、完成初稿，到最后定稿，我得到了张老师的精心细致指导，使我很快掌握了论文的写作方法，并在较短的时间里完成了论文的写作。不管这天答辩的结果如何，我都会由衷的感谢指导老师的辛勤劳动，感谢各位评委老师的批评指正。
截至目前，在学术界有关金庸武侠小说的论著十分多，但尚无从社会学视野下对金庸小说中婚恋观的研究。选取金庸小说作为毕业论文的写作题材，一方面是因为我对金庸小说比较喜欢，包括由金庸小说改编而成的电视剧。的确，金庸小说不仅仅向我们展现了侠客的快意恩仇，还借用江湖这个社会，使人物摆脱传统社会的束缚或少受社会制度的束缚。男女侠客不问出身，不讲家庭地位、社会背景，只讲两性相悦、以情相许，能实现真正好处上的男女平等、恋爱自由。另一方面结合当今社会现实，许多现象与金庸小说中的情节有一些相似，揭示其中的联系，警示世人，以倡导和谐的、理想的婚姻。
在这篇论文中，主要采用了资料分析和现实比较的写作手法，各部分安排按照先典型分析，具体对照现象，理论分析，再阐明现代性特征的层次进行。具体结构如下：
第一部分为所归纳的金庸小说中的五种感情类型；
第二部分为金庸小说中与现实相对应的婚姻类型；

第五部分：结论。
社会是历史积淀的产物，小说是反映生活、憧憬生活、甚至能够改造生活、提升生活品质的艺术。在某些传统思想仍在侵蚀当代人的这天，在已经冲破封建罗网，人们获得充分的个性自由，能够勇于追求自我感情的这天，回味金庸小说中具有现代性特征的感情婚恋，对我们仍有启迪。金庸小说中的感情不仅仅反映了作者心目中的感情观，也折射出传统文化孕育下的群众无意识及现代人的情感困惑与矛盾境况，从而具有重要的认识价值。因此，我们应当超越以感情为基础的内涵性婚姻和以现实利益为基础的功利性婚姻的简单对立，使工具理性与价值理性相结合来构建一种理想的婚姻模式综合权衡模式。
限于各种条件的制约，个性是本人理论水平所限，使得本论文对金庸小说中婚恋观的现实好处仅停留在比较粗浅的层面，尤其是理论方面，还有很多问题需要继续进行深入、细致的思考和探索。
