英文版EI还真是不多，但是很多国内期刊的英文版都是SCI和EI双重索引的。《金属学报》中英文均为SCI、EI双重索引《稀有金属》中文EI索引《中国有色金属学报》中文EI索引，英文SCI、EI双重索引《稀有金属材料与工程》中英文均为SCI、EI双重索引还有一些相关的供参考《无机材料学报》中文版SCI、EI双重索引《复合材料学报》中文版EI索引《材料科学技术》英文版SCI索引还有一些理工类大学的学报英文版也是EI的刊源，比如《武汉理工大学学报》（英文版）、《北京科技大学学报》（英文版）。
可以登录ei 中国网站查询最新的收录名录，2013年删除了好多期刊，包括大连理工大学学报等好几个大学学报都给取消收录了，同时也新增了一些收录，比如长安大学学报（自然科学版）
登陆EI，侧面有分类情况，罗列所有不同级别的期刊名录。
有一个《海外英语》，还有《青春岁月》这两个刊物可以刊出全英文稿件，除此以外，英语专业的也可以考虑，比如《校园英语》之类

《校园英语》省级知网跨库，是12月出刊，可以收全英文文章2版4600字符或9200英文字符起发。
《海外英语》省级知网首页可查，只收21年上半年的加急版面（注意截止到2020年9月3日，他还是只收加急的上半年版面）。
《英语广场》省级知网首页可查，SCD期刊，目前正常收21年2-3月的刊期，另外有个别年内版面可以免费加急到年底出刊，注意他的版面是按字算，不是字符。
《现代英语》万方收录的期刊，只收英语高教的文章。如果是文学的，如果必须是年内的。

属于正常情况，4个月内都属于正常范围
1. Submitted to Journal当上传结束后，显示的状态是Submitted to Journal，这个状态是自然形成的无需处理。2. With editor如果在投稿的时候没有要求选择编辑，就先到主编那里，主编会分派给别的编辑。这当中就会有另两个状态：① Editor assigned编辑分派② Editor Declined Invitation编辑拒绝邀请，这时主编不得不将投稿文章重新分派给其它编辑。3. Reviewer(s) invited说明编辑已接手处理，正在邀请审稿人中。有时该过程会持续很长时间，如果其中原因是编辑一直没有找到合适的审稿人，这时投稿者可以向编辑推荐审稿人。4. Under review审稿人的意见已上传，说明审稿人已接受审稿，正在审稿中，这应该是一个漫长的等待（期刊通常会限定审稿人审稿时间，一般为一个月左右）。当然前面各步骤也可能很慢的，要看编辑的处理情况。如果被邀请审稿人不想审，就会decline，编辑会重新邀请别的审稿人。5. required review completed审稿结束，等编辑处理，该过程短则几天，长则无期，科学堂有一篇文章出现required review completed状态已近一个月了，还是没有消息。6. Decision in Process到了这一步就快要有结果了，编辑开始考虑是给修改还是直接拒，当然也有可能直接接受的，但可能性很小，呵呵。7. Minor revision/Major revision小修/大修，这个时候可以稍微庆祝一下了，因为有修改就有可能。具体怎么改就不多说了，谦虚谨慎是不可少的（因为修改后一般会再发给审稿人看，所以一定要细心的回答每一个审稿人的每一个问题，态度要谦逊，要让审稿人觉得他提的每个问题都很有水准的，然后针对他的问题，一个一个的做出答复，能修改的就修改，不能修改的给出理由，而且都要列出来，文章的哪一段哪一行修改了最好都说出来，记住：给审稿人减少麻烦就是给你自己减少麻烦！另注：有时，审稿人会在修改意见里隐讳里说出要你仔细阅读某几篇文献，这时可要注意了，其中某些文章可能就是评审者自己发表的，这时你最好在你的修改稿中加以引用），修改后被拒绝的例子也多不胜数的。8. Revision Submitted to Journal修改后重新提交，等待编辑审理。9. Accepted如果不要再审，只是小修改，编辑看后会马上显示这个状态，但如果要再审也会有上面的部分状态。一步会比较快，但也有慢的。看杂志的。10. Rejected相信大家见了Rejected，都会很郁闷。但也不要太灰心，耐心将评审意见看完，一般评审者会给出有益的建议，相信看后你会有所收获。
一般是正常的，如果过一段时间还是没有消息，建议可以给编辑写一份催稿信，以下是我找到的关于审稿时间的文章供参考：学术论文的审稿时间问题 论文作者都会有这样的困惑，论文投稿后等待的时间每一分每一秒都是煎熬，到底什么审稿结果自己也没有把握。长时间的等待，也让很多作者摸不清头脑。其实审稿是编辑工作中的决定性工作，这个环节是需要时间的，即我们常说的审稿周期。 那么审稿时间的产生是由怎样的流程构成的呢？每个环节所耗费的时间又是多少呢？这就是今天我们要分享给大家的内容。 虽然国外的权威学术期刊其审稿流程是比较严格的，但审稿周期一般情况下不是很长。审稿时间是由编辑初审时间、审稿人审稿时间、编辑给出意见的时间组成的。 编辑初审时间 当你的稿件投到杂志社后，编辑会对稿件进行必要的审阅，看是否符合该期刊的办刊原则，对不符合原则的稿件，编辑可以直接拒稿，这也为了减轻审稿人的负担；还有就是要看稿件所涉及的领域，好找该领域的审稿人审稿。一般情况下会由主编安排副主编去找审稿人，有的则由某个编辑直接找审稿人。编辑初审时间一般在1－2周，遇特殊情况，如法定假期、编辑出差等，审稿时间会更长。 审稿人审稿时间 这一阶段审稿周期比较长，几乎占整个审稿周期的一多半时间。一般情况下，杂志给审稿人的审稿时间一般是：通讯2－3周，全文3－4周，但由于审稿人只是义务，没有责任，所以如果超出这个时间，编辑也只能催促一下，如果审稿人一直没有审稿，编辑部可能重新找审稿人，这样的话，稿件的审稿时间就会特别长。 编辑部给出意见的时间 审稿人意见返回编辑部后，如果2－3个审稿人意见统一，编辑的结论就好下，如果不统一，编辑就有权做出决定，如果编辑决定不了，可能还要再找审稿人仲裁，这样的审稿时间就会长了许多。编辑部给出意见的时间一般会在1周内。 不同的期刊审稿周期是不同的，过长的审稿时间对有些作者来说绝对是没有好处的，比如数学类的论文，所以审稿周期的长短也是作者选择投稿期刊的考虑因素之一。参考：查尔斯沃思论文润色贴士
