方法/步骤:
1、首先需要撰写一篇初稿,对于近的研究成果,一个项目,一个成果,按照基本的中英文题目,摘要,正文,结论,参考文献等都要写好,包括详细的数据,图文等等。
2、论文写好后必须要多次修改,明确自己的观点,创新点很重要,数据也要真实。写好之后,寻找自己需要投稿的期刊,可以在万方,知网,维普等查询期刊,比较权威和真实。
3、比如知网,大家可以进入;期刊投稿”搜索期刊关键字,选择自己领域里面的期刊。
4、这里大家需要注意,期刊是分等级的,有核心期刊,国家级,省级等,比较好的SCI,等,大家可以选择,不过越是好的期刊,要求越是严格,门槛也很高。
5、选择好自己的期刊之后,大家可以进入该期刊的官方,下载投稿须知,及相关的文件,仔细阅读该期刊的投稿要求,按照要求修改稿件,包括内容,文字,标点,字符,排版等。
6、接下来就是投稿,大家可以选择在线投稿,上传稿件,没有官方网站的,部分期刊是邮箱投稿,但是大家一定要注意不要弄错了信息,投错了地方,以防。
7、期刊投稿成功之后,等待通知,一般会经历退稿,或初审,退修,外审,等步骤,记得随时关注,尤其是退修之后一定要仔细按照要求修改。

杂志(Magazine),有固定刊名,以期、卷、号或年、月为序,定期或不定期连续出版的印刷读物。它根据一定的编辑方针,将众多作者的作品汇集成册出版,定期出版的,又称期刊。“杂志”的形成来源于罢工、罢课或战争中的宣传小册子。这种类似于注重时效的报纸的手册,兼顾了更加详尽的评论,一种新的媒体也就因这样特殊的原因而产生了。
最早出版的一本杂志是于1665年1月在阿姆斯特丹由法国人萨罗出版的《学者杂志》。我国最早的中医杂志——《吴医汇讲》,创刊于清乾隆五十七年(公元1792年),停刊于清嘉庆六年(公元1801年),前后历时10年,共刊出11卷,每卷均合订为一本,是类似年刊性质的中医杂志。
它的稿件是当时江南一带的名医所供给的,故名《吴医汇讲》。任何一种杂志以自己的“ISSN"(国际标准连续出版物号)进行出版。
不同的论文需要修改的原因和内容有所不同。有的稿件学术上很有价值但论文的写作水平欠佳;有的论文结构很好但细节上需要充实;而对中国作者的英文论文而言,文字上需要修改和提高的很普遍,大部分还需要学术表述和论文结构上的改进。 现在国际上的英文学术期刊大多是同行审稿(PEER REVIEW),即请两位审稿人(REVIEWERS) 审阅一篇论文,有的是三位或更多 (也有的刊物是由编委会的成员审稿,不对外邀请)。但不论是几位,每一位审稿人的意见都很重要,作者要认真考虑。修改后的论文还要再重新回到主编或编辑部进行复审。许多期刊邀请参与复审和初审的人是一样的,所以作者在修改论文原稿时,最好能按审稿人提出的修改意见,仔细全面地修改彻底,否则修改后的论文很有可能不会顺利通过复审。有些论文修改一次就可以过关,被刊物采纳。但也有不少论文要反复修改许多遍,才最后被刊物接纳发表。在网上投稿的论文每经过一次修改,在投稿系统上都有记录,作者和主编均可以随时查询(参阅“国际英文科技期刊网上投稿详解”)。但无论文章修改过多少遍,只要没有被刊物接受,稿件就会始终徘徊在刊物的投稿系统内,不会进入出版社的出版系统。理论上讲,只有被编辑部最终接受的稿件,才会经主编或编辑部到达出版社,由出版社经手后进入出版程序。而送到出版社的稿件原则上讲必须是终稿,也称定稿,不能再有改动。换句话说,在此之前作者可以对论文的文字和内容进行不断的修改和补充,直到审稿人满意为止。然而一旦论文被期刊接受,稿件送到出版社后,作者对稿件的修改将受到极大的限制。作者可以在收到校样后对稿件进行有限制的改动,但对原稿的进一步完善则近乎不可能了。 有几家论文修改服务的公司也可供参考:essaystar,enpaper,internationalediting都提供相关的英文论文修改和编辑服务。 对作者而言, 精益求精,力求论文的完美无瑕是无可厚菲的。但从出版角度出发,不合事宜的追求完美会造成很多事与愿违的麻烦。笔者认为,送交出版社的稿件即然叫终稿就应该是名副其实的最后的定稿,不应该有大的错误,更不能再无休止地改动。尤其是科技文章,其出版和发表的核心重点是文章的科学内容,而不是文字和语言的华美。如果是科学内容有误,是一定要改动的。
