spring杂志的催稿方式有：电话催稿和邮件催稿两种，一般邮件催稿使用频率比较高。注意：不管使用哪种催稿方式，需要电联或邮件给到杂志社，不建议给审稿人打催稿电话，或是发催稿邮件。
